SHUTTING DOWN 10g AS ver 10.1.3

Question

I installed Oracle AS Ver 10.1.3 (Apache and JServer only) on a server where there is an existing AS Ver 10.1.2
Now my Oracle home is set to /opt/dba/oracle/oas1012
So i changed it to /opt/dba/oracle/oas1013 for my session
The intention is to shutdown all the services of the new installed version and take a cold backup of the new oracle home.
The problem is that i go to
/opt/dba/oracle/oas1013/opmn/bin ---which is my new home
and i do opmnctl help i get this
*usage: /opt/dba/oracle/oas1012/opmn/bin/opmnctl verbose [<scope>|http://forums.oracle.com/forums/] <command> [<options>|http://forums.oracle.com/forums/]*_
Not sure why its pointing to the old home in this
Any ideas??

Hum! Looks like your other opmnctl (from OH of 10.1.2) is still in the PATH. When you cd to $OH/opmn/bin of 10.1.3, how do you invoke opmnctl? Are you simply doing this "opmnctl help" or are you doing "./opmnctl help"? I am sure you know the difference between two. So either include 10.1.3 $OH/opmn/bin first in your PATH or being cd into this directory invoke opmnctl using "./opmnctl ...".
