2/ can we block the phone in panorama view ?

No. The closest you'll come is the "Multi-tasking" bar: Double tap the Home button.

What do you mean here? You can only restrict the camera itself, not any options within the camera app.

Hold down the cmd (⌘) key and briefly press the tab key (⇥) then use the left/right arrow keys to select the application you wish to switch to. When done release the cmd key.

Switch Between Apps shortcut doesn't work, tip won't go away

The only solution I could find for this is to move my mouse to the top left of the screen, but it doesn't work when I do. Therefore, whenever I have an app open, the ****ing tip to switch between apps won't leave my screen. Same thing for the tip that
shows me where the start button is, only when the tip isn't actually there, I can use the button without a hitch. Seriously frustrating considering I haven't had a computer for almost a week and this happened the moment I started it up.

Hey Tom,
Glad to see you found your way to the keyboard shortcuts area. Here are a couple notes that might keep your Fireworks experience happy:
•Try to keep your Fireworks files small... Don't have too many pages when you are going to be using a lot of states; I know it is tempting to have the entire project in one file... separating the different sections by pages and the different states of the sections by the states, but it will be worth your while to keep these files smaller and have multiple files in place of multiple pages. This will do wonders for helping the app remain consistent.
•If you do choose to use multiple smaller files in place of large ones, use 'Command + `' (1 key left of 1/! key). This will let you flip through open pages. If you want to go in reverse, add shift (Command+Shift+`).
•Try using the terminal command 'purge' if/when things get slow, this coupled with the aforementioned smaller files has helped me avoid crashes.
•Make some custom tool panel layouts and save them in Window > Workspace Layouts > Save Current. If you want to update a workspace layout, just type the name of the layout you wish to save over.

How can I switch between apps without going to home screen?

Is there anyway to switch between apps with one tap? (ie. without going to home screen first). Kind of like a command-tab feature.

Well, you can have one app that you can get to with a double push of the home button (set in settings which you want), but I think it's only your contacts list, or your ipod app. Still useful though.

When I'm switching between apps, firefox takes 10 seconds to load up again. Why isn't it already loaded since I just had it up? The Opera browser doesn't do that.

My iPhone 4's iPod starts playing when I switch between apps, it goes on and off

Not sure if this is the deal or not, when I click on my ipod app it's playing a song, I can't here any music but the pause button is showing, is it playing and running down the battery.. BTW I never seem to have earphones around to see if it's playing, however I have sync in my car and it is playing when I switch to aux..

Technically it is the Grave Accent ` (aka reverse quote) under the tilda ~ key. Tilda ~ is shifted, and Grave Accent ` is not.

Switching between apps launched through RemoteApp from Windows 2008 R2 server

I have a problem with RemoteApp on Windows 2008 R2 Standard SP1.
When I try to switch between apps, launched from RD Web Access web-page, it is not always succeded. Instead of it the target app blinks and I still remain at the previous app. In another words, the next app window remains behind the previous
app window and I have to minimize the previous app before switching to the next app.
Following the recommendations given by the TechNet Online Chat assistant, I've been installed all the available updates on that server from the Microsoft Update, but it didn't help us.
Is there any way to resolve this trouble?

Which version of RDP client you are using? I can suggest you to use RDP 8.0 for better assistance.

Open your Displays system preferences. Is there an Arrangement tab and does it show two screens? If no Arrangement tab then your mac does not know it has two screens. Not exactly, but down-arrow will swap the images, and 'z' will always zoom the "select" one, if the "Link Focus" padlock is unlocked. Is that close enough for your needs?

Microsoft, you've created a major screw up and offer no solution for this. I purchased a new laptop, (has a touchscreen), and I can not get rid of the "Switch between apps" tab without restarting the computer.
Swiping it does nothing, it stays. Clicking the top left corner or touching there does nothing. It just sits there determined to be a pain and take up part of the screen.
What idiot designed this function. Have they been fired? Why does Microsoft refuse to respond with a fix or answer to all of the people asking to resolve this?
Really ticked off customer.

I want to provide my help to help you get rid of this issue, instead of restarting your computer.
Open Local Group Policy Editor, you can press Win+R to get the prompt, type
gpedit.msc and press Enter.
In the left pane, click/tap on to expand User Configuration, Administrative Templates, Windows Components, and Edge UI
In the right pane of Edge UI, double click/tap on Disable help tips to edit it:
Set the configuration to Enabled.
Select Apply and exit Local Group Policy Editor.
