Show result before I click "Find" button~

HI ALL~
I have a problem~
ex: A-Group has "Find Page=true"......
when I navigate FindA-Group.jsp , there has result in the page before I press "FIND" button.(I combine fine page and result page to same page).Of course,I can input some data in query columns,and to find.
Could it to accomplish??
How to do it??

I don't exactly understand your problem. I assume that you have applied the section from the JHeadstart tutorial called "Find page and result table in same page".
I assume that the current behavior is that initially (when you first enter the page) you do not see the result table, and that you would like to change that so that it initially shows all rows?
If that is the case, you could try re-ordering the Struts actions that are performed: first perform a find before you go to the page.

I am creating a wiki site in which the home page has a search box web part, and a results web part. I have the search box configured to return the results to the results web part. I created a result source and changed the query on the results
web part to use this results source. I am getting results from the library I am trying to, but...
1) The results web part is showing results when the page is loaded before any query is typed into the search bar. Why is this and can it be configured to just be blank until a query is entered into the search bar?
2) Is it possible to have 1 search box and 1 results part have 2 different scope choices? ie, 1 scope for the wiki library and 1 for a document library?

So I have to have 2 different search result web parts to have 2 different scopes if I wish to have the search and results occur on the same page? Would I also have to have 2 search boxes?
Also, I am trying to figure out this issue where results are being returned without anything being entered in the search box. I have {searchterms?} in my query, and documentation suggests this to be the way to handle this issue, but I continue to get
results shown in the results web part without even entering a search query. Please assist.

Re ios7 update - when I double click bottom button all sites visited come up as you scroll across screen. How can I ensure that no sites are shown or how do I delete sites visited?

Double clicking the Home button brings up multitasking. These are all the apps that are open in the background. You can close them by swiping the app preview page up to the top of the screen.
If you mean Safari websites, tap the tabs button (bottom right) and swipe each tab to the left to close them.

Show Folders before Files in FInder window?

One thing I miss from Windows Explorer is that folders precede files in the tree structure. Is there any way to customize Finder to show my structure the same way?

I only see that option when no other Finder windows are open - when I select the View|Show Options they pertain to the Desktop only. When I select View|Show Options from an open Finder window the options are only Text Size, Show icons, and Show preview column. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong. Can you tell?

Results displayed b4 click of search button

I have defined parameters in my read only vo query which has a join condition on multiple tables
Declared bind variables for that with the same name
I have dragged and dropped my params on to th jspx from datacontrol execute with params section and my vo as read only table
Everything is working fine
But when the page loads before i click search button all the results are being displayed
Any idea of what needs to be done

I have set the refresh condition as mentioned above but still it doesn't work

How do I determine which plugins firefox will install BEFORE I click 'install missing plugins'?
I don't just want to install some unknown plugins. Isn't there a way to determine the plugins that firefox will isntall? Can't it present me with a list of plugins that is going to be installed, before I click the button?

Search function does not work, shows ( ) results but won't expand, javalangnullpointer error message

I have a storm 9530 , verizon, v4.70.75 platform 4.0.0.94
3 apps installed, facebook,, weather channel and live strong calorie counter, 44.7 mb free space.
I just got this phone because I beat up my curve.
I tried to search my device so find something on the calendar. I opened the search, clicked the calendar and unclicked evertything else. hit the menu button, highlighted search.... now it goes weird..... either NOTHING happens and the phone locks up. PULLED the battery and started over.... sometimes it WILL search.... shows (3) results, but not what the results are, hit menu and EXPAND and nothing happens..... OR I get the uncaught exception, javalangnullpointer error.
Please help! I rely heavily on my calendar and the search funciton.

You are running an extremely old (and EOL, btw) device, further hampered with a very out of date OS (they offer into the 5.x.x.x range OS for that model). The device was never known for it's stability (I had one for a while), and may indeed never function well for you. (And I never bothered with any of the search capabilities, especially in older OS levels.)
What I'd recommend is a clean OS reload...the simplest way is to, on a PC (you cannot do this on MAC):
1) Uninstall, from your PC, any BB OS packages
2) Make sure you have the BB Desktop Software already installed

3) Download and install, to your PC, the BB OS package you desire:
http://us.blackberry.com/support/downloads/download_sites.jsp
4) If that OS package is from a carrier other than the carrier for which your BB was originally manufactured, then delete, on your PC, all copies of VENDOR.XML...there will be at least one, and perhaps 2, and they will be located in or similarly to (it changes based on your Windows version) these folders:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader
C:\Users\(your Windows UserName)\AppData\Roaming\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader XML
5) Launch the Desktop Software and connect your BB...the software should offer you the OS package you installed to your PC. If, during the process, your BB presents a "507" error, simply unplug the USB cord from the BB and re-insert it...don't do anything else...this should allow the install to continue.
Don't forget to backup.
If you are on MAC, you are limited to only your carriers sanctioned OS packages...but can still use any levels that they currently sanction. See this procedure:

You may also want to investigate the use of BBSAK (bbsak.org) to perform the wipe it is capable of.
You may also want to try this procedure to perhaps narrow down the precise causal item:
Load your OS "bare bones"...if anything is optional, do not install it.
If the behavior presents immediately, then try a different OS with step 1
If the behavior does not immediately present, then run for as long as it takes for you to be sure that the behavior will not present.
Add one thing -- no matter how tempting, just one.
If the behavior does not present immediately, then again run for long enough to be sure it will not have the same problem
Repeat steps 4 and 5 until all things are loaded or the behavior presents
When the behavior presents, you know the culprit...the last thing you loaded.
If the behavior does not re-present, then you know that either step 1 or 2 cured it.
If the behavior presents no matter what, then you likely have a hardware level issue for which no amount of OS or software can cure.

