Shopping Cart Reports - SRM Reporting

Hello,
is there a badi or an enhancement spot to manipulate the following queries (selection criteria and result):
/SAPSRM/SRM_SC_I_01 and /SAPSRM/SRM_SC_H_01
Thanks for your help

goto SQ01(SQ02 as the info set is in SQ02) and change if you want to, it does not ask for any keys. but its better if you just copy it to a custom one and do the changes there.
infoset - /SAPSRM/SC_H and  /SAPSRM/SC_I

  • Grouping of Shopping Carts using the report  BBP_SC_TRANSFER_GROUPED

    Hi Experts,
    I am a new SRM consultant and have been asked to investigate an issue regarding grouping of Shopping Carts using the report  BBP_SC_TRANSFER_GROUPED.
    The wanted scenario:
    For one specific vendor we wish to pool/group request coming from various shopping carts into one PO e.g. once a day. The shopping carts for that vendor can be destinguished by one specific product category.
    We are on classic scenario hence the PO will be created in our ECC system.
    Settings we have done to accomplish what we want:
    1. We have set up the transfer for grouping on the specific product category in the sourcing area in the IMG structure
    2. We have run the report BBP_SC_TRANSFER_GROUPED (grouping takes place according to the product category)
    This approach works, the shopping carts gets grouped into one PO in ECC. however the line items from the Shopping Carts are mixed in the PO eg SC1: Item A, Item B, Item C, Item D SC2: Item 1, Item 2, Item 3, Item 4 PO (Current result) Item A, Item 1, Item B, Item 2, Item C, Item 3, Item D, Item 4.
    This seems quite strange, as there are no logic reason for this split. It would be understandable if it was a matter of delivery dates of the goods, but they are not in any order i.e. first coming delivery date first.
    Does anyone know how to correct this or can anyone clarify why this sequence mix happens?
    For me it seems like a program errror.
    Hope you can help me solve this issues
    Cheers Christian

    Hi,
    In SRM -Product categories = Purchasing group in SAP R/3.
    During the transfer of P.R   from R/3 you have enter the Purchasing group in R/3.
    In SRM in the PPOMA_BBP in the extended attribute you can enter the exact product categories
    or else enter * in the product categoies and the backend logical system
    in SPRO --define objects in backend system --- in this enter the purchasing group and category Id
    check your default settings in the SRM web browser

  • Can we hide the field in Shopping Cart of SRM

    Hi..
    Can we hide the field in Shopping Cart of SRM??
    I have to hide some of the fields from SRM shopping cart screen. is it possible to hide the fields??
    Please suggest me
    Thanks.
    Regards,
    Manoj Tiwari

    Hy,
    For screen variants, just go to transaction SHD0.
    The only screen variants available in SRM 4.0 are:
    Item data overview in an invoice without purchase order reference: BBP_IV_NON_PO
    Item data overview in the invoice with purchase order reference: BBP_IV
    Item data overview in the confirmation: BBP_CF
    Item data overview in the confirmation for time recording: BBP_CF_TIMEREC
    Item data overview in the purchase order: BBP_PO;
    Item data overview for contracts: BBP_CTR_ITEMLIST
    Item data overview for selection of contracts: BBP_CTR_ITEM_SELLIST
    Search results for entering an invoice and/or confirmation: BBP_SEARCH_PO
    Search results for entering a purchase order: BBP_SEARCH_SC
    Search results for displaying/processing an invoice: BBP_CHANGE_IV
    Search results for displaying/processing a confirmation: BBP_CHANGE_CF
    Search results for entering/displaying/processing/status of a shopping cart: BBP_SC;
    Worklist for Sourcing: BBP_SOCO_WL
    Work area in Sourcing: BBP_SOCO_GA
    This is very light, and most of the SRM project have to make Templates, or ABAP screens repairs, to Hide/Show fields.

  • Creating shopping cart in SRM through an interface from an external system

    Hello,
    i am currenlty working on a SRM implementation at a client and we are looking into
    building an interface for purchase requisitions from an external system to SAP.
    To be able to get these requisitions as a package approved I would want them to go though the
    approval process in SRM. Does anybody know if it is possible to create a shopping cart in SRM through an interface from another system?
    thanks,
    Geert

    SRM has a standard business scenario of PDP PM
    here the external requirements are transferred to SRM for sourcing
    in normal business scenario ECC PR is transferred to SRM which creates a dummy SC or say sourcing SC in SRM which appears in Purchaser's worklist after correct settings
    SRM can work with NON SAP system also
    so logically yr requirement should be possible
    but in ECC PR transfer case the SC created in SRM is already apparoved.

  • Need to query workflow for Shopping Carts for a report

    Hello,
    I am not familar enough with SAP's workflow to know if there are tables or function modules that I can use.  I am requested to develop a report to allow selection of a user's id and find all shopping carts where that person is in the workflow.  Can this be done without re-inventing the world?
    Thank you in advance and points will be assigned accordingly.
    Regards, Dean.

    Hi
    <u>Which SRM version are you using ? What's the detailed business requirement ?</u>
    Please refer to existing transactions on SRM workflow
    like starting with SWW*
    SWWL
    SWWI
    Also check the standard tables used in these transactions like , SWWIHEAD (for all workflow inbox items of any user)...
    Do let me know.

  • Autopopulate PO instructions to vendor in shopping cart in SRM 7.0

    Dear Experts,
    I need to autopopulate PO instructions (Free Text) in SRM shopping cart for each product category at item level.
    Auto-populate instructions to vendor based on product category (ability to add or remove on SC or PO).  Instructions may be local or global requirements.  These Instructions are required to ensure the vendor sends client the proper materials and services.
    Please help me on this, How to customise this requirement..
    Thanks in Advance
    Vikas

    Hi Vikas
    You will need to work with Texts in SRM, There are multiple types of text types in SRM Application documents. You can map these text types from SRM document to ECC follow on documents so that these gets transmitted to all follow on documents for internal or external purposes and to the Vendor too if required.

  • Attach files to a Shopping Cart in SRM portal using a ABAP program.

    Hello.
    We need to attach files to a Shopping Cart using a ABAP program and see them in SRM portal.
    Currently we know how to attach files in the backend using the function Xxxxxxxxxx but with this function we can not see the attachment in the SRM portal.
    Do you know someway to attach files direclty in the front-end using a program?
    Maybe i have to attach first in the back-end and after that transfer to front-end?
    I have seen some thread but the solution provided is in the other way arround (transfer from front-end to backend) and then is not useful for my proble.
    Thanks in advance.
    Kr,
    Angel.

    Hello Angel,
    You can attach a file to SC ,and it is a standard functionality provided in SRM.
    While creating a Shopping cart,under Documents and attachements tab,there is an option to select a local file and attach it to a SC
    If you are looking at attaching the document in SRM and sending it to BE system.(R/3 system), then have a look at SAP note Note 1057932 - FAQ: Atachment transfer to backend, Required Configurations.
    The Following BADI’s will have to be implemented to allow the above functionality
    For transfer of attachments in PO , activate the BADI BBP_CREATE_PO_BACK. Set the values of the following parameters in the
    method BBP_CREATE_PO_BACK~Fill_PO_INTERFACE
    CV_ATTACH_TRANSFER_ACTIVE = 'X'
    CV_ATTACH_BE_STORAGE_CAT = 'DMS_C1_ST'
    CV_ATTACH_BE_DOC_TYPE = 'SRM'.
    For transfer of attachments in PR, activate the BADI
    BBP_CREATE_REQ_BACK. Set the values of the following parameters in the method BBP_CREATE_REQ_BACK~FILL_REQ_INTERFACE
    CV_ATTACH_TRANSFER_ACTIVE = 'X'
    CV_ATTACH_BE_STORAGE_CAT = 'DMS_C1_ST'
    CV_ATTACH_BE_DOC_TYPE = 'SRM'.
    Award points if useful.
    Thanks

  • How is the follow-on doc triggered from shopping cart in SRM 7.0?

    Hi!
    We are on SRM 7.0 and want to make a solution where we create a PM order (Work order) as a follow-on document in backend instead of a Requisition or PO. There are desciptions on how to change document type and function using BADI's for the older SRM solutions, but this does not seem to work in SRM 7.0.
    Right now we have customized the system so a Requistion is created in backend and that works fine.
    Next step is to find a BADI to replace the call to BAPI_REQUISITION_CREATE  with a Work order BAPI  call  (BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN),
    I have tried to debug the process in Web Dynpro from the Shopping Cart where I press the 'Order' button', but never get to a point where the BAPI is called. It only seems like the shopping cart is saved in SRM tables and that the Workflow for approval process is started. We do not use the approval Workflow and the SC gets the status 'Approved' immediately.
    When I monitor the shopping cart I can see that it gets the status 'Follow-on document created' about one minute after the Approved status, and that also makes me wonder if the transfer of the SC to backend is done in a batch job, from a Workflow program or anything like that - and not from the Web Dynpro method calls behind the Order button.
    Does anyone know the technical details of the solution of the follow-on document creation in SRM 7.0?
    Where is the triggering done??
    Regards, Tine

    Hi Ricardo!
    Thanks for you reply. So this means we have to create a kind of batch job with a program which runs FM BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER  ? How can we avoid that the original backend document is not started in addition (the reqiusition which is set up in customizing) ? Is it possible to customize the shopping cart solution so it does not trigger any backend documents automatically - so we can take the complete control using this batch job mentioned?
    PS: Do you know exactly where the BAPI for the requisition is triggered in SRM 7.0? Would be nice to know after all my debugging with no results

  • Adding unlimited Text field in Shopping Cart in SRM 4.0

    Hi All,
    I am using SRM 4.0 and I need help adding the unlimited custom text field in the shopping cart screen similar to  Internal note in the shopping cart. I am able to add field with fixed character length but I need the custom field with unlimited text.
    Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
    Thanks in advance
    Vijay

    Hi,
    You can try with the TEXT schemas, you can configure this as i mentioned below:
    First, you need to create a text schema since BBP_PD_PO SPRO --> Supplier Relationship Management --> Cross aplication Basic Settings --> Text Schema --> Define Text Schema.
    There you can create your own text schema with the characteristics that you want for example: If you want that text schema appears in the header of the document or in the item or both, If you want that text schema is able for modifications or is only a view ....................
    Secod, when you have the name of your text schema you need to asign for the document that you want in
    PD_PO SPRO --> Supplier Relationship Management --> Cross aplication Basic Settings --> Define transaction types for every document type you can specify the text schema that you want to assign.
    If this solution doesn´t solve your issue maybe you can create a custom field ("Z") with data type "LRAW" this type is very big.
    Thanks
