What format schould I use for TV production? Blu-ray? or others?

As Paul_LS points out, it's a bit like YouTube uploads. Though it doesn't change weekly, it will differ greatly by the station. Some will want only HD footage on BD, or maybe tape, while others will take SD on DVD. Someone at the particular station will know and can tell you.
The format, Audio and Video issues, plus delivery schemes will be set someplace. Do not assume - ask and get the full specs. If there is something that you do not understand, ask them for clarification. Some terms, while in general usage, can mean one thing to me, yet another to Paul_LS. It happens all the time. What you need to know is, what does it mean to the TV station.

Movies, TV Shows, Music Videos from iCloud not showing up in Videos app

So I just did a reset on my iPhone because the movie artwork for the movie Love Actually was a picture of Adele's album artwork and it really bothered me. All the other movies in the Videos app was fine, they all matched to their respective titles. So I did a reset hoping that would fix that tiny minor issue but after doing the reset and restoring, None of the movies I've purchased in the past are showing up. All it says is "No Content. You can download videos from the iTunes Store." And I did go into the Videos settings to make sure "Show All Videos" is being set to on (green) but it still did nothing, none of my movies, tv shows, or music videos are showing up in the cloud. This really irritates me because I had one small issue that I was hoping to fix but now a new problem has risen and it's going to bug the **** out of me more than the original problem did. I tried turning it off and turining it back on, signing in and out of iTunes account, and pressing the power button and the home button at the same time, but still nothing from iCloud has appeared, Is anybody else having this issue? FYI, I also have the latest update 7.0.4 but I don't think that should have caused this issue. If anybody knows a solution, please let me know because as you can see, I'm very OCD about this, I like to see all my videos in the Videos app.

This was driving me nuts, but I figured it out. Here's how to fix:
1) Create (or find) a thumbnail image that represents the series to you (I put text over a screenshot) in Photoshop or whatever you like to use, and put it on the clipboard
2) In iTunes, select all the episodes from your series in the TV Shows view, right click, and select "Get Info"
3) On the first tab ("Info") click in the artwork field, then paste in the thumbnail
4) THIS IS THE KEY STEP - With your iPad plugged into your Mac, go to the TV shows tab and uncheck "Sync TV Shows" and then apply the new settings, and say okay when it tells you all your TV shows will be removed from your iPad
5) After the sync is complete, check to make sure all your TV shows are gone (in the video app, there shouldn't even be a tab for TV Shows)
6) In iTunes, check Sync TV Shows again, then apply
Once the sync is complete, your TV Shows will hopefully show up with good thumbnails.
The issue seems to be that once a file has been copied over, updating the thumbnail image in iTunes will NOT force an update on the iPad, and in the TV Shows view there are no captions on the main screen. You have to delete all the files to wipe the DB on the iPad.

I downloaded some videos to Premier Elements 13 from external hard drive but now the external hard drive is damaged. I tried to open the videos on the organizer which it shows the video but with a yellow ? and says missing file. Is there anyway I can open

I downloaded some videos to Premier Elements 13 from an external hard drive but now the external hard drive is damaged. While setting up my new MAC the external hard drive was dropped and I have been told by an outside source they could not retrieve the files. It had 4 years of photos and videos on it. I remembered that I had downloaded some of the videos from the external hard drive (before it was broke) to Adobe Organizer 13 when I installed the Adobe 13 on my MACOS X 10.9.5. I tried to open the videos on the organizer which it shows the video but with a yellow ? and says missing file. Is there anyway I can open these videos?
Any input is greatly appreciated!! I am sick over losing the videos and had a little hope on Adobe Organizer until I was unable to open them. I am thinking it is due to my external hard drive not being plugged in. I thought when I transferred from the external hard drive to Adobe 13 that it would be there without the external hard drive needing to be attached but maybe I did something wrong.

To what did your camera record those photos and videos - camera's internal memory, inserted memory card, other?
Any remote chance that the latter may still exist for you to use to download the camera files to your new external hard drive?

The answers to those questions can be useful in giving you specific instructions.
For general discussion, the answer is yes.
Now, how do you want to display the two Videos, such as side-by-side, with each taking up 1/2 of the Frame, or in some other configuration?
Basically, what you are talking about is PiP (Picture in Picture), but exactly how you will need to set things up will be dictated by the version of PrE, and then exactly how you want those two Videos to display.

Mac Pro when I turn it on shows no video signal input

When I turn my Mac Pro on the screen is black and it shows " no video input" . how can I solve this problem?

Many of the graphics cards shipped in 2008 and older macs have gotten too hot or too dusty over the years and burned themselves out.
Consider upgrading to an Apple-firmware 5770 (about US$250) that works in every model Mac Pro running 10.6.5 or later.
Other trivia that may help:
The caps lock key is under software control. If it still operates as expected, the software is running, even with no picture.

