SideBySide Error when starting FormDesigner.exe

Question

Hi there
Since I've installed Adobe Acrobat 9.0 Extended Pro I get tonns of SideBySide Errors in my Eventviewer like the following

I get this error on Startup and as told before, when I open FormDesigner.exe. Acrobat 9.0 has been installed on a completely new systemAcrobat 9.0 has also been updated to v. 9.1 but the error still occures
Things I've tried so far
Multiple un-installations and reinstallations of Acrobat
Complete new OS installation and reinstallation of Acrobat
Installation of Adobe Patch for "Solving" crash of FormDesigner 8.2.1 on startup. I used this patch even if it is designated for SQL-Server 2008

Fix for SQL-Server 2008/Designer conflict
Date: November 26, 2008
Issue: Microsoft’s mfc80u.dll (version 8.0.50727.1833) installed by SQL Server 2008 causes Designer 8.2.1 to crash on launch.
Fix: Installing the attached vcredist_x86.exe will install a new
version (8.0.50727.3079 ) of the Microsoft redistributable DLLs
including mfc80u.dll to resolve this issue
Updates for vcredist_x86 and vcredist_x64 for 2005 and 2008
I hope there is someone who has a solution for this issue or has some good idea for solving this annoying error. It's very frustrating and Adobe customer suport had no solution so far

I have the exact same error.  As of yet I have not found any solution.
I made a similar post to yours to the Microsoft MSDN forums as I felt it somehow related to Visual C++ but the moderators moved it to an "off topic" section.  Nonetheless, here is a link to the post in case anyone might find more useful information there:
