Shopping cart won't show up

For over a week I have been getting the following error whenever I try to purchase the songs I have placed in my shopping cart:
We could not complete your music store request. An unknown error (5002) occurred.
There was an error in the Music Store. Please try again later.
I have downloaded the latest versions of ITunes and IPOD (I have the 15 mg with video) but it makes no difference.
Can anyone give me some advice. I'd like to buy some new music. Thanks

The people at ITunes ended up having to empty my shopping cart and now it works fine (though I had forgotten what I had put in there). They asked for permission before doing it and it was fixed right after. I am still not sure what caused the problem but at least the fix was quick and relatively painless. Peggy

Shopping cart history not showing the latest stauts

Hello Experts,
We are using SRM 4.0 classic scenario and the user has tried the following sequence
1) Shopping cart created with auto approval
2) System created a PR in R3 system. Shopping cart history is showing Follow on document created.
3) PR line item deleted in R3 system. Shopping cart history is showing follow on document deleted.
4) PR line item Deletion indicator removed and subsequent PO created based on the PR. Shopping cart history still showing the follow on document Deleted. and the PO details are not showing in the Shopping cart history,
Please help how to resolve the issue,

Is it new PO created w.r.t that PR ? or old PO only?
since you removed deletion flag. again new sc must have created in srm side by transfer job . check it up.
Any these twos available in BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB table.

ITunes Shopping Cart won't let me delete items.

I have some items in my shopping cart that I need to delete because I've already purchased them. But the problem is that it won't let me delete them and it also says that it is not available in the Canadian Store. If someone knows how to fix this that would be great.

Same problem as well with music videos I added that were originally single purchase items and then the next day became Album Only in my shopping cart (though they really weren't) and now I can't delete them. I've tried several tricks to no avail.
I've called Apple Care twice with no resolution. They keep wanting to send me to iTunes Store support but I don't think the people answering there even know how to use a computer. They refuse to "escalate" the issue even though no one has still provided an answer. All I want is for the iTunes staff to delete my entire shopping cart contents but no.
Obvious something is seriously messed-up with the iTMS database and Apple is covering it up to prevent a huge blow to their Christmas sales. I'm sure the DBAs are working round the clock to fix this with no resolution yet.
In 25 years this is the worst support I've ever had from Apple.

Shopping Cart Won't Open

I put all of my items in the shopping cart until i get an itunes card, and since yesterday it wont let me go into the shopping cart (i'm logged in and it won't work) it just says "we could not complete your itunes request. an unknown error occured (5002). PLEASE HELP..i have over $300 worth of songs and videos in my shopping cart and want to access them!!!

FIrst disab;e your antivirus and firewalls to see if you can access it then. Sometimes firewalls will block parts of the music store. Most antivirus programs come with there what I call "Scaled down" versions of firewalls, like norton includes "Worm Protecter" and it can block things on iTUnes.
Personally I would recommend using the "One CLick" feature as the cart seems to have afew issues. You can use one click and still have a "Wish List" where you drag songs you want to a playlist and can later goto the wish list, listen to the preview and click a link to the music store to buy. more on wish list can be found here http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=107961

Add Customer fields to Shopping Cart Wizard - Not showing on one screen

I have added 3 custom fields to the SRM portal (5.0), by adding these fields to structures INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF & INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF_SC, as described in OSS Note 672960.
On the Shopping Cart Wizard, these custom fields appear in the default settings for items & when adding a Limit Item.
However, they do not appear in the selection for "Describe Requirement".
How do I add them to this subscreen? I have tried copying the customer fields subscreen in Screen Painter from the Limit Item screen (in addition to flow logic and html template changes.) However, it doesn't work right this way.
Please help.

Not sure which CUF BADI you are referring to, since there are 2 of them.
BBP_CUF_BADI - Not implemented, since this is used to change how custom sub-screens look and act by creating your own (if business logic is complex). Not relevant, since the Customer fields subscreen does not appear where we need it. We have no use for controlling it in the areas where it does appear.