Upgraded to 7.0.2 and now iTunes will not show a video horizontally

I have an iphone 4s. Since upgrading to 7.0.2, itunes will now show a video horizontally. The portrait view is also much smaller. I tried changing settings, but I haven't found how to fix this.

Now iTunes won't open. It doesn't give me any error messages it just won't open the window.
some preliminary questions aimed at narrowing in on possible culprits.
(1) do you have Norton Internet Security 2005 installed on the PC?
(2) try launching your QuickTime. does it:
(a) launch perfectly fine?
(b) fail to launch with an error message? (if so, what does it say?)
(c) exhibit other peculiar behavior? (if so, could you describe it for us?)
(3) reboot the PC. bring up your Task Manager, and click on the "Processes" tab. now try to launch itunes again.
does an "itunes.exe" process appear in the Processes tab? if so, does it persist in there or does it disappear after a few seconds?

MBP runs slow and shows garbled video with KCG errors, Why?

My 10 month old MacBook Pro runs slow, shows garbled video and is flooded with KCG error messages. I had this problem so i got it fixed by apple. They replaced my Logic Board and it is still happening less than a week from the date that it was fixed. why is this happening, and how can i stop it?

Call the Apple store asap. Let them know what is going on, and make an appointment with the genius. Make sure it gets taken care of before your 1 year warranty runs out in 2 months (unless you have AppleCare). If this issue was happening and was "fixed", obviously it wasn't and Apple needs to take care of this.

Mac Plus show no video

I just got a Mac plus from a friend. He says it worked when he put it into storage 8 years ago. When I got it home, I tried to put it up. It sounds like it works (get boot chime, will start to read the attached scsi drive, etc) but it shows no video. I have tapped the side, top, everything. I even have it sitting upside down. How do I get it working again?

There is only one way to properly repair your Macintosh Plus. Before you start, you ideally need a PDF copy of Apple's official service manual for the Macintosh Plus, which can be obtained if you know where to look. A copy of Larry Pina's Macintosh Repair & Upgrade Secrets is also essential, in my opinion, because it is the only book to this day to detail the correct diagnostic and repair procedures for compact Macintoshes. Used copies of this book can be purchased from Amazon and other retailers online.
You will need to open the case, and you will need a T15 long torx screwdriver to do this. Once the cover is removed, you must discharge the CRT before you proceed any further. By searching on Google you can find sufficient guides on how to properly discharge a CRT. Unlike the SE and later compact Macs, the flyback transformer in the Plus does NOT have a built-in bleeder, which means most of the charge is still there after you power down. The CRT in a compact Mac holds about 9,000 volts. Avoid touching the anode cap, video board, CRT neck and yoke, and the analog board. In the Macintosh Plus, the power supply is exposed on the analog board. This also contains high voltage which is dangerous.
Another way to get rid of most of the charge initially is to turn the brightness to full while the machine is ON, and then flip the power switch at the back to the OFF position. This is a quick and relatively safe way of getting rid of most the charge. Do this, then let it sit for a week, then discharge using the correct procedure. Then you should be safe to proceed to the next stage.
According to Larry Pina's book, no video usually means that you need to resolder the pins on the J4 connector. If this is not the problem, you may need to replace U2 and/or replace the LAG chip on logic board.
In addition to what the book states, I highly recommend capacitor replacement. The capacitors most likely need replacing on your analog board. Capacitor failure is common in machines of this age. Electrolytic capacitors lose capacitance as they age, and can sometimes leak. Replacement components are easy to source and soldering new caps is easy, providing you have at least basic soldering experience. Inspect your analog board carefully for dry solder joints. Also check for golden-colored joints.
If you have a copy of Pina's book, it has component lists in the Appendix for the analog board. If you cannot find a copy of it, I can scan and upload the pages you require to repair your Plus.

A Reset often sorts out problems but since you have already restored it I would be inclined to make an ppointment with Apple with a view to 'a fix' or a replacement. if the Apple store is not convenienly located, and you are still within the 90 day free technical support, I would start by contacting them.
[Reset - Hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons down together for 10 seconds or so (until the Apple logo appears) and then release. The screen will go blank and then power ON again in the normal way. It is app and data safe!]

Does your PC have a discrete video card or just the on board graphics processor with a VGA connector?
If you are using a HP monitor then try a monitor reset. Unplug the monitor’s power cord and hold down the monitor’s power button for 30-60 seconds. Plug the monitor back in and power it up. check the monitor's internal source selection and make sure that it is set to VGA.
Test the monitor and cable using just VGA on another PC to ensure that those components are good. Alternatively, use a known good monitor and VGA cable (without using adapters).
The other suggestion would be to locate a video card that is rated to work with the 250 watt power supply in your PC. There are very few video cards that are rated by the manufacturer to work with a 250 watt PC. A new power supply and video card might be close to $100.

Try a reset. Press & hold the Power and Home buttons simultaneously, ignoring the red power off slider, until the Apple logo appears. Then release both buttons. This should not affect any content on the iPad, it is similar to rebooting your computer.
