Shortcuts tab is missing when edit/modify the package

Hi,
1. at the end of package creation (before saving) I modified a shortcut icon and changed the icon name under Shortcuts tab
2. deployed the package. Got the correct icon but the original app name, not a changed one.
I thought that may be forgot change the name and decided to edit the package in order to verify and change (if necessary) the name of the shortcut.
When edited I don't see the Shortcut tab at all.
Sure I will try to resequence the app but would like to know what may cause Shortcut tab disappearance.

You Need to perform the step "Update Application in Existing Package" as the description said "Use this Option to edit shortcuts or FTA's of an existing package".
You can also edit the shortcuts via the UserConfig.xml

Actually... I am not looking for any package. I want to modify the given package or create a new one. So for that... when we modify the package... then we can give either info, prompt or task. On the left side... only prompt and info are given. For task there is option for task only ... but what should be the value inside that task .i.e "task name" and its use.
My doubt is about the task. I dont know which all task I can give and what is the use of those task.
Hope that I have made my question clear this time.

iTunes 10.4 removed the ability to tab between fields when editing song information. Is there another shortcut now?

Yes, I know EXACTLY what you mean. Actually the Tab sequence was reversed in 10.4. I'm upset that it took me until Septeber 2011 to figure it out. For the longest time, probably every release of iTunes. The Tab sequence went (Source-->Tab-->Search Music box-->Tab-->Tracks List)
Now it's the reverse and it's so annoying. I have both Mac and Windows and was able to downgrade my Windows iTunes to 10.3.x (though I had to downgrade to a previous iTunes Library.itl file. I cannot downgrade my Mac iTunes b/c it's my main library and I'd lose historic data by restoring and old iTunes Library.itl file
I've written to Apple about this several times the past few weeks but they've yet to address this. The latest version is 10.5 and it hasn't been restored. I WISH Apple would RESTORE this feature to its ORIGINAL design!!!

My horizontal scroll bar went missing when I maximise the window. How do I fix them? I tried everything; such as auto hide the task bar. Even with this, I still can't see the horizontal scroll bar. I even tried the following and I still can't see the horizontal scroll bar.
1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter. Click the button promising to be careful.
(2) In the search box above the list, type or paste dom and pause while the list is filtered
(3) Double-click the dom.disable_window_open_feature.scrollbars preference to switch it from false to true. By choosing true, you disable sites from deciding whether there can be scrollbars on a window, and Firefox uses its standard behavior for the page.
If you want to always get other bars, here are the corresponding settings:
Menu Bar: dom.disable_window_open_feature.menubar
Navigation Toolbar: dom.disable_window_open_feature.toolbar
Bookmarks Toolbar: dom.disable_window_open_feature.personalbar

Edit /modify the payment proposal

Hi Gurus,
when you modify the payment proposal for a customer, we are able to include some invoices but it is not allowing to add a credit invoice document/ credit balances.
It is treating customer negative balaces as outgoing payments and it is not adjusting against the customer balances. It is showing as seperate line item and asking for a payment method to pay this amount .
please let me know the solution for this problem?

You can edit/delete payment proposal from F110 transaction.
1. Display the proposal you want to delete.
2. in the menu, go to Edit ->Proposal - you will be give options to edit, delete, display proposal.

And I thought the whole point of an App Tab was to always have those tabs there no matter what window is open all the time period.
It's a minor complaint but I would really appreciate the option to permanently have them there.

