Dear Firefox:
I am not amused with the pac-man music. I spent the entire trying to find a virus on my computer. I might have tolerated this as an April Fool's joke, but this "celebration" was completely unnecessary!
And to others trying to fix the problem ... I just uninstalled Cool Previews and that did the trick. No more bat-shit-crazy pac-man music.

just go to www.itunes.com and reinstall, the installer will ask you if you want to install or repair, select repair and that will install Bonjour for you.

When i put my iPhone in the logitech dock and i start the music it stops at exactly 1 Minute. What's the problem? I cleaned the contacts, the same happened again. always after 1 minute the music pauses!
It is a known issue and un-conventional remedy.
It is Hardware failure. I would get the iPhone changed for a good one. -
I made a DVD with photo's and music. On my Powerbook G4 he plays perfect. But after burning the project on my LaCie d2 lightscribe and showing the project on my TV than: after 10 min. the music stops for a few seconds. On the screen of the DVD-player I can see that after the word 'play' the clock starts again with counting the time. I tried everything: * burning slow. * all programs stopped, except iDVD. * all other apparature uncoupled. Is this a problem of my iDVD-program or my LaCie burner?
mishmumken is correct about the 99 slides. There's an 99 chapter limit in each slideshow for DVDs and each photo is considered a chapter. iDVD gets around that by renaming slide 100 back to 1 and goes on.
The pause can be minimized (but not eliminated) by burning to disk at the slowest speed available: usually 4x or 2x. Save the project to disk (File ➙ Save to Disk menu option) and play the disk image with DVD player to check out the transition at 99 and 198. Then burn the disk image to disk with Disk Utility at the slowest speed possible. Also use top quality media: Verbatium, Maxell or Taiyo Yuden DVD-R are the most recommended in these forums.

My apple ipod Nano stops playing shortly after plugging in the correct headset. I've tried enabling and disabling crossfade in settings. Any suggestions?
Make sure your headphones are plugged ALL the way in, meaning the white part of the headphones is flush with the Nano and you cannot see any silver from the plug still showing.

Firefox can't open normally without going through the "this is embarrassing" routine; nor does it close down properly; I get the "end program" message and have to say "end now"it also sticks frequently, i.e. screen freezes for a minute or more; should I uninstall and re-install to try and debug?

Firefox no longer connects to internet on my mac, and windows machines, after v18. I've tried several solutions from Mozilla support and nothing works. Firefox can't even connect to Mozilla for updates. Firefox just sits on the default search page and attempts to connect to websites by typing URLs, or by clicking on the links on the default search page don't work.
You could try the following:
* Make sure your Internet security software is up-to-date (i.e. you are running the latest version)
* Remove Firefox from your program's list of trusted or recognized programs, then add it back. For detailed instructions, see Configure firewalls so that Firefox can access the Internet.

Using Adobe 11 reader, now comes up with an error, once file is opened. 'Invalid plugin detected, Adobe reader will quit. Closes the program so cannot view PDF files. Running windows 7. I have uninstalled and re-installed Adobe still the same. HELP
Sounds like something has been added into the Reader folder. I would recommend uninstalling, running http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html, removing any left over parts of the Reader folder (this might have been the problem), reboot, and reinstall. Hopefully that solves the problem. For future question about Reader, you should consider asking in the Reader forum, this is not it.
