Show two pages? Using the hand?

Hi all,
I was wondering if Adobe reader can display more than one page at a time. I noticed that there is only one page in the reader visible at any given time. So for example if you use the hand to navigate through the document, you cannot use the hand to see the next page, no matter how hard you try. You have to press PGDN to go to the next page. The next page will start at the top so the previous page is not visible anymore. For me personnaly I think the reading experience is better without this 'jump' to the next page. Is this possible? If so, how can I change the behaviour?

You can view more than one page at a time. Select: View > Page Display
and select either:
1. Single Page Continuous
2. Two-Up
3. Two-Up Continuous
I think Reader X changed the menu names slightly, but you'll find the equivalent.
There are also toolbar buttons available for each of these, but you may need to add them of they're not currently there.
Also, there's: "Window > Split" and "Window > Spreadsheet Split", but I'm not postive this is available with Reader.

Your MacBook is using the big screen as the Presenter Display, and the MacBook Air display as the Show display. Tap the 'x' key to swap them during the show.

I just tried to access a website that I regularly access several times a day. However, this evening I received the following message: 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.
I have never seen this before, and have no idea what it means, or how to access the site. Does it have anything to do with my security settings? Help. I belong to the site, and need to access it.

Do you need to login to access that website?
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
* "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
* "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

How to fix the "Two computers using the same IP address" issue on the airport express

I just bought an airport express and got dsl at my apartment, and I haven't been able to set up the wireless connection. My DSL works just fine but whenever I hook up the AX I get an error message saying that there are two computers using the same IP address on the network, but I only have one computer.
I know this is probably a simple fix, but I've never had this issue when I set up the Extreme at my parents house and I haven't been able to find a thread on this.
As of right now I have it set to Factory settings.

This modem was designed to connect directly to a computer and you are trying to connect it to a router.
Unfortunately, this is not a simple fix as both the modem and your AirPort Express will need to be configured differently to work together correctly.
Connect the modem directly to your computer.
Open up your browser and type the default IP address for the modem into the address bar. Check your documentation on the modem but it is likely 192.168.1.254
That will bring up the configuration page for the modem.
You may need to enter the modem access code which is on a label on the back or bottom of the device
Look for an Advanced tab, then look for a tab labeled something like PPP Location
Right now, you will see that "PPP is on the modem"
Chance that to "PPP is on the computer or router"
Click to save your new settings and the modem will restart
If you ever need to get the modem back to its original settings, you will need to hold in the reset button on the back of the modem for 5-6 seconds and then enter in the default IP address to be able to access the settings on the modem
Connect the modem to the AirPort Express with an Ethernet cable
Open AirPort Utility on your Mac and click Continue to follow the guided setup to "Create a wireless network"
You may be asked to "switch" networks when you do this. You want to switch
Select the "Connect Using PPPoe" option when it appears
Enter your user name and password with your provider. Leave the Service Name area blank. You want to always stay connected if you see that option
Continue to follow the guided setup and Update to save settings
Pull the power cord from the modem, wait a moment, then restart the modem
Log on to the wireless network that you created during the setup and you should have an Internet connection

Mac printing two pages on the same sheet of paper double-sided

I have a large PDF file that I'm trying to save paper by printing two pages of the file on the same sheet of paper and then printing double-sided, e.g. pages 1-2 would be on the front and 3-4 on the back. I can accomplish the first part by changing the page layout, but then can't figure out how (or if) I can duplex print. Can anyone help? I'm using Adobe Reader 8.1.2 on a Mac running OS 10.4.11.

Yes I do. Normally, I just have the printer print even pages on one side and odd on the other side. But, putting two pages on the same side fouls up that process. If I try printing odd pages, I get 1 and 3 on the front and 5 and 7 on the back, instead of what I want. Maybe I'm wanting to do something that can't be done. After I changed to the two-page layout, I thought maybe I could do a Save As PDF in the Print dialog box, but that was not allowed by Reader.

An iPhone will not pair via Bluetooth to a computer (Mac or Windows) except for personal hotspot and then only if your cellular plan supports it. https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-7722
If you are attempting to use Handoff/Continuity, that does involve Bluetooth but the devices are NOT paired; Bluetooth just needs to be on and the devices in range of each other. The following may help with Handoff/Continuity issues: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS5458

I am sorry for cross posting but nobody seem to know this, i need this as soon as possible.
I have a main Jframe which contains a Jpanel which contains a jscrollpane. THe image is in scrollpane and i would like to use the Hand cursor to move the image up and down the jscrollpane.
Can someone tell me or show me how can i use a hand cursor on an image
I would appreciate if someone can show me a simple example.

Well. I would call setCursor with a cursor of type Cursor.HAND_CURSOR or something on the Component where you want the hand. Then you could add a MouseMotionListener to the Component. in mouseDragged() you scroll the scrollpane programmatically according to the MouseEvents getX() and getY().

Stack two clips on top of each other and reduce the sizes. I think that's what you want.

I update recently my OS to Yosemite and decided to use Safari again as my web browser (I was using Chrome). Some of the sites I need to access for professional reasons are not available with safari. I receive the message: "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.". I believe there is a pattern here, they are all sites publish with IIS with SSL and build with ASP.NET.
I can access them with Chrome (on OS X) or with Internet Explorer (with my Windows VMs).
I've already cleared all saved passwords, cookies, history, etc...the problem remains. I'm sure this is a known problem, but all the answers I've found on the internet were for things like DNS and unavailability of the site. The sites are working fine and I can access them with Chrome.
Can anybody help me? An explanation would also be nice :-) Something to do with Microsoft Authentication methods ?

Ask the people running the store; that error generally means that you tried to do something they don't allow or something's wrong on their end.
