Should I wait on 10.4.6.?

Question

I just upgraded from Panther to 10.4.5. All went very well except a few network issues.
Should I wait on the 10.4.6. update? I have the combo. I am hearing a lot of complaints and it worries me a little.

For me who finally got off dialup a/c Elnk was replacing DSL line for 25 days. :~{)
Back Up, Repair Permissions, Disk Warrior recently, Double Startup w no capabilities in between. All is good, joy.
