Short Keys Lite

I am new to apple - just bought the MacBook Pro to replace my Dell that crashed 2 days ago. I had a great software program on my old PC called short keys lite (not to be confused with shortcuts for keys) This program would type a preset string of words on command by a specified prompt (for ex., you could set it up to type your full email address when you typed "xxemail"). I cannot get it to work on my mac - the download only seems to work on PC's. Does anyone know if Apple has this program or one similar?

Dear experts,
When i try to perform a posting for lease in contract i get the above mentioned error message. I dont have a problem when in my contract i ve got only one condition entered referring to one BP with vendor role. But when i try to perform the posting for a contract having two conditions with two different BPs the system generates the message. I tried to find sth in the OSS notes, but nothing relevant for the case

Hi Severina,
please check your customizing settings concerning account assignment of the flow types that are used for postings. Are there reconciliation accounts defined that are deviating from the reconciliation accounts in the master data of the vendors?

It sounds like you are looking for a program like Typinator.
It isn't free, and the site doesn't specify compatibility with any OS above 10.7.
As of today, the latest release is dated May 29th, 2012.

Screenshot Error in Mac OS X 10.8, Short key working but no file generated

Today I'm going to use the mac screenshot (screen capture from COMMAND+CONTROL+SHIFT+4) to capture the window while the problem comes. The short key is working and the icon of pointer has changed accordingly, but once I clicked there is no file generated in the destination folder. I would like to know what's wrong with my screenshot? Is there anyone who encountered the similar errors before?
I'm using Mac OS X 10.8.5 and I believe the screenshot is still avalaible after the update from the 10.7.x. I guess the problem is more about the screenshot applet rather than the system. Besides, I'm eager to know that is there any method to solve this problem.

I am running a Retina Macbook Pro with Mavericks 10.9.3 installed. I was having this problem today, but I did a few things that got rid of the issue...
1) Go to System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts > Screen Shots, and click each of these 4 boxes...
Then close the window.
2) Open the application "Terminal."
Type in killall Finder > Push enter
Type in killall Dock > Push enter
Close the program
3) Turn off the computer. Now turn it on, but hold down "CMD + OPTION + P + R" on the keyboard as it boots up. This will restart your computer. Let the keys go after the restart, and let it boot all the way. Pressing these keys clears your PRAM and NVRAM settings--it doesn't harm your computer at all, but it is supposed to help give your battery a boost. Apparently, it also resolved my screen shot issues.
I blame my screen shot issues on a program I tried installing today--it must have messed with the OS somehow. Hope all of this helps!

Software bug - playlist update via short key shift + shuffle

In my previous 4G IPOD + Itunes 5.7 you could "re-shufle" the playlist by pressing shift + shufle button (as indicated in the short-key help in Itunes). This way if you added new albums which fall into the criteria of the playlist, you could re-sufle the playlist (otherwise the new album will be added at the end of the list instead of distribut the songs through the shufle list). Now with the 5G it does not work because although it shows re-shuffled in Itunes, it does not actually do anything on the Ipod therefore there is a mistmach of the sequence of the playlist in Itunes vs Ipod. Where can this bugs be reported in order to get them fixed?

I have found this same problem with my 60GB. I create a playlist and add songs to it. While it is connected and in iTunes I select the playlist and hit shuffle. The playlist shuffles. When I eject and view the playlist on the iPod it is in the exact order that I created it. Not the shuffle that is displayed thru iTunes. I was able to do this on my 3rd gen iPod with no problems.

You can be able to enable a check box or disable a check box by using the space bar, you make check box item by navigating using tab and use Space bar *SB.

Short keys in the ABAP Workbench and windows short keys

Hello,
you trigger functions in the ABAP Workbench you can use short keys, ex. F8 for starting a report. But some of the short keys are already given for some window functions. So you can't use them in the ABAP workbench. Is there a possibility to assign new short keys to certain functions in the ABAP workbench or turn the windows short keys off, so that these short keys can be used for the ABAP workbench. Thanks.

How do I disable this durn short keys on the keyboard, its very annoying when I chat it opens ms player or makes my sounds of etc..
I can chat normally without it beeping at me or open ms player, etc..

I had the same problem. Often while typing I pressed accidentally any of them and result was mute option or WMP started.
It is easy to disable these buttons.
Open Toshiba Assist, click on optimize and start Toshiba HWsetup. Choose Button Settings tab and disable Function buttons. After notebook restart they will be OFF.

You should take a look at the [[Keyboard shortcuts]] Knowledge Base article. You can use ''CTRL + 1'' through ''8'' to switch between tabs.

HI Wipaporn,
Try refering OSS notes 61929: The master data programs for A/R and A/P do not properly store the number of the reconciliation account. Also OSS notes 644296 for SD reconcilation account.
Try defining alternative reconcilation account.

Query for short keys

Hi,
i have used tabbed pane and added short keys for tabs.
i have setMenoniceAt method for short keys.
For windows working perfectly. Means when go panel it show's tooltip for short keys and works.but on unix it is not working
Like short keys for second panel is Alt+A.
for unix it is not working for alt button but if i used Alt Gr+A then it works.
are these button different?
and is it platform dependent?As java is platform independent.

Hello,
In the BUTTON PROPERTY set the property Access Key to any of your keyboard letter let say S.
Then for that button you can use Alt+S. It will fire the trigger WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED or it will work same as you are pressing button by enter or mouse.
