Should my icons have updated as part of the recent upgrade?

I have just completed the install of Mavericks and update for Pages, Numbers and Keynotes but all icons have remained unchanged and I am concerned that I have missed a step in the process - should these icons change?

I thought the same thing but then realised that Pages 09 remains installed and the new Pages is under applications, quite a good idea if you prefer your older version! Just look in applications folder and you should see the new Pages icon once you have restarted your mac.
