Side loaded "time-out" app

I installed a side loaded app called android "time out" to fix my problems with instagram , which didnt want to work, it was giving me an error: camera is too low for this app, or smtgh like that,whatever, that app fixed it. But after that my phone started to restart by itself, and also while i'm browsing internet it get locked by itself. Could this be because of this side loaded apps ? Thanks in advance, be aware of my grammar mistakes.

Yea sure, you can restart the WIFI connection, but WHO wants to CONTINUALLY do that?
Interestingly enought the device is still successfully connected to the internet via WIFI, but DNS request fail to pass successfully from the iOS 6 device.
Apple (or any curious iOS 6 user that wants to see my point), when this happens "WIFI Lockout" open up a browser before you reset the WIFI connection and type type 74.125.227.144 (google) and then “go” (I tried both safari and chrome). A google search page will come up and you will be able to execute a search (of course any link you click on will not work as it is dependant on DNS resolution).
The above IP connection to google proves NON DNS traffic works, so the issue is not the WIFI connection to the access point that is the problem. It is not an access point configuration/firmware or security protocol issue either because data does pass when the above steps are followed.
I KNOW THIS IS NOT ALL OF THE PROBLEMS WITH iOS 6, BUT THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM NOT BEING ABLE TO SURF OR GET DATA THE iOS 6 DEVICE IS REQUESTING WHILE ON WIFI.

VI loading times-out for 50 seconds when another networked PC is shut down

I'm moving my LabVIEW 4.0.1 VIs from an "old" Win95 PC to a "new" Win95 PC.
All of the VIs were copied from the old PC to the new PC.
The VIs load and run just fine on the new PC when both PCs are alive on the network, but LabVIEW experiences a 50 second time-out delay at the beginning of VI loading on the new PC when the old PC is disconnected from the network.
The VIs eventually load and properly execute after the delay on the new PC (while the old PC is disconnected from the network), but the delay is a nuisance.

The paths to one or more of your VIs still point to your old computer. Only if it can't find the original does LabVIEW start to look for them locally. Once you've loaded everything with the old pc off the network, you should save every VI and the next time you do a load, it should automatically load everything locally because the paths have been updated. You can verify this by displaying the hierarchy and turning on the display of the full path in label.

Very long web page load time out

In Firefox Android when several resources in a page do not load, Firefox android shows a white page and waits for a very long time to time out those resources and display the rest of the page, while Firefox in PC quickly ignores the time outs within a page and displays the page.
How can I make the android version time out quickly and display whatever is available in a page?

There actually is not a feature to do this in the ui. However you may be able to find the about:config entry that controls the timeout default time. [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Firefox_:_FAQs_:_About:config_Entries]

Slow page loading / Time outs

Hi guys,
I am getting very slow page loading times. This only started to happen today, before this my connection has been solid.
I have reset the router, all the other PCs in my house are having the same problem. I am not running any P2P/Downloading software.
Speedtest says I am connected at 12MBPs. It takes me a very long time to load a page and most of the time they just time out.

Pogo.com game site says my flash player is outdated. tried several times to down load new version, keeps timing out at 47%. I went into help and tried 2 different suggestion with no sucess. any suggestions

Data load time out error.

Hi Gurus,
We have initialized one of our infocube, its having more then 14lakhs of data. each PSA data packet(90 in number)contains 15k odd record. Out of the 90 PSA data packets,10 successeded while yesterday night load scheduling, Now I am scheduling each packet individually through manual upload by right clicking on the data packet, every time its resulting in runtime error.
Itu2019s a highly time consuming load, so canu2019t schedule it again.
Do you have any other solution?????

try to see which step in the package it is taking the time....is it the start routines??
just see if there are start routines in the update rules.
May be you should reduce the size of the data package when you first loaded but since you are alredy loading it from PSA its not possible.
if you can delete the request again and reload it again via PSA and this time reduce the size of package to may be 5000 or 4000 then it should load.
You can do the settings for nthe infopckage which you are using to schedule the load..go in the infopackage .... infopackage->schedule->datas. source option..
change the size for the delta as well as for full loads.
then the schedule the loads again...do an init without data transfer and a full repair without selections this time.

Im trying to upgrade to the 4.3.4 but keep getting a error message 3259 down load time out ?? can any one help

I'm trying to upgrade to the 4.3.4 when im downloading it states that it has 32 hours download time ( has Apple cheged this ) but keep getting a timed out error message err=3259, is there anything i can do (beside buy a mac)

Update router firmware. Check your router manufacturer’s website, and download and install any new updates for your wireless router. Alternatively, try plugging the ethernet cable directly into your computer.
As last resort download separately 4.3.4 http://appldnld.apple.com/iPhone4/041-1923.20110715.BnATg/iPhone3,1_4.3.4_8K2_Re store.ipsw and use Shift + Restore button on itunes. Then restore your settings and etc. from backup.
Remember to Beackup first, because Shift + Restore will make factory restore.

