Show date of approval in details of document in KM

Hi there,
it´s possible to show the date of the approval in a workflow, if I look in the details of a document in a KM-Repository?
Must I "programming" a new service and put it on the detailpage?

    I am sorry, I dont´t have project template for give you.
Perhaps, you have to extend this com.sapportals.wcm.rendering.detailsproperties.AbstractResourceDetailsProperties class.

    A1 -> A2 -> A3 ->A4 , when the notificatoin come to A2, the action history shows the from as the sender and to as the A2.
    But when it comes to A3, the old entry is not coming, getting only the current user details.
    I have chekced the checkbox "expand roles" .
    How to get all the old approver;s list in the action history.

    Hi,
    When the second notification is sent, that is a different one from the first, so it will have no history.
    If you want the history of all the notifications in the flow, then you will need to write something to build this dynamically and include that in the notification - populate the #HISTORY attribute on the message with the history you want to include.

  • ATT online account is not showing data details

    Hello Everyone,
    I just bought the iPhone and signed up with ATT a week ago. On the online account summary, they show all my voice plan details but when I click on "Data Usage", they don't show anything and display a message that data-usage information is not available until next billing cycle. In my rate plan I do have iPhone data + 200 for $20/month.
    Does anyone have the same issue ? will the data-usage eventually show up or do i have to wait until the next billing cycle. In which case, how can I check how many of the 200 included SMS messages I've used up ?

    As provided via the message displayed online - data usage information is not available until the next billing cycle. What is your billing cycle date - provided via your account summary?
    Depending on when this is, your first bill is prorated for the days or weeks remaining in your current bill cycle from your activation date and you will also be billed for next month in advance with your first bill along with your AT&T activation fee so the first bill is usually much higher than normal and what is usually expected.

    I would appreciate if anyone can reply me for fixing the problem.
    Problem: The approver does not show in the approval preview after the shopping cart is saved, however before saving the shopping cart it shows the approver in the approval preview. We are using two workflows: WS10000060 – Auto approval and WS10000276- 1 level spending limit approval.
    Details of the problem:
    The following steps specify the problem in detail , it is applicable for both the workflows “WS10000060 – Auto approval and WS10000276- 1 level spending limit approval.”
    1.     Shopping created
    2.     The approval preview shows the approver ( please see #1 in the attached document) before saving the shopping cart.
    3.     Shopping cart is saved.
    4.     After saving , Check status transaction shows the shopping cart in status “awaiting approval”
    5.     The section approval shows “ No workflow started , application error occurred”
    6.     T.Code SWI1 shows the workitem created for the shopping cart but in error.
    7.     The work item container does not show any agents
    I would appreciate it anyone can reply as to how to fix it ASAP.

    I have synchronised through SWU_OBUF several times since yesterday , but still at the same place.
    In the workflow customising - The only red entry which I have is for check entries from HR control tables under Mainiatin definition env. and Mainiatin guded procedure for gateway under guided procedure (new in SRM 5.0) .The verification workflow works fine . Also I think these entries will not impact the workflow functionalhese were red even in my earlier system .
    SLG1 shows all green entries and there are no entries in RZ20.
    I have specified task TS10008126 as general task as I want anyone who is identified by SLAapprover should be able to process the workitem and as per documentation I can specify this task as standard task.
    What should I do.. , anything am I missing .

  • Leveraging Workflow Approval status in Word document

    I am using SharePoint 2013 and have created an Approval workflow that works as expected.
    I would like to leverage the Approval Status within the document so that if someone views or prints the document, it will show "Pending" or "Approved" depending on where in the approval process the document is.
    Once final approval has been made, I would also like to display within the document (e.g. cover page) the name of the approver, the date the approval occurred.
    Would I have to use a Lookup column and point that to something?

    According to you description, my understanding is that you want to create an approval workflow which is able to set the status and approved time and the approver in the document.
    Per my knowledge, there is no OOTB way to achieve your request. As a workaround, you can set this in document library. If someone views the document library, it will show the status and approved time and the approver in the document.
    You could create a workflow using SharePoint 2010 platform in SharePoint  2013 Designer:
    Create a date column named “Date” and a person column named “Approver” and a Single line of text column named “MyStatus” default value is “Pending” in library.
    In SharePoint Designer 2013 using SharePoint 2010 platform ,select “Start Approval Process” action, set the user.
    Add action “set [Date field] to [Today]”, in Approval -> Change the behavior of the overall task process in Customization field -> in When the Task Process Completes field, shown as figure below.
    Add action “set [Approver] to [Current Task:Assigned To]”, “set [MyStatus] to [Approved]”in Approval -> Change the behavior of a single task in Customization field -> in When a Task Completes field. The steps are similar as above.
    Then you can show the library content type column value in document template via “Quick Parts”,  access library settings -> Advanced settings -> click Edit Template, in Insert tag -> Document Property -> insert column you want, shown as
    figure below.

