so i got my ipod way back in september when they first started coming out...i just tried to put videos on it from itunes but the screen doesn't do anything and i tried all their hint things to fix it but none of them worked...should i send it in and how do i do that

What exactly is happening when you go to play a video?
Many video issues can be fixed without having to send the iPod in.

It then said it had detected an iPod in recovery mode and I had to restore my iPod. I talked to someone on the online help page and they said I needed to talk to someone on the phone because it was too complicated to explain. The first person I spoke to on the phone could not identify my problem so she got her supervisor who said I needed to send it in for repair. I sent it in and yesterday I received a brand new iPod in the mail with a letter saying they could not fix my old iPod and this was a replacement. I plugged the new iPod into my computer to restore it and everything was fine. It said my software was not up to date so I clicked update and the exact same thing happened with the new ipod. It told me to restore my iPod and then said it was unable to be restored. They replacement arrived yesterday. Should I send it back?

What is the exact wording of the error message? It may be that there is a problem with your computer and is causing the problem, not a problem with the iPod.

Generally you cannot charge your iPad with the USB port of your laptop. They don't give enough power.
You need to use the cable and plug that came with it, and plug directly into an electrical outlet.

No! All Apple needs is your actual phone. Do not send the box or anything else as they will throw it away and you won't get anything back except for a phone! Do not send the sim card either and make sure you backed it up!

Routine - ENTRY_NEU
Form - Z_MEDRUCK
My requirement : After creation of a PO, on click of 'Save' button, an e-mail needs to be sent to a given receipient.
As of now, I have included the code in the routine - ENTRY_NEU and I'm facing probelms with the FM - SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1.
Pls let me know what exactly is the codeand where to I need to include it. Pls tell me how to go about tis issue step-by-step.

1) Set NAST-NACHA = 8 (Special function)
2) Before OPEN_FORM (maybe in In enhancement spot) if NAST-NACHA = 8, then set itcpo-tdgetotf = 'X' (to get OTF back from CLOSE_FORM!)
3) During CLOSE_FORM, if NAST-NACHA = '8', get OTF output from TABLES parameter OTFDATA

This may indicate a hardware issue with your device. Follow Troubleshooting security software issues, and restore your device on a different known-good computer. If the errors persist on another computer, the device may need service.

To set CmpPrivate (it is exactly BoCardCompanyTypes) use following:
cCompany - Card represent a company.
cPrivate - Card represent a private person.

The new update has messed up my battery life and I am starting to see my wifi connection slow down. I have chatted here with an apple helper and they sent me a box to send off my ipod. Should I send my cable as well? I have a iPod 5th generation. I don't want my ipod to be lost or damaged on the way. What precautions should I take before I send it? Is it worth it right now or should I still hope and pray for a useful update that will fix the battery life. My ipod takes forever to charge with my charger but with my sisters Ipad it works pretty quickly. Greatly appreciate any advice coming!

Hey Yari5393, Apple does not fix, you will most likely get a refurbished iPod, (the same model and size you sent in) and it most likely will have the same issues, slow operation, spotty Wi-Fi, etc. Seems to be an issue with iOS 8, at least if you read this and other posts. As for the A5 chip set, (the one used in iPod 5's), iOS 8 is pushing the iPod 5 about as far as it can go. Do you have other issues? I'm thinking Apple will just tell you there is nothing wrong and send your iPod back. Hope this helps, Cheers.

How hard is to Reset it? A lot less hard than returning it. Just hold down the On/off and Home buttons for atleast 10 seconds until the apple apears and then wait for it to reset. If this doesn't work and you don't want to try restoring it, take it back to Apple.

Should I send my whining MacBook to repair or exchange it?

I have a week 12 MacBook Pro 1.83 that has the horrible whine other people on this forum have described. It only happens when running on battery power, and goes away either by opening PhotoBooth, the Mirror widget, or plugging into AC power. Changing the screen brightness does not seem to affect the whine at all. The whine goes away if I leave the laptop idle. It immediately starts whining again if I move the cursor or type on the keyboard.
I picked this computer up at the Apple Store at Northpoint in Alpharetta last Wednesday (two days ago). I've already called Apple Support about the problem, and they are sending me a box and issued me a Dispatch Number. Seeing as this laptop is only two days old, I'm wondering if that's entirely fair. Maybe I should go back to the Apple Store (even if it is a two hour drive) and exchange for another new laptop. I guess my question is, how likely is it that after driving all the way back to Atlanta, and all the way back home, I'll get a new laptop that doesn't have the same problem?
And my biggest concern is that if/when I do get to the Apple Store, they'll insist that the whine is normal, and won't exchange it.
So what do you think? Should I go ahead and send off the MacBook Pro I already have for repair, or exchange it for a different one and hope for the best?

Install it. When you hear the whine, hit the F12 key, if the mirror widget does not appear click on + to find it and launch. This will immediatly stop the CPU whistle, and switch on the green web cam light.
Then close the mirror widget (x on the left top of the windows) and rehit the F12.
You should be done with the whine unless you restart your machine

So I've had my old Ipod classic for about five years. (I got it in eighth grade and I have now graduated high school) And now the battery is at a point where it barely is able to hold a charge anymore. My question is how much does it cost to get the battery replaced and what is the address that I should send it to so that it can be fixed? I'm sorry if this isn't making much sense. It's nearly midnight right now and I am fighting off sleep.

Black macbook working fine should I send it in?

Hey guys i bought the 1499 black mackbook about 4 weeks ago instore. The macbook is a week 33 model so I assume it has been sitting in the stockroom for a while. I have no problems at all.
