Shuffle on new pc, what the is goin on here!!!!

Question

So it seems apple in their divine wisdom has stopped me from being able to use my shuffle on my new pc, becuase i orginally loaded it onto my laptop first, what is with that, im not legally doing ANYTHING wrong yet i now own a duff player, i cant find ANY solutions to this and of course apple have nothing to say, is their a way around this!!!!!!

It's OK, I can understand your anger - it should just work!
so i read the apple site for info, its states that you can only use the shuffle on the original pc you loaded it onto
I think that you may have missread, you can only associate your iPod with one library at a time. This is so that people don't steal music from someone else's library. (They cannot put their iPod in your PC and download your tunes and then put them on their own library without deleting them) As for moving to a new PC (Assuming you want to migrate any music that you have ripped to the HD and downloaded from iTunes) you need to do a few things:
[On the old PC]
-Backup all of your music to CD or external HD etc. (Important! - Do this first!)
-Deauthorise the computer. To do this, open iTunes and go to the "Advanced" drop-down menu and select "Deauthorise computer"
-Then open the iPod Updater program, insert the shuffle and click "Restore" to take the shuffle to factory settings.
[On the new PC]
-Import all of your music from the backup. If you now try to play an iTunes Music Store file you should be asked for your username and password for iTunes to "Authorise this computer". Enter it and the iTunes Purchased music will all be able to play on this machine.
-Now just insert the shuffle and you should get the exact same wizzard as when you very first inserted the shuffle into your first computer - you can set auto sync and a name for the iPod
-After all of that you should be hooked up with your shuffle!