    How do I show data from a child table in a Modal Window?
    I have an application where each customer might have multiple addresses and phone numbers which are stored in child tables.  When I show the customer in a record on a screen I can place a Modal Window button on the screen which can be pushed at runtime
    to display detail information for the particular customer parent table which works great. However, I would also like to display the data from the address and phone number child tables. Is there a way to do that?  Or can I just launch a hole separate screen
    which would automatically display the needed data for the particular customer? If yes, how?

    I am not even sure how to describe my situation in such a way that this forum incident would be of benefit to other people as I think it is fairly unconventional. 
    The “add contactaddress” link does not show up on the right.  
    The contactaddress table is a child of the contact table. 
    The contact table is a child of the contactlink table.
    And the contactlink table is a child of the person table.
    I have it set up this way because the contact in the contact table may be a contact to multiple persons in the person table and I do not want to re-enter the contact info every time the contact is used. 
    In the list detail screen of the person table I can see the contactlink child collection so that I can see the name of the person in the contact table at runtime. However, the contactaddress collection is not related to the person table so it does not show
    up on the right hand side of the design screen as an “add contactaddress”; nor is there “add contact” link.
    What I would like to happen during runtime is that it is not necessary to switch screens from the person list detail screen to a contact list detail screen to see the addresses and phone numbers for the contact.
     Is my setup unnecessarily convoluted? Is there a better way? Please see the two snapshots below.
    Perhaps there is a way to call up a Detail screen from the List Detail at runtime?

    To get BOM details, do the following:
    1. Use the material number and goto Article to BOM link table (MAST) to get STLNR (BOM).
    2. With this STLNR, goto STPO table (where STLNR is the key field).  Here you will get all the BOM details like components (IDNRK), UoM (MEINS) etc....

    Is it possible to show data from two different sql tables? Either to show combined data by using a join on a foreign key or showing a typical master detail view?
    I have one table With data about a house, and another table With URL's to images in the blob. Could these two be combined in the same Gallery?

    I am developing a project in jsf and JPA
    I have one table called employees with column
    Name,Job_code,Dept_code
    For employee table I have a entity
    I have another table called ListOfValues with column
    Prefix,Lov_code and Lov_desc
    Prefix can be JOB(for job) and DEP(for department)
    I want to display these columns
    Name
    Job desc(=lov_desc, comes from ListOfValues for prefix-JOB and lov_code=job_code)
    dept_desc(=lov_desc, comes from ListOfValues for prefix-DEPand lov_code=dept_code)
    I have got a session bean which does query(em.createquery(....)) and shows data using jsf datatable. It shows Name,Job_code,Dept_code fine. now I want to get job_desc and dept_desc in same table

    thanks for the advice, i have tried the master detail form following the wizard and im getting some very unexpected results.
    im getting 2 seperate pages displayed in my application for some reason. is there any other way of doing this?
    i have created a form based on a table with a region containing the full user table on the same form sucessfully. however i cant make it select a single row from that table based upon a users input into a text box on a form.

    More than likely that is a table linking or report design issue. In either case, the best thing to do will be to post the query to the [SAP Crystal Reports Design|SAP Crystal Reports, version for Visual Studio; forum. When you post to that forum, a link to a screenshot will also be helpful.
    Umm, also you mention that the answer on the other tread (Report shows no data in the Viewer )  was correct and helped you to resolve the issue of displaying the report in the viewer. Yet all you appear to have done is closed the thread without awarding any points(?).

    I have a question about Creidt data exchange rate, I created sales order and when I tried to generate the invoice, it was split into 2 billing document and the reason in split analysis is "Credit data exchange rate at billing document", I want to ask where can I find the credit data exchange rate at the billing document?
    And where can I find that this is one of the criteria to trigger the billing split?

    Hello, this field is for the exchange rate between local currency & local currency 2, there must be someplace to set up it, do you know where is that place?
    As now the invoice split show the data with the exchange rate which is weird. And i don't know how to fix it so that the invoice will not be split anymore..

    My customer has the next problem. He generate a purchase order after approval procedure was ended. sometimes he wants to update the delivery date field in the row of the purchase order, but he can't do so because approval procedure restrict any changes in row level.

    It is always very interesting how people seem to simply accept that the system can not perform basic functions.
    In our company, we are facing some critical issues because of this problem. E.g: a purchase order has been approved and teh supplier rings to inform us of supply delays. The procurement officer can not update the delivery date on the purchase order to document the updated delivery day.
    This is obviously causing some major drama at the warehouse as they rely on the delivery date of purchase orders to prepare the space required to receive goods.
    This is also impacting the work of the procurement manager who will possibly ring the supplier to inform him of delays when relasticly, the company has already been informed.
    The approval process in SAP Business One is lacking a basic function of "loop" or simply a system to identify non critical fields which can be updated once the document has been approved (like a date, some remarks etc.).
    SAP, it is time to work on a few basic ERP things.
