Sick of apple and not able to purchase

Apple, i am really sick of this , it says unable to purchase please contact support, everytime i have to go to chat , and then wait 30minutes and they fix it , seriously , whats the problemwith APPPLE

We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple, we won't know why you are getting a message to contact support - have you asked them why you keeping getting it and whether there is anything that they or you can do to stop it ?

    If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then the steps half-way down this page should let you reset them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
    If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

    When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 link above to add a rescue email address for potential future use

    What happens when you try to buy something ? If you are still getting the disabled message then since resetting your password have you logged out of your account on your device (by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store) or computer's iTunes (Store > Sign Out menu option) and then logged back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it ?
    If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

    Very Important, how much Free Space is on your Hard Drive first of all? Click on the Macintosh HD on the Desktop, then do a Get Info on it.
    Could be many things, we should start with this...

    2. When your computer finishes starting up from the disc, choose Disk Utility from the Installer menu at top of the screen. (In Mac OS X 10.4 or later, you must select your language first.)
    *Important: Do not click Continue in the first screen of the Installer. If you do, you must restart from the disc again to access Disk Utility.*
    3. Click the First Aid tab.
    4. Select your Mac OS X volume.
    5. Click Repair Disk, (not Repair Permissions). Disk Utility checks and repairs the disk."

    Then try a Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
    (Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive.)
    If perchance you can't find your install Disc, at least try it from the Safe Boot part onward.
    Do they launch OK while in Safe Mode?

    I went to a apple store at South Park, Charlotte NC,
    and found out the worst customer service (in my case)
    They don't have answers and don't understand about  "dont let any customer go away sad or mad"
    I explain to them that I did everything they said to fix the problem, even to dounload the iOS 6.1.3
    that was supposed to fix the problem.
    they said fix the problem in other phones but not in mine.
    So here I am with no wifi and bluetooth, with apple technicians and experts that don't know what to do with the problem that the sofware they developed cause in my iphone 4s.
    and the solution is for me to pay $199.00 US dollars for a problem that I did not cause.
    wich means to buy something else from apple to fix a problem that it is not my fault.
    Great! what a convenient solution.
    I would like to have an answer from you guys and see if someone there have a better answer for me that shows support, values and integrity as a grest company with solutions for your customers.
    Dont think that I want a new phone, I want mine fixed if is possible.

    Apple isnt here. this is a user based forum for technical questions. The solution is to restart, reset, and restore as new which is in the manual after that get it replaced for hard ware failure. if your within your one year warranty its replaced if it is out of the warranty then it is 199$

    I purchase an iPhone 5 off Craigslist. It came without the box and without the sim. When I got home, I tried activating it but, it says the other persons number and is asking me to confirm the last four of there social security number and billing zip code. And this phone number doesnt matches the number from whom i bought the phone. I got it unlocked as i wanted to use it with oversea or with some other carrier. i am not a ATT customer. I tried using T mobile sim(cut to nano) and ATT nano sime card. Still its doesnt let me pass the activation stage.
    Anyone know how to get around this? I spent 10days on the phone  with Apple and ATT  and they couldnt help me. I tried contacting the person I purchased it off of with no success of reaching them. Please help if you know how to solve this issue.

    WJosten is right, you probably got scammed.
    The seller will likely report your phone as "stolen" so he can get a new one, and then you'll look like a thief holding a phone that does not belong to you.  Nobody will help you then, not Apple and not the carriers.

    OMG.....this very tiny hole located next to the headset jack........I suffered for the same issue around 20 days after purchasing my iPhone 4S. Even I visit the apple store too, they suggested to talk with apple online.....just before going to apple, i was reading "iPhone: Hardware troubleshooting" (http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2802) and at the very first line, i found "Make sure that nothing is blocking the top microphone (located next to the headset jack)." and this located next to the headset jack solved the problem completely for sound in vidio as well as sound with calling speaker phone.....Actually, I purchased a plastic cover (like screen protector type) that blocked this small hole (microphone hole i think) and the problem was because of this...I remember on the first day i talk with speacker phone (nothing on iPhone at that time) and it was working...
    No need to restore or hard reset anything...i was fearing i'll lost everything if I hard reset my iPhone that took 5-10 to build my iPhone as I like apps, music, vidio on it....

    Thank you Klaus1.The large font, I copied and pasted from my mail box.I'm visually impaired...not to a huge degree but it helps to use the large font.I believe you are right about the copyright on the imac stuff but if facebook decide otherwise, you have to reply electronically to their challenge.If you can't provide a reference directly from the copyright owner then they remove the video.I believe this is a programmed response and no human is involved which now makes it impossible for me to get my video uploading restored.They detect added soundtrack automatically and then challenge.There are many others in the same boat and facebook will not communicate.They have various discussion sites on which I have left messages including Mark Zuckerbergs own facebook but I don't think anyone from facebook ever reads them.I intend to start a second facebook which I can use purely to get my videos uploaded as a lot of my friends enjoy them BUT don't want fall foul of their programming again.If only iMac would put something on the net to this effect.I think it is so unfair that with modern technology it is impossible to contact these large conglomerates personally and receive an email response.I tried emailing [email protected] but I got a failure notice.If you have any ideas on how to get verification from apple direct, I would be very grateful.Thank You.
