Show attachments by default...?

Hello,
I would like to set the "Show attachments by default" property of a document programmatically, but am not having any luck finding how to do it in the SDK documentation.
Is this possible?

I'm kind of new to scripting PDF's and I'm not sure exactly where I would put the line of code you gave that would cause the attachments panel to open when the document is opened.
I have tried a number of ways to add a "Document JavaScript" to the document, but no matter what I do, the code seems to be ignored after I save the PDF, close and reopen it.
I can make the line of code work (slightly modified to include "this.") when I put it in the action of a button, so I know I'm on the right path, but for some reason the document javascript is being ignored.
Any suggestions?

To set the default search engine, choose Safari > Preferences, then click General.
If you are having problems with extensions you can uninstall and reinstall the extension.

In iOS 6, my Recent PDFs would show up by default whenever I opened Adobe. That is not the case with iOS 7. Is there a way to get your Recent PDFs to show up by default in iOS 7?

You can log out of an account in iTunes on a computer via Store > Sign Out and you can then sign in with the account that you want to use - similarly on an iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch you can sign out by tapping on it in Settings > Store and then sign in. Accounts can't currently be deleted.
Any content that was purchased or downloaded via your daughter's account will remain tied to that account and can't be transferred to a different account, so only that account will be able to authorise its content on your computer or download updates to its apps.

Mail not showing attachments in my Sent Mail list

I have the paperclip icon in my menu bar so I can easily see emails with attachments but in Lion they are not showing at all. Old mails BEFORE I upgraded to Lion show attachments. Has anyone sorted this issue?

OK, I have no idea why, but the following worked.
I created a rule in the Preferences pane:
CONDITIONS
     sender is me
     attachment contains "." (every file does)
RULE
     set color to (anything)
The rule worked.
Furthermore, the paperclips appeared!!!

Photoshop CS6 Brush Manager does not show all the default brushes

The brush panel shows all the default brushes, but the Brush Presets panel and the Brush Preset Manger do not, intact the last brush that they show is "100 Rough Round Bristle". it only shows the first 67 at max... if you delete anything before the 100 Rough Round, that becomes the new default number. It's like the rest of the brushes don't exist. Although I can select them in the Brush Panel.
If I want to load any other brush set, it over writes any brushes that appear after "100 Rough Round Bristle".
Need some serious help as my workflow is being severely hampered.

Mail doesn't show attachments

I have received a number of emails, even before Snow Leopard, which have attachments but the attachments won't show in the body of the email and won't show an attachment icon in the email message. The paperclip icon is visible in the list. The only way to see the attachments when this happens is to save the email as raw message source, drag it to Stuffit Expander and there'll be a folder with the attachment.
But sometimes even that doesn't work. Today I got one and saved it as raw source, but even when I expanded it I still couldn't see it. I had to open it in Entourage just to see it. What is going on here? Why can't Mail show attachments? Is there a setting somewhere that has to be tweaked? Please help.

Finally I managed to send a bug report. Wow, that's a challenge. I've created a sample mail message of about 42 lines (raw text) which shows the error. The message is given below. There are two attachments, the first one shows up, the other doesn't. The attachment that shows up in Mail.app happens to have a Content-ID. If you remove that then even that attachment won't show up.

Sometimes zipping is not an optimal solution, such as when sending to a non computer savvy recipient who may not understand zip files. Is there no way to make sure that an attached image will show as an attachment to the recipient (and therefore by easy to download from the email)? Thanks.

Thanks for your details steps, with your steps I can reproduce the issue using SharePoint server 2013 without any CU or PU.
The items not displayed when group by the calculated column.
However, I had done more research and test, I had found that it’s a known issue.
I had tested with the SharePoint server 2013 which applied the December CU, the issue disappeared, the items displayed well.
You can install the December CU for SharePoint server 2013, then test whether it works.

How do I show a logo in my signature but show attachments as icons?

I want to include my company logo in my signature but have an attachment show only as an icon. In terminal I set
Open Terminal in Applications>Utilities and paste this in. Then hit return.

To reverse the setting, change the 1 to a 0.

In Mail 4.5, I randomly fail to get attachments from senders. Today I had it happen again multiple times from a sender; no attachment but a flag at the bottom of the mail about "missing plug-in."

I got here by destiny. After many days looking for a problem in Mail I just found the solution.
My Mail program started developing the following problem progresively. All attachements stop showing as they usually do. In the case of a jpeg picture, I could see the image. In case of a folder, I could see the folder. This is the default way, I believe and the one I've always used since I moved to Mac.
This happenned in all trays or boxes. Very annoying. Besides, many recipients had problems too seeing my attachments. I had to explain they were in the mail but hidden somehow. They had to llok for them.
Luckily I found this thread. I typed in terminal as you said. Instantly all my attachements became visual again.
It seems you suggested this solution for other kind pf problem but it solved mine.
My system is an 27" iMac running 10.6.8 and Mail 4.6

How to make a numeric indicator not show 0 as default value

I use Labview 8.0.
I need several numeric indicators to show some calculated results, but before I get the calculation results, thoes indicator will always show "0" as their default value. So, how can I make these indicator just be blank before I get the result that I want to display?
