Shows up as purchased but can't get it to download?

I downloaded 2 albums for my iPad last year, but then my last iPad broke and I didn't care to re-download the songs until now. Now the songs all say "purchased" meaning I can't re-purchase them, yet the Cloud icon does not show up either, and they do not show up in the purchased category. Any advice? Oh, and keep in mind that the songs were paid for on a credit card from my last iPad which is not currently hooked up to my current iPad. If this is too much trouble I'll just go to Best Buy or the Apple Store and have them figure it out, but help would be nice.

Are you not able to connect your iPad to your computer and sync it from iTunes instead of sending it as an attachment ?

I have this question also. They were there and now they are not. Until this is fixed I will not purchase another audiobook.

There are a lot of posts in the forums today with people having problems with iMessage. There was also a published outage yesterday, so it's possible there are still some issues that may be impacting you both.
I would just wait it out - I'm sure it will be sorted out soon.

All but 5-6 of my songs have been deleted from my ipod shuffle. I can find the list in purchased but can't get them on my device.

Allbut 5-6 of my 44 songs on my Ipod shuffle have been deleted. They all show up on my purchases but I can't transfer them to my Ipod shuffle device.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Unsync/delete all music and resync
To delete all music go to Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Music>Tap edit in upper right and then tap the minus sign by All Music
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

2nd Hand iPod just purchased but can't get it to work on PC - help!?

I have just purchased a 2nd hand Ipod Nano 4GB 3rd generation. It is loaded with a 1000 songs but I would like to remove some of them and add my own. When I connect it to my PC, it comes up but everything is greyed out. Does this mean I can't do anything with it except listen to whats on there? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Try this:
Turn off or remove power from the DSL model, the router, and your computer. Wait not less than one minute. Restore power to the modem and wait until the status lights indicate a connection to the ISP. Next, restore power to the router and wait until the status light shows connection to the modem. Last, turn on the computer. Check your Network preferences to be sure they are configured for a DHCP connection and that the router has received a valid IP address (not 169.xxx.xxx.xxx).

You should have at least 10% of your total storage.
1 GB is not enough, you need to delete more
Settings > General > Usage > delete from here.

You cannot.
You buy one and only one download of movies. it is your responsibility to backup your purchases.
Copy everything from your old computer or your backup copy of your old computer to your new one.

Keep the Powerbutton and the Homebutton pressed at the same time until you see the Apple logo on your iPad screen.
