Should i get a new battery?

i have my X6 since it was released, should i buy a new battery? Do they lose performance over time?
Greece Nokia X6 RM-559 v40.0.002

Surely the do lose performance over a period of time but is it showing signs of it ? The battery on my Nokia 5800xm is now more than 28 months old but lasts more than 2-1/2 days with moderate use..and do not think needs a replacement yet ...

My battery is lasting 5 hours max. Should I get a new battery? I have it 2years and 3 months.

Depending on the charging cycles of your battery, could be time for an exchange:
    Charge Cycles
A properly maintained iPhone battery is designed to retain up to 80% of its original capacity at 500 full charge and discharge cycles. You may choose to replace your battery when it no longer holds sufficient charge to meet your needs.

  • HT1338 my mac pro has 4 years already and the battery lasts for 10 minutes top. why should i do? get a new battery or what?

please help me what should i do

Assuming you mean a Macbook Pro laptop and not the Mac Pro tower, then batteries wear out.  4 years is a long time for a battery to be in constant use.  In general I've ended up replacing my laptop batteries about once ever 2 years, and at that time I'm often down to 30 to 45 minutes of battery life.
So if you are not ready to get a new Mac, by all means get a new battery.

  • When should I buy a new battery?

I've had my macbook for 8 months, I'm just wondering when should I buy a new battery?
The cycle count is 310, and checking System Profiler, the battery full charge is 5143.
Should I buy a new battery in a now, or should I not worry about buying a new battery, because I heard 310 cycles was a lot.

The question really isn't how many cycles your battery has, it is how long your full charge is lasting on a calibrated battery. If you've calibrated your battery within the last 60 days and you are getting less than 2 to 2 1/2 hours on a full charge then it is time to get a new battery. If you are getting 3 to 3 1/2 hours you are fine, regardless of your cycles. If you are in between decide if the $125 or so is well spent to get 4 hours or so.

  • I have a ipod classic 5th gerneration. Is there any way I can get a new battery for it? Or does Apple only get new batteries for the 7th generations? Thanks

Yes you can still purchase replacement batteries your iPod from third party repair companies.  Apple does not offer replacement parts.
Do a Google search for iPod battery replacement and you should get a plethora of results.  There are many good deals on Amazon and eBay.

  • Is there a way to reset the battery to make it last longer without getting a new battery?

I have an ipod touch 4th generation 8GB and the battery was ruined by accidentaly overcharging it a few times. I was wondering if there was a way to fix the battery so it returns to the charge it is supposed to hold. I currently have without getting a new battery, or replacing it. Please respond.

Don't know of any way to "restore" a lithium ion battery like you could do when rejuvinating a nicad type battery.  If the lithium ion battery has reached a stage where it will not service the needs of your device, you need to replace it.
Usually the lithium ion batteries don't suffer much from overcharging because the proper charger will limit the charging current to a trickle.  Lithium ion batteries are more apt to suffer by letting it discharge to an almost zero state, and letting it stay that way for a period of time.

  • How much RAM should I get my new MacBook installed with?

How much RAM should I get my new MacBook installed with? I'm planning on getting a new Macbook sometime this fall. I'll probably be a light user, mostly internet, email, and your occasional Letter/Envelope.
Are their any other options that I'll want to make sure that I get?
Oh, and this will also be my very first Mac.
    Thanks,
    Jeff

In the link Alvin Ray posted it shows the different configurations that can be used in RAM. Officially Apple states that the MacBook supports 2 GB Ram. It can hold 4 GB but only uses 3 GB. The 4 GB would only benefit the matched pair use for optimum graphics. Unless you do a lot of very graphic intensive work 3 GB should be fine.

  • Can i go into an apple store to get a new battery for my ihpone 3gs

Can i go to an Apple store to get a new battery put into my iphone 3gs? or do i have to ship it somewhere?

Is she going to want to keep the same number? If not, you can go into somewhere like Carphone warehouse and ask for a new EE sim card sometimes costs £5 but they normally do a deal like top up £10 and get something free. i'm sure EE shop would supply these also, the only trouble you may have is the time that it would take to port the same number over

I could be the cable or it could be that the connecor in the iPod is damaged.  If the iPod is the problem replacing the cable will not help.  Look at the dock connector on the iPod and the contacts on the cable.

  • Should I get a new iPhone 4??

I have an iPhone 3GS and I was wondering if I should get an iPhone 4 or wait till next year when Steve jobs arranges another WWDC where he will hopefully introduce a newer version of iPhone 4. I heard that there are still many problems with iPhone 4 and I don't want to spend more money then I should. Please share your opinions

    Kohei,
I had a 3G and bought a iP4 and am very happy. I would refuse to give it back, even if they came for it. There are several things to keep in mind.
    1. Some people have problems with every new devise and software update. These get exaggerated and universalized because this is a forum to which people with problems go (that is what it is for). Undoubtedly, there are hundreds of thousands who experienced no problem and remain silently pleased.
    2. I am not completely satisfied with the new battery. But, this may well be a function of expectation. It seems to use power more quickly than I expected. Maybe this is just a perception. Maybe it is real. But, in any event it is, in my case, not so serious as to cause buyers' remorse.
    3. Apparently, there is a reception issue, which I am confident will be resolved. I have not personally experienced it, but I get a strong signal in my area. If I lived somewhere with weak signals, I think I might wait until this is resolved.