I thought that app tabs would be more persistent, like pinning programs to the taskbar in Windows, but this is not the case.
Instead, once you close a Firefox window, all its tabs and app tabs are lost.
Essentially, this means that the close button in the upper-left corner of a Firefox window is now a "kill all open tabs and loose all App Tabs without warning++ " button. That is not cool.
I realize that "Firefox > Quit Firefox" behaves as intended, but many people use the more obvious red close button instead of the menu to close windows on a Mac. And it is easy to forget that the red button is now also an app-tab-death button. I've lost my app tabs many times to this issue. It is an unforgiving user interface decision which hampers the usability of app tabs. Why should I go through the extra clicks of setting up app tabs if I can loose them so easily?
Ideally, App Tabs could be saved separately from the currently open windows (perhaps create an option to save then to a special Tab Group that opens on startup?). App tabs would be exceedingly useful to me if they weren't so easy to loose.
On that note, saving Tab Groups would also be a useful functionality.
++ You will get a "closing multiple tabs" warning if you have only one window open, and that one window has multiple non-app tabs open, and you have enabled the warning in Preferences. But this too unreliable to help prevent the loss of app tabs.

This is due to your Inspection type configuration. I guess "One Q-Notification per Insp. Lot" Indicator is not set for the inspection type you are using.
Go to QCC0>Quality inspection>Inspection Lot Creation>Maintain Inspection Types>Select Inspection type
Here, Set indicator for "One Q-Notification per Insp. Lot". If this indicator is set system will combine all newly added defects into previously created notification.

How to modify the Package

Hi,
I have package created by user A (owner), I want to modify the package with user B, How can I do this ?
When I modify and compile, it is storing in my user b Schema, not in the User A schema...

Even though I am totally aware of the risk involved with granting any of the "ANY" privs to users, I actually have a business directive to do just that.
Instead of signing on as the generic package owner of code in order to alter and create it, we've been asked that we have to have each person sign on with the ability to alter another person's code (but only that other person's set of code).
I stressed to uppers that the only way to accomplish that is to grant some of the "ANY" privs and risks involved. They seemed to be ambivalent about the "risk even though I think it is large" because it satifies a security audit.
Am I crazy? As far I can tell there isn't a way around granting some of the "ANY" privs in order to accomplish the agenda. Has there been any new breakthough's with 10g or 11g that I don't know about?

Artwork tab is missing when importing home videos

When I import a home video mp4 file, the artwork tab is missing. This only just started to happen. Any idea how to get the artwork tab to appear? This doesn't happen consistently.

Directory search returns wrong results when you modify the view

Hello,
I have a custom list used a staff directory. This is SharePoint 2013. I am using a search box where users can type in names to find people.
When I add or remove a record in the list or modify the view and then I search for my name, all search results appear. It once just returned 1 record for my name, but now it returns all 100 records in the list.
How can I fix this?

Did you search in the SharePoint list or in SharePoint search center?
Could you provide more details about how you created the custom list?
Please try to enable Server Render as editing the page->Edit Web Part-> Miscellaneous, compare the result.
Please operate in other lists and in other site collections and test whether this issue occurs.
Please start a full crawl in Central Administration -> Manage service application -> Search service application -> Content Sources and test whether this issue occurs.
Could you check if it exists error in ULS log after you failed to search in the SharePoint list.

"next" option missing when editing songs

When editing songs I've added from other sources or things I ripped years go, I used to have the option to edit one song, then press "Next" and that would allow me to edit the next song in the album, or list I was working on. In iTunes 11, the option seems to be missing. I now have to edit a song, press "OK", then click on the next track and select "Get Info". Is there a way to re-enable this option? Making managing my library very tedious.

Try editing in song view. It works as before but does not work in album view.

Image is missing when I open the access wep app in different computers

I am trying to create an access web app.
In one of my views I have a image, which is stored in a "Document Library" in the same site, and the view is linked to the image by the "Picture URL".
This "Picture URL" I got by right clicking in the image in the "Document Library", copy and pasting the URL.
In some computers when I open the web app, the view shows the picture, but sometimes it just doesn't show.
I have already posted a question related to this issue, and I didn't get something that really fix this problem.
I hope I was clear enough to show you my problem.

Instead of giving the Absolute URL can you just give the Relative URL & try.
What you are giving is Absolute URL
http://portal/sites/hr/shared documents/newhire_policy.docx
& what i am suggesting is
Relative URL
/sites/hr/shared documents/newhire_policy.docx