Unavaliable items in shopping cart

Before the last iTunes upgrade, I added some songs to my shopping cart. And I upgrade iTunes (from 7.5 to 7.6), accept the new agreement of the iTunes store and go to the shopping cart. It shows me that some items is unavaliable. So I add those unavaliable items to my cart again and delete the old unavaliable ones, but the ploblem is some of it can't be remove! When I click the "X" it just load and came back with nothing happened. So how can I get rid of that thing!?

You're going to have to email the iTunes team and have them empty your entire cart. Email them here:

Can't access iTunes shopping cart. Who can help?

For some reason I can not access my iTunes shopping cart. It shows me how much money I have to spend, but I can't see any of the songs that I have added to the shopping cart. Has anyone ever had this problem? Please advise ASAP. I'd like to buy some music.

If your getting some error message Id recommend emailing the music store about this issue, as USUALLY issues with the shopping cart are caused on apples side. you can goto the link below, roll to the bottom and fill out a email form to the music store

Vendor from Contract not defaulting in Shopping Cart in SRM 5.2 Classic Scenrario

We have the Classic Scenarios implemented for Indirect Procurement. There is only a one contract maintained for the Material group + Vendor combination on the ECC system. When creating a Shopping Cart the Vendor shows up under the "Source of Supply" section. Shouldn't this default into the Vendor field as there is only one contract maintained? Is there any configuration that can prevent the vendor from defaulting? Please advice.

The MM PO price value is calurated as in INR only but it is still taking the conversion as it was earlier
as the vendor currency is in GBR.NOw as it has changed to INR no conversion has to take place but
it is still happening.
If I need to debug, which programs I need to, because these are ITS templates where
PO creation will happen at backend may be i think through RFC calls.

Shopping Cart not going to Sourcing

Shopping cart is not showing up in Sourcing. Shopping cart is approved but in BBPD the shopping cart says "In Transfer"
Sourcing relevant flag is "X" and we are using Extended Classic with SRM PPS 7.0.
Any suggestions?

If your sourcing customizing is correct regarding source system ( Supplier Relationship Management > SRM Server > Sourcing > Define Sourcing for Product Categories ), then check BAdI implementations for BBP_SRC_DETERMINE, BBP_DETERMINE_LOGSYS and BBP_EXTLOCALPO_BADI.
If one method of those BAdI is implemented, it could be in contradiction with your sourcing customizing...
Currently, in your case, even if your item is relevant for sourcing, you try to transfer this document to your backend-end ( in transfer status)

Ambiguous workflow when creating shopping cart

Hi,
When I am trying to create a shopping cart system is showing the error ambiguous workflow.
We are having a stand alone system in SRM5.0.
The configs that have been done are as follows:
1)Root organization , the purchase organization and purchase groups have been created and assigned to the root organization.
2)One manager and a employee have been assigned to the root organization.Manager has red hat.
3)For the task specific workflow configuration ,under assign agents the manager has been assigned to TS 10407964.
4)The standard SAP workflow are all active and have the same currency as the shopping cart .
Can anyone tell me the steps for checking the uniqueness of the workflow?
Further, do we require specifying anywhere that the manager is the approver of the employee or the system is supposed to find that automatically from the organization plan?
I am basically a MM guy new to SRM, so any input in this regard will be very useful.Points will be awarded.

Hi,
Please check whether for the SC multiple approval workflows are active by going in trascn SWE2.There for the Event BUS2121,you can see a list of workflows.
If more then 1 WF is active,then check whether the starting conditions(if they exist) for the Workflows are unique.
If the starting conditions are not unique then the system doesnt understand which WF to trigger once the SC is saved..Hence you get the message that the "Workflow is ambigous".
If you are doing the agent assignemnt at the TASK level,the approver/manager be will be directly taken from there.However if you want some specific logic to be followed while determinig the agent,then you can write your own rule(in which the logic can be written to determine the Approver) which needs to be attached to the Task of the WF.
Alternatively,you also have N-step Approval Workflow for SC approval in which the complex logic for determinig can be written in a BADI.

