Show All Menu Items - On all the time - PSCS4

I must be missing something because I'm sure Adobe would make a way to keep this feature on all the time. But I've been through the preferences and can't find it. Maybe someone can help me.
How can I make Photoshop CS4 Show All Menu Items - All the time?
It slows me down and frustrates me having to keep clicking on this each time I need the full menu, which is pretty much all the time.

Show recently added blog items in a webpart with 1 blog item showing all the time.

I need to pull 3 blog items from blog site and display it in the another SharePoint 2013 site collection home page so I have added content search webpart and in Select a query i choosed recently changed items(system) and in restrict by app i had choosen
specify a url and pointed the url to the blog post list which it should pull.
so now it is pulling all the recently changed list items in the list. which is good. but i want to show up 1 blog item on the webpart which should not change and rest(other 2) of the blog items should change.
how can i do this. any ideas please.

So essentially you want a "featured" blog post to always be displayed first, followed by recent blog posts underneath?
Yeah you would need to add a new column to your blog, perhaps the easiest way to do this is add the Status column "Add from existing site columns" to your Posts list. Then you can follow the instructions on this blog post:

To add the Status field as a crawled property (step 13 from article above). Then you can sort by Status (I would change the status options to "Featured Post" and "Non-Featured Post") Descending, and then Sort by LastModifiedTime Descending. That
will first display all Featured Posts, then display the blog posts by last modified time underneath.

HorizontalScroll does not show all the time

So I have a custom skin, which I have a scroller in to warp the content. Below is my content. If "holderGroup" has the property width=100% then the horizontalScroll doesn't show when the browser window is sizedsmaller than the content. But if I remove the width=100% from the "holderGroup", so no width setting, then the horizontalScroll shows appropriately when the browser window is sized smaller thant the content. But of course when I remove the width=100% the custom:DetailsPanel doesn't take up the entire screen and looks bad. Anyone know what is going on?

Post the skin. The child you posted had a minWidth of 0 which means that,
if you give it 100% width we'll shrink it all the way to 0 if needed, and
then there will never be a reason to show a horizontalScrollBar.

Bookmark on old drive was visable, new drive, new Firefox have to click through two menus to get to bookmarked. Can it be set to show all the time?

It's a lot faster to just click on the bookmarked as with the old Firefox.

You can toggle the Bookmarks sidebar on/off via "View > Sidebars > Bookmarks" or Ctrl+B

Album art not showing all the time

Is there a way to keep the album artwork to consistently show up? It seems like everytime I go into the music section, there's artwork missing...even though it's all there in iTunes and I sync it every time.

If you are only adding it to one song, that won't work. Itunes itself does this for artwork that it finds automatically, but if you want to add them yourself you have to add the artwork to every track. Find the track that you added the artwork to copy the artwork using command - C , then select all of the tracks at the same time in itunes, do a get info and paste the artwork into the artwork window of the tagging window.

Help menu options change all the time - repair install always shows

After installing Acrobat X, I noticed the Help menu options change all the time. The repair install option is always present and sometimes the deactivate option is present but grreyed-out, somtimes it is enabled and most of the time it doesn't even show up. I have the full version purchased from a major online retailer.

I should add the following: The Sound control panel will not even let me click on the "Show volume in Menu Bar" check box.
I just now installed the latest Brother control panel (Leopard compatible) and it DOES appear in the menu bar.

Only when i go to a different browser (like IE) after i clear it , then all that shows up is the pages i visited in IE , that is what bugs me , why is IE browsing history sowing up in Firefox ??
Basically , i can clear the history in Firefox , and then for a example , go to Craigslist , using IE7 (launching it from a complete different Icon , in other words at that time i never open Firefox) , then after closing out , or even leaving open as it does not seem to matter , i go into Firefox , and hit History , and there is every place i visited in IE7 , on my History in Firefox

Safari show all tabs doesn't work all the time

It is annoying: safari show all tabs doesn't work all the time. The little icon to the right of the "New Tab" area sometimes works, and sometimes doesn't. The Shift Command Back-slash, sometimes works, and sometimes doesn't. I find no rhyme nor reason for this. I have a MacBook Pro, Mountain Lion, the latest updates. It doesn't matter if I am in Full Screen or not.
I am quite confused regarding this.

Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type of copy paste the following:
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db
Click Go then move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If that helped, empty the cache more often from your keyboard.

Right, like I'm trying to say, THERE IS NO SAFARI MENU bar. Example: I have multiple applications open, I click on a Photoshop window, the correct menu or title bar or whatever changes. Every other application window I click on brings up the correct "whatever" bar. If I click on the desktop, the "Finder Bar" shows up.
Everythiing else, BUT SAFARI, works the same way since OS X came out. This is ridiculous.
I'm getting the vibe that Apple is trying to get rid of the finder.... this is the way wrong direction.
