Show currency in title of FSG

According to the doc of metalink, I set control value in column sets to use the entered currency with FSG. How can I show the currency in title of report? I try &Currency. But it doesn't work.

You cant enter currencies in a report definition unless the report contains a row and or a column set with a currency control value.

SAP Report Painter - How to show currency key in header

I've created a new report painter report against table Faglflext. Basic key figures are extracting Local Currency (HSL). This generic report will be used for various company codes that have different local currencies. In the report header I've specified a General Text Variable with Variable name currency but no data is displayed. The data in the columns are however correct based on company code selection.
Please advise how I can show currency type in header.

You have chosen HSL in the column definition which means to display the values in comp code currency
If I have understood your requirement correct, you want to display the currency of the company code in the Header text or some where as a text, based on the company code given in selection parameter
Thats really not possible!!
However, one smart thing you can do is to
1. Go to GRR2
2. Choose your report and Menu Extras > Report Text > Title page or Header
3. Enter a Text saying that
"This report displays the values in comp code currency... Currency of comp code 1 is USD, comp code 2 is SGD, Comp code 3 is GBP, etc"
Hence, the users would come to know the currency in which it is executed

Perhaps you have made one column extra wide and the window isn't currently showing the Name column. Try resizing columns, turning off those that you don't need, or scrolling sideways.

I want to have Home menu title have a different color when on index.html and so on. I keep using the term "active" for that, and "hover" for mouseover. Is that correct? And what do I need to do so that my menu displays an indication of which page is the current one?

I would try plugging in the HDMI from the ATV to a different HDMI port on your TV and even trying the ATV on a different TV altogether...sounds like the HDMI port on your TV might be bad or a bad connection. Keep in mind you'll need to switch the TV input to the new HDMI port

Thanks for the reply with additional information.
Recent history for Premiere Elements points to the program having problems when more than 1 video card/graphics card is
being used by the computer on which Premiere Elements is running. This observation may seem contra indicated by the fact
that you say that the program did work well about 2 years ago in the same setup. But other factors may have set in with regard
to drivers, drivers versions, and driver conflicts. But this factor, does need to be ruled in or out.
Can you disable one or the other card to determine the impact of this on your problem?
But, of prime concern with regard to video card/graphics card is the use of a NVIDIA GeForce card with Premiere Elements 10.
Even if your NVIDIA GeForce were the only card, Premiere Elements 10 will not work properly unless the NVIDIA GeForce driver
version is rolled back to about May 2013. This may be one of the major factors here.
a. Device Manager/Display Adapters and find out Driver Version and Driver Date
b. Read the background information for the Premiere Elements 10/NVIDIA GeForce issue

I don't know if it's possible but I want to see te currency translation type that I use in a query. For example, If a user make a currency translation it's possible to catch the currency and the currency translation type that he choose and show them :
- in the title ?
- in a column or in a text item of my default web template ?

Hi,
The parameters that determine the exchange rate are the source and target currencies, exchange rate type and the time reference for the translation.
To define a translation type you have to define the exchange rate type, the time reference, and how and when the inverse exchange rate is used. Entering the target currency is optional.
●      Exchange rate type: The exchange rate type distinguishes between exchange rates that are valid in the same time frame, for example, the bid rate, ask rate or middle rate. The exchange rate types are stored in a central table (TCURV) and can by maintained in Customizing using BI Customizing Implementation Guide ® General Settings ® Currencies ® Check Currency Types. Alternatively you can specify any variable that exists for InfoObject 0RTYPE.
●      Inverse exchange rate: You can choose whether the inverse exchange rate is to be used for the translation type. If you choose translation with the inverse exchange rate, then the reverse exchange rate is used in the relevant translation from one currency to another. Translation using the inverse exchange rate is useful, for example, when values from the original documents have been translated before being saved in the data targets and you want to restore the original values.
You have maintained the following exchange rates:
EUR ® USD 0.940
USD ® EUR 1.070
When translating from USD to EUR using the inverse exchange rate, a rate of 1/0.940 = 1.064 is used and not a rate of 1.070.
●      Source currency: The source currency is the currency that is to be translated. You have the following options:
○       The source currency is determined dynamically using the data record. This is always the case when you perform currency translation in the Business Explorer.
○       The source currency is determined dynamically using a specified InfoObject (characteristic). During the data load process, the source currency can be determined either using the data record or a specified characteristic bearing master data (see example: Defining Target Currencies Using InfoObjects. Determining the source currency using an InfoObject is performed in the same way).
○       You can use a fixed source currency in planning functions. Data records with the same currency key as the source currency are translated.
○       You can specify any variable that exists for InfoObject 0CURRENCY. You can also use these options in planning functions.
●      Target currency:
To determine the target currency, you have the following options:
○       You can establish that the target currency be determined upon translation. In the Query Designer under the properties for the relevant key figure, you specify either a fixed target currency or a variable to determine the target currency.
○       You can enter a fixed target currency (for example, EUR).
○       You can specify any variable that exists for InfoObject 0CURRENCY.
○       In the currency translation type, you can specify an InfoObject which is used to determine the target currency upon translation. In characteristic maintenance on the Tab Page: Business Explorer, you have to determine a currency attribute. For more information, see the example under Defining Target Currencies Using InfoObjects. If the Only Use in Transformation indicator is set, you can also enter InfoObjects that do not have a currency attribute set in InfoObject maintenance. InfoObjects that are entered here have to be available in the source and contain a currency as an attribute.
○       You can specify an InfoSet: This is only necessary if you are determining the target currency using an InfoObject that exists in the InfoSet more than once. You enter the field alias so that the InfoObject can be specified uniquely.
●      Time reference: The time reference for the currency translation can be either fixed or variable.
If the time reference is fixed, the time at which the exchange rate is determined is independent of the data. You have the following options:
○       You can establish that the time reference be determined upon translation.
○       You can select the current date.
○       You can specify a fixed date as the key date.
○       You can specify any variable that exists for InfoObject 0DATE.
○       You can establish that the query key date be used. This is determined in the query settings.
If the time reference is variable, the time at which the exchange rate is determined is decided by a time characteristic value.
○       A variable time reference can, for example, be determined using the end or start of a fiscal year or calendar year, a period and a month or even to the exact day. The following standard time characteristics are available: 0FISCYEAR, 0FISCPER, 0CALYEAR, 0CALQUARTER, 0CALMONTH, 0CALWEEK and 0CALDAY.
○       The time reference can also be determined using a customer-specific InfoObject of type date (for example, trading day). Note that this InfoObject has to have the same properties as the standard InfoObject selected in the variable time reference or must reference it.
○       You can specify an InfoSet: This is only necessary if you are determining the target currency using an InfoObject that exists in the InfoSet more than once. You enter the field alias so that the InfoObject can be specified uniquely.
In the Business Explorer, you can only set time variable currency translations in query definition, and not for an executed query. See also Setting Variable Target Currency in the Query Designer.
○       In the Time Adjustment field of type INT4, you can specify whole numbers with a +/- sign.
○       In the Time Adjustment from Variable field, you can specify formula variables (1FORMULA). As these values of the variables may have to be whole numbers, they are rounded to whole numbers (integers) where necessary.
The time adjustment (regardless of whether it is fixed or variable) is always related to the InfoObject specified under Variable Time Reference.
Example of a time adjustment of -3:
The variable time reference is To the exact day and the InfoObject under Variable Time Reference is 0CALDAY. Instead of 07.11.2006, after the time adjustment, 04.11.2006 is used for the translation.
The variable time reference is End of Week and the InfoObject under Variable Time Reference is 0CALWEEK. Instead of 52.2004, the week 49.2004 is calculated and the end date is calculated from this.