How do I side load my new app to test it when it has the same product ID? I'm going from Pro to Enterprise?

I have created a "new" app (enterprise level) and downloaded the IPA file. I opened iTunes and put the app in the apps folder, then connected my iPad and clicked sync. It shows up in the newsstand but grayed out and as an app icon. This app has the exact product ID as our PRO version. This enterprise app is going to replace our Pro app. What am I over looking or missing? I have been looking at the Adobe publishing companion guide for iPad and iTunes connect… There isn't this scenario in any of the documentation.

You have an Enterprise DPS account. Your app type is Multi Folio with Entitlement and iTunes Subscription, which is available only to Enterprise customers. You'll be able to add custom stores and libraries, set up direct entitlement, and take advantage of all DPS Enterprise features. See Creating Proof of Concept Apps for DPS | Adobe Developer Connection for info about adding Enterprise features to a developer app.
Obtaining an Enterprise certificate from Apple is a separate matter. You need an Apple Enterprise developer license ($299/yr instead of $99/yr). Does your company have an Enterprise license with Apple?

That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.

Windows 7 instructions in the following document: How to use CHKDSK (Check Disk)
Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards?

Safari no longer loads Time Out website

Is this a common failure? I've just updated Flash player, perhaps it's not related, but the website loads perfectly well in Chrome, Firefox etc.
I've reset cache & deleted cookies but still no joy.
I suspect it's a very simple solution, any suggestions?
Other websites appear to load, as normal.

Just discovered that if I disable Javascript the webpage loads fine. Unfortunately, other pages then no longer do!!

Deploy permissions for side loaded win8 app

Hello everybody,
I've just implemented and deployed a custom Windows 8 app for my Company and deployed it using side loading.
The app makes use of a background task which is essential for it, because the main purpose of the app is displaying some information on ist live tile. Unfortunatly this only works, after I start the app once and accept to add the app to the lock screen.
Now, here's my question:
How can I automatically rollout this permission for this app?
Is there a way doing this by

powershell
sccm
I only need this functionality for the automatical deployment in my Company. The app is not deployed by the store.

do you know if permissions need to be reset after each app update? I've already published a version of the app and just want to prevent that each user needs to set the permission once again. Updates are getting really annoying for the users if they have
to authorize the app after each update to run in the Background..

I've had my iPad (retina display) since last year. Over the last few weeks the App Store struggles to load on occasion and times out completely. When searches do rarely complete, the App Store closes down and returns my iPad to the home screen and, when I open the App Store again, it has just reset the store, forcing it to load all over again. I've tried closing all running background applications, with no difference being made. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1. Double-click the Home button to reveal Task Bar
2. Hold the App Store app down for a second or two until you see the minus sign
3. Tap the minus sign to close app
4. Re-launch the app and test
Note: If necessary close all apps in the Task Bar

Server.app can't load alerts and throws out error getAndLockContext: flock(servermgr_info) FATAL time out

I did a working migration of my Lion Server stating all services has been migrated successfully!
All my used services are running fine (dns, mail, iCal, dhcp, web, VPN, adressbook, profilemanger, sharing, opendirectory) but using server.app causes an error while server.app seems to load the alerts section without success throwing out some message windows and those messages in my log console
servermgrd[36677] [36677] error in getAndLockContext: flock(servermgr_info) FATAL time out
servermgrd[24195] [24195] process will force-quit to avoid deadlock
com.apple.launchd[1] (com.apple.servermgrd[24195]) Exited with exit code: 1
Servermgrd process goes up to 100% and you have to quit server.app to calm it down.
Anyone got a similar error or knows any workaround to abandon this error?

RB jp's solution (move the /var/log/eventmonitor folder) solved my problem completely.
Not only did Server.app suddenly become response again, the spinner trying to access alerts stopped spinning.
Best of all, the servermgrd daemon stopped crashing every two minutes! There were messages in system.log that read:
error in getAndLockContext: flock(servermgr_info) FATAL time out
server servermgrd[38070]: [38070] process will force-quit to avoid deadlock
Those are now gone. Server is happy again.

Close the App Store app and reset your iPad.
Now close all apps. In order to close apps, you have to drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
In order to reset your iPad, hold down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple logo appears on the screen after which time you can release the buttons and let the iPad start up.
IF that didn't help, try turning WiFi off on your iPad in the Settings, restart the iPad, then turn Wifi on again.
