SID does not exist for Characteristic

Question

Hi All,
We are getting SQL/SID error when we execute the query "Age inventory report by
source plant" on Material Movement Cube.
When run in RSRT in Debug mode we are getting both errors as mentioned below:
Error while reading data; navigation is possible
SQL Error: 0
Unknown error in SQL interface
System error in program SAPLRS_EXCEPTION and form RS_EXCEPTION_TO_MESSAGE
or
ASID = 180 does not exist for characteristic Plant or is not selected

sometime the workbook runs fine without errors which uses the same
query. but this is not often. when we run the query it shows SID error.
I can mail the screen shots if needed,
This is the Relpy from SAP:
          This kind of issue is often lead by overflow in the kefygures used in query.
          I could verify that query RIC_C03_ZQ06B_DETAIL_SOURCE01 is calculating ahuge amount of data.
          It is a common issue in this situation.
           Kindly check attached notes for extending key figures.
           460652 Extending key figures in BW
           579342 Changing key figures used in InfoProviders
Just want to know if they are relevant, since most of the columns are Restricted KF or Formulas.
We just have few keyfigures.
Has anyone comeaccross such error, Plz suggest any actions.

Check for any customer exit or SAP exit variable in the query...