Photos in iOS show location, not title

After syncing my iPod Touch (iOS 8.3) with my MacBook (Yosemite 10.10.3), all the photos on my iPod Touch now show the location and date taken, but not the title - even though the photos do have titles in Photos 1.0 on my MacBook. Is there some way to get my iOS Photos to display titles?

I want the title to appear - the same title that has been applied to Photos OS X on my MacBook.
Photos in iOS cannot display titles. That's why it only displays the location and the date. I linked to the Migrating from iPhoto for iOS to Photos on iOS 8 - Apple Support document, because it lists what Photos iOS cannot display. And titles and captions are one of the items. You cannot add titles or captions in Photos on iOS, and so they are not displayed.

Why the ALV download Excel can't show all field title?

         I have a problem for ALV download to Excel
Example: the field title description has 11 len bits when I download Excel then the field title is u2018descriptiou2019 only 10 len bits. I found when the field value is more then 11 then can show all,if the field value less than 11 then download Excel only show 10.
The description has 40 bits.if itu2019s value less 40 then ALV CONDENSE the space .
I removed this code: GT_LAYOUT-COLWIDTH_OPTIMIZE = 'X'.but problem is also exits.
How can I do ?

That would be depending on each document. You may change variable to a database field to show amount without currency code.

Why is iTunes Podcast Artist Column Incorrectly Showing the Channel Title?

I've noticed that recently for iTunes Podcasts that I create, when viewing the podcast in iTunes, the Artist column (for each podcast media record) is not showing the correct <itunes:author> field for that item. Instead it is showing the <title> field for the whole category. I thought my XML may have been incorrect, but it never used to be a problem for and it still looks correct. Further more, I noticed that other podcasts on itunes had this same problem (all). Why isn't it showing the "author" in the artist column anymore? Is this a glitch in the new version of itunes?

No, I think it's actually using the "channel <title>" node, not the owner <itunes:name> field you mentioned. Mine are different, and it's picking up that field for sure.

This is the top level title of the whole podcast, and it should not be used for the "author" of the individual podcast "items". See the image on that page which describes which fields are displayed where:

It explicitly says that "item <itunes:author>" should show up in the column. Whereas "channel <title>" is used for the top channel title ONLY. They are not following their own specs. And if you aren't including that "channel <title>" field, then you aren't following the specs either I'm glad it works, but I'm not quite ready to abandon the specs, because they are going to find the glitch in iTunes and fix it soon.
I would like them to fix what is very obviously a problem in a recent release of iTunes. Maybe if we all report the problem, they'll pay attention:

My email accounts on my iphone 4s show the message titles but won't display the main message. How can I view the main message?

I am stuck. I recently travelled abroad and changed the settings on my iphone. I thought that I had changed them all back but messages in my mail accounts show the titles but when I click into them the main message doesn't download. Is anyone able to tell me what settings I need to change to be able to view the main messages?

Try closing the Mail app completely and see if it works properly when you re-open the app : from the home screen (i.e. not with the Mail app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Mail app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work also do a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the equivalent of a reboot.