How to delete shopping carts from Favourites(EBP)

Hi,
Could any one help me ASAP .
I have a problem that a user is using EBP since 2.5 years and all the shopping carts that she orderd filled up in Favorites(under my Ordered shoppingcarts).
So when she is ordering from Favourites(My Order shoppingcarts) ,the shopping cart is not showing in Order Status.
So how to delete my ordered shopping carts from Favourites.Please advice me asap because this is a Production issue

The problem is not in viewing the shopping carts orderd more than one year, i can view all the shopping carts ordered in favorites(since 2004).
The Problem is:
If user follow the path to create shopping cart:Reuisitioning-shop-Special Request- enter text-order-then shopping cart showing in order status(there is no problem )
But, if user follow the path:Reuisitioning-shop-Favorites-My Ordered Shopping cart-Add to shopping cart-order-then this created shopping cart is not showing in Order status(i mean cart is not getting saved, there is no number also).Is there any thing that after filled up some number of shopping carts in favorites, we cannot follow this path?

How to show purchasing group members in the item data of the shopping cart?

Dear Experts,
for s shopping cart in SRM 7.0 CS, i have the following business requirement:
In the item data tab of the line item details, the drop down field for Purchasing group is there. Right to this field, there is also a link called "Show members".
If i go on this link, than a small table opens that obviously is there to contain such additional information about the purchasers like name, telephone nummber or extension.
Currently, this small table does not contain any of this additional information for any of the used purchasing groups.
Can you please help me understand, how and where i can maintain this information in the sytem, so it shows in the shopping cart?

Actually, the question is not how to create the organizational unit of purchasing group in the PPOMA. This is all done. I just would like to understand, whether there is somewhere a place where i can maintain the name and maybe also the phone number of the buyer himself.
Thus, i would hope to see these details (i.e. the name and the phone number) in that small table that opens up if i click on the "Show members" link that is situated right to the purchasing group field in the "Item data" tab of the details of the line item.

Manual created PO not showing up in the shopping cart for non-catalog scena

In non-catalog scenario within SRM, the shopping cart shows the purchase requisition and not the manual created PO after
running the program BBP_GET_STATUS_2. Do I need to run the program CLEAN_REQREQ_UP to retrieve the manual created PO on ECC 6.0 after BBP_GET_STATUS_2? What is the selection criteria for both of these programs?

I'm not clear you issue. Is it SC -> PR(backend) -> PO(backend) classic scenario ? or You just created a PO in backend system?
BBP_GET_STATUS_2 will update SC follow-on doc information from backend.

Music selected for purchase not showing in my shopping cart

Lately I've been having this problem where I do an Itunes search for some music. When it shows up I click the "Add album" button which should put it into my shopping cart. Then when I want to check out, the music isn't in my cart. When I try to re-add I get a message from Itunes saying the item is already in my cart and can't be added again. I return to my cart and it still isn't there so I can't purchase it. I'm on auto-upgrades for so my version of Itunes should be current. This doesn't happen every time but often enough that I've noticed and its really getting annoying.
Very frustrating when it happens ! Anyone else have this problem ? If so what is it ?

I read through this thread because I'm having the identical problem. The thread doesn't really give a solution to the problem ....just that for [you] it resolved itself mysteriously.
What I'd like is the opportunity to empty my cart, but I can't since there's nothing there to empty.
My main concern is that, since when I try to re-add the item, I get the message stating that it's already in my cart, when [and if] I do use the cart to buy something else, will these items be download, or will it download only the items that are visible. This is all new to me since I've only ever used the one-click buying option without the cart. Is this an idiosyncracy of the software, the server, the individual purchased item, or what???
Any and all suggestions welcome.

Company code not showing in the shopping cart list

Can anyone please help me with this?
Currently we are on SRM 5.0 with extended and connected to one backend system. Everything works good. Now we are trying to connect another backend system to SRM. The situation is that we have made the same copy of our backend and using it as another backend system. Both backends will have the same product categories, purchasing organization. We are using BADI to determine the backend system based on company code. When I change the company code backend system for the user in org strcuture, the same company code do not show up in the shopping cart list while creating.
We have made most of the org structure changes, but still I am not able to find the exact reason why the company code is not coming in the list. Can anyone please help?

Whaever you have inherited in the Attribute BUK or Function tab , you can receive that comapany code in the shopping cart.
all sc value comes from Org structure.
run bbp_check_consitency for your user SC.
however now your landacape is equivalent to two ECC and one SRM systems.
