.shtml file not being rendered in CF8

     I have been assigned to work on a mainatannace task of a website running on CF8. All the logical files are in .shtml extention instead of cfm. I am not able to get it rendered.If I change the extention to .cfm. I have mapped the .shtml to be rendered by CF in the IIS. The executable location I have given is C:\ColdFusion8\runtime\lib\wsconfig\1\jrun.dll
Again my F server has not been installed as a standalone. I have installed it to take request from IIS server and my root folder is not C:\ColdFusion8\wwwroot\ but c:1server\. Is that causing the issue?
Any help is preciously appreciated.

Here is an article that describes what to do. You probably have not set up the servlet mapping in web.xml to tell CF to process .shtml files.

    Anybody know what's up with the menu.xml.files not being available for DW after installing on a new comp?

    Usually that error can be cleared up by renaming the personal config folder. Turn on your OS's hidden files and then go to...
    C: > Users > your username > AppData > Roaming > Dreamweaver (version) > your language > configuration
    Rename the configuration folder configuration-old and start DW up. That should create an entirely new configuration folder and correct the menu.xml file.

    I ran into the issue of the 32-bit file not being recognized in LR 5.6 after it has been saved in PS. I tried every type of file I could save a file as in CC but none of them would be recognized or said it was corrupt.  I had exported 3 files to Merge in HDR Pro Photoshop as 32 bit files.  I then saved in PS and returned to LR 5.6, but it said the bit depth was not supported .  Is this a known issue with LR 5.6 / PS CC?

  • GIF files not being cached for toolbar (WEB Forms)

    I realized that the GIF files we are using
    in our toolbars are not being cached by the
    browser. I analyzed the file XLF.LOG and
    the files always have access code "200"
    (not cached). The file REGISTRY.DAT has
    the same problem. Only the JAR file has
    access code "304" (cached). Although these

    many seconds to open each form when someone
    executes our application using a low speed
    line (many of our forms have toolbars
    with more than 30 icons). Is there any
    special configuration I have to do or this
    will be corrected in future versions?

  • XML file not being read by Accordion Demo

    I had this working last week and it was a beautiful thing. I
    subsequently added many more product items to the products.xml file

    index page. I have read all the posts and added all the suggested

    added {useCache: false} to result in var dsProductFeatures =
    new Spry.Data.XMLDataSet("products.xml", "products/product[name =
    '{dsProducts::name}']/features/feature",{useCache: false})
    added <cfheader name="Cache-Control" value= "no-cache">
    <cfheader name="Expires" value="0">

    added var d = new Date();

    var spryURL = "

    but my xml file is not being read. The script is running
    because the little fields on the right are moving.
    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi,
    What's happening if you open the xml page (employees.xml)

  • XMP files not being created with DNGs...

    I'm used to using Bridge with ACR to process Nikon NEFs. But a recent camera update has me experimenting with converting the D3's NEFs to DNG files and editing them with CS2 and Bridge 1.04 which works better on my system. I've also experimented with CS3 and Bridge 2.1.1.9 with the same DNG files.
    In both cases XMP files are not being created when working with DNG files. I have enabled "Save image settings in : Sidecar ".xmp" files" turned ON. But they do not seem to be generated and I assume the ACR adjustments are being embedded in the DNG file. Meanwhile doing edits on NEF files continues to create .xmp files as expected.
    I find .xmp files to be very useful and I'm wondering why they're missing with DNG files? Are they hiding somewhere other than in the same folder that the images reside in?
    Thanks.
    Russell

    > The information contained in the XMP file is stored in the DNG file so there is no need for a separate file.
    Aww, yuck!! That's a real drag...
    When editing lots of files (yesterday's shoot produced 8GB) I back everything up to off-line storage and then, after doing all my edits and crops in ACR, I only have to copy over the small XMP files which takes no time at all.
    So if I re-edit the DNG with ACR I have to re-copy ALL the files again to the off-line storage.
    I used to sometimes even save 2 versions of the xmp files when I needed 2 different crops of the same images, such as doing a wide screen 'cinema' crop for a corporate client's Intranet presentation of their event, as well as more standard crops to be used for their newsletters.
    Guess I won't be using DNG any more..
    Thanks for the help Kees :-)

  • SWF File not being generated by compiler

    I am using Flash Builder 4.5.
    One of the modules that compiles without error is still not being bound into the runtime image (in this case debug).
    There are no compiler errors (auto build is switched ON) but a swf file is not being generated.
    I have tried removing the reference to the module in the Project ->Properties->Modules window and then adding it back in to no avail.
    This was working up until I made a change to the module in question and then saved it.

    I would check all imported images in the library. If you cannot see the image in your library preview; there is a good chance that there is an issue and it will need to be reimported.

  • Spool file not being generated in production server

    Hello
    Our end users are using automatic payment program F110 to print multiple cheques.
    The settings in SPAD are identical in Quality and Production Server,but some how
    spool file is not being generated in production.
    Test printing is fine in Quality server.
    Printer being used is Epson LQ 300.Device type is EPESCP2.
    We are using z custom page size ,and it is assigned to printer device Type as well
    Would be very great if some can can comment on which settings to check,as SPAD setting is
    same in both server ,yet no spool.Very Very urgent.
    Iam not sure ,whose domain is it now-BASIS or ABAP.
    Thanks a lot
    Nouman

    If there is a problem with the spool, the variant that is being in F110 parameters.
    As you are saying the quality system is working fine, please compare both the variants in Production and Quality systems.
    This should solve your situation.

  • Header files  not being included in JNI

    I've written a java program which interfaces with some C code.In the c code i use certain functions which are defined in a header file that i include in the same c file.The problem i have ,is that the compiler shows an error when it comes across one of those functions.It seems to me that the header file is not being included.Here's what i've done at the start of the jni c code,any help will be greatly appreciated.
    #include<stdio.h>
    #include " mnt/cprog/ca.h"
    JNIEXPORT void JNICALL......
    Can other header files be included over here ,or do they have to be included from the java file?..but the problem there is that the header file is of .h extension.....any suggestions??
    ps..The os is Linux
    ..Derick

    If the header files are not found, the compiler will tell you. At least gcc does so. If only some functions you are using are missing, they are probably not in the header file you are including.
    By the way, there is no way to include headers for your native code through Java. What kind of mechanism should that be?

  • Large files not being picked by FTP adapter

    Hello,
    In our integration scenario, files from the AS400 (legacy system) are placed at a FTP location from where the XI picks up the file for processing. We have FTP communication channel.
    The file has about 8000 records is in binary format. When the file was placed it was not being picked up after the mentioned polling period of 60 secs. After manually inserting about 300 records which makes the file size smaller, the file is picked up bu XI and processed without error. With the 8000 records the file size was 2.5 MB.
    Thank you

    Please provide a J2EE trace at logging severity "Debug" for the location
    "com.sap.aii.adapter.file". Please do the following:
    - increase logging severity to "Debug"
    - set log levels to ERROR for all components
    - ONLY set log level to DEBUG for "com.sap.aii.adapter.file"
    - reproduce the problem and gather the defaultTrace.trc immediately
      after you reproduce
    - remember to reset the logging severity after you have reproduced as
      leaving it on "Debug" can cause performance problems in your system.
    Also the ftp server logs will be needed in this case.