"Find" button does not clear all the fields properly.

Hi,
A JSF jsp Query page is created and a set of components are dragged from the Data Control Palette. They include three inputTexts, two buttons (find, submit). Both of the buttons are dragged from the relationship from the Data Control Palette as well.
At the first time the "Find" button is clicked, it clears all three inputTexts. The user can enter query and press submit button and go to the result page. Example:
Zip: 85007
First Name: Tom
Last Name: Smith
But when the user click the "Go back to query page" button on the result page to return to the query page, the "Find" button needs to be clicked 3 times in order to clear all the inputTexts.
Anybody knows how to fix it? Thank you.

I just tried it with DEPT & EMP from HR. The problem is still there.
I dragged a master-detail relationship from the data control palette where DEPT is the master and EMP is the detail. "Find" & "Execute" buttons are also dragged from the DepartmentView1 Operations. When I click "Find" button the very first time, it clears all the fields in DEPT (master) and I can put my query there. For example, I put 50 for DepartmentID then hit "Execute". It gives me 45 details. Then I click "Find" again to do another query. Here comes the problem. "50" is still in the DepartmentID field. If I click "Find" again, DepartmentName Shipping, ManagerId 121 and LocationId 1500 will all appear in the master. If I click "Find" button the 3rd time, it clears all the fields in DEPT for me to enter another query.
I do not think this is the right way for the "find" button to work. Did I do anything wrong? What could be the problem? Please help. Thank you very much.

Find button issue in tool bar during upgrade from 4.6c to ECC 6

I came across one issue during the upgarde.
In new system ECC 6:
When i run the transaction IW51 then give the notification type SE(service notificaton) and then hit enter key.
It leads to next screen there enter the value in the FUNCTIONAL lOCATION field some ex 9000004 and
opposite to that field there is a structure list icon.
Clicking that icon it leads to a structure list.
My issue is: the FIND button and FIND NEXT button are disabled in the menu bar.I need the both buttons to be active
When i seen in old system i.e 4.6c
FIND button and FIND NEXT button are active.
I made little change in the new system in include MIHIXF82 as shown below.
SET PF-STATUS 'MAIN' ."EXCLUDING gt_excl_tab.
I commented the EXCLUDING gt_excl_tab.
Now FIND button and FIND NEXT button is active but when i click the FIND button there is no pop up is displayed.
Usually pop up is displayed when we click FIND button in that we can enter the value which we have to find out.

Hi,
In that program gui status MAIN is used.
When i see that gui status and in FUNCTION KEYS the FIND button and FIND NEXT button
the function codes are in orange color.Remaing BACK,EXIT,and CANCEL button function code are in white color.
Whether the orange color indicates is in inactive mode?
If so how can i activate those Function codes?

Was typing an e-mail -trying to find "printer" - clicked SOME button now can't get back to my e-mail also top of page is missing/can't get to go down

Went thru mozilla to business e-mail account/wanted to make a copy of notice to be sent/was clicking different buttons to find a "printer" all of a sudden the whole page went up and the top (bar,browser,everything disappeared) now can't find anything of mine only info to download mozilla??

That was helpful but it didn't solve the problem. There were two red dots, now only one, though I copied and pasted the same password in both places. (I don't recall having to change the password in two places before).
The red dot next to smtp.mail.me.com:(myname) disappeared
The red dog next to smtp.me.com:(myname) is still there. It says, "trying to log in to this SMTP account failed. Verify that the username and password are correct."

When I double click Home button, all of my apps don't show in the bar -- only the four that reside there. Did a reset last night to fix the Home button (it sort of works now) but now this. Any ideas on why I can't do the fast app switch now?

My undertanding is that when you double-click the home button, the apps that are shown are those that are currently active. The reason you are not seeing all of them is that not all of them are active. Before you can access an app in the multitask bar, it has to be turned on first. As a test, try accessing the Notes application. Return to the home screen by clicking the Home button ONCE. Once the home screen appears, double click the home button to bring up the multitasking bar. The Notes app should be on the far left.

How to trace toolbar find button icon pressed or click?

Hi Experts,
I am not able to trace the event "toolbar find button icon pressed or click" for my UDO generator form.
My problem:
i hv a UDO generator form, in which i hv taken a picturebox. when i add picture or update picture it is added or updated successfully. but when i click on the find button of toolbar menu of sbo, then the picturebox should be blank ie. there should be no picture shown in picturebox. but, in my form the picture is not disappearing.
Please help me out.

Would you mind providing more details(screenshot would be better) about your requirement? It would make others easier to find a solution for you.
Suppose that there is a scenario like this: Edit a page, when content grows too large, page will scroll to the bottom of the page. When clicking “Save” button in the
ribbon, by default, page will scroll to the top just like it is first loaded in the browser.
