Show version of software being used.

In the user information block off to the left side of the messages where the user name & icon is displayed, you also need to allow for the display of the software version being used by them. It would save a lot of unnecessary reposts requesting that example code be re-posted in some other version other than how it was originally posted. The LAVA forums here show how this can work.

version of the converter that doesn’t directly map to a
release/version of the Acrobat desktop product.
If you'd like you can continue to utilize Acrobat.com, as it
is a free service, and can be accessed from anywhere. Acrobat.com
is offered as an online service only however.
Alternatively, you could download the
Acrobat
9 Trial version and use that to test the conversion. If you
like the results, then you could look into further purchasing
options for attaining the software longer-term.

If you are syncing now, that may correct the incorrect storage reading - assuming that it is incorrect.
You can also try something like this. While the iPad is still connected to iTunes - but after you sync - go into the Photos Tab in iTunes and toggle setting for Sync Photos From. Uncheck the setting and then check it again. See if that affects the capacity bar to show the correct storage amount.

Providing external url for the fqdn for webfeed returns error in eventlog that shows internal url is being used - how to change to the external url?

Apart from this, also check the settings under; IIS in RDWeb Server as per below mention path.
Expand the default Website >Pages >Application Settings >DefaultTSGateway >
Enter the external address (FQDN) of the RD Gateway in the Value Field.

Did you create a software metering rule for each software title? if not then you need you do that first and it will take over a week before you see results.
Also keep in mind that your query will only find x86 software titles.

How to verify version of SDK being used

Hi, I just installed the Studio Creator a few days ago. I'm new to Java, and in my first Java class they have us using JCreator, and I never had any problems with that. But now, I seem to be having a problem with the printf function that I wasn't having in JCreator. I've read up on it, and understand that a lot of the printf problems were caused by having the wrong platform version installed, but I have the most recent update and am still getting the printf error. As it seems to be related specifically to the Studio Creator I put it here. I can't figure out how to 1) verify the platform version that Studio Creator may be referencing and 2) How to update it.
Just to give some background on the error, here is the basic program that I was trying out just to make sure it worked:

Sun creator seems to be reading the Java 2 Platform Standard Edition 5.0. At least that's what comes up when I look at Dynamic Help. When I looked up the printf method there, it appears that there is no method that just accepts a single string, or even seems to work anything like the printf method in JCreator.

In the main menu go to Help -> About
In the About window click on 'Details' tab. You'll see the Java version listed. You'll also see the Java Home variable value.
To add another Java version:
Right click on the Project node -> Properties . In the properties window select libraries node. You'll see Java Platform dropdown list. You can choose another another Java version here. If the list does not show the java version you are looking for, click the Manage Platform button, and then Add Platform. (Ofcourse you need to have ther version of Java you want to use already installed on your computer first)

The capacity bar in iTunes is showing 4.7 GB being used up by "Other"

I looked through my apps and don't see anything such as video/music downloads in other apps that would be causing this. I assume this is well above what the "Other" is usually at. Can anyone think of any solutions to see what this "Other" space is and to get rid of it? I have a 32 GB iPad 2, not jailbroken.

Could be. Have you added back all your apps yet? Perhaps there is data belonging to one of those sitting in limbo on the device. I'd backup the device to iTunes and transfer any purchases first, then restore the backup immediately afterwards.
Restoring should resolve any issues, but you need to make sure that you've got everything that isn't included in a device backup stored in your library before you start. See Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device for more details.

What is the memory being used by, is it Other? If it is, that means the iPod can no longer read the music, so it has put it all in "Other".
The usual fix for this is to allow the iPod to Sync with its iTunes Library. If that doesn't work, the next option is to Restore the iPod using the Restore command in iTunes, on the Device/Summary pane.
Unless you are very (very) lucky, I suspect that you are going to have to Restore your iPod. Restoring will remove everything form the iPod and put back onto it only what it finds in your iTunes Library, which you say is currently empty.
If you have to rebuild your Library after this issue, by adding all the music back again, this is going to be hard to hear, but for the future, you may want to consider always having a backup of your library. The easiset way to back the Library up is;
if the Library is small enough, burn it to a DVD, as digital files, not a "music CD".
If your Library is too large for a DVD, buy yourself an external hard drive and copy the Library onto the drive. Remember to update the backup every so often.

How do I show the running IOS-XE for 4500X switches other than using show version way?

I am trying to find a way to show the current IOS version running in a 4500X. The show version indicates software running default and other commands like show bootvar only indicates what I have configured. Is there other way? Is it related to configuration register?

I don't understand what you are trying to do.
The "sh hardware" (old command) or the "sh version" will tell you the IOS version of the switch. The version is found in the first line output. If you want to be pedantic, the same set of command(s) will show you the bootvariable statement as well as the location where the IOS file is located.

Use USER_TAB_COLUMNS or DBA_TAB_COLUMNS to determing various data type but USER_TAB_COLUMNS will show you what type being used by a schema user

Help - reformated my ipod video 60g and it shows almost 6g of space used !!

As the others already pointed out, the "60" is more of a model number as the actual free space on a hard drive is always less than the "model number" would imply. Formatting uses a tiny bit as well and then in the case of the iPod, there are some other iPod specific files installed to make it all work. By my calculation, a "60G" hard drive is actually 55.9 real gigabytes. So there is 4Gig gone right off the top.
So the question is, does your iPod actually show there is 6Gig being used for something or are you really saying is the free space shown is not as large as you would have thought?

We are using 64bit Windows 2003 and Hyperion Planning and Essbase in 2 separate servers. I am not sure whether Windows can have a summary report to show all the software components and version installed and show it is 32bit or 64bit version installed?

Well, this isn't notebook community for one. For another Top is quite good and can show you a lot or stick with Activity Monitor with its GUI.

Energy = watts but you don't mean measuring what you are using off the wall outlet, rather the fan speed and temperature sensors.
If you know you will be doing something to stress the system, FanControl can set profiles and instead of waiting to get hot, kick up the fan rpm to something more useful first. Works well.
You could have software that is not well behaved. Or that you installed years ago that is not compatible with what you have now. When last you installed the OS whether it was an upgrade in place or clean install (and used Setup Assistant to import apps).
