Is it possible to do on iMovie or do you have do download another software?

Drag a photo with your "sides" into your project.
Set the Duration to match the length of your clip. Make sure your photo is still with no ken burns effect.
Select your video clip and drag it over the photo item in your project and let go. A pop up with options should pop up. Select picture-in-picture.
Resize and position your clip over the picture.
That's it.

I will attach a recent screen shot of a print window I opened and the extra code is above and below the window. There are matrix type blocks of code and then lines under the window. I get this all the time and it is getting worse.
Any help to get rid of it would be appreciated.

It's likely the Video card, or possibly heat.
At the Apple Icon at top left>About this Mac.
Then click on More Info>Hardware and report this upto *but not including the Serial#*...

Photoshop help: I don't know what to call this (screenshot)

Hi there,
I primarily use photoshop to paint, and today had a very odd thing happen which I do not understand in the least.
I was working on a piece, back ground later unchanged, medium grey on top of that, and a third layer set to multiply where I was drawing in black and white.
I must have hit some funny keys, because, after I use the lasso tool to select part of the drawing on the third layer (multiply) what happened was that the grey background layer moved. When I moved it there was an off light red colour underneath.

(NOTE: For the screenshot I turned off the grey layer, instead a would be white background is moving. I have no idea where it or the red colour came from.)
Another odd thing was that it seemed as though there was some sort of mask-esque situation going on, when I selected the colour black and tried to paint it cut into the white layer.

The opposite happened with the colour white.

Please, any help would be appreciated. I cannot selected anything and therefore cannot save the line sketch I mate. Granted it only took 7 to 10 min, but I would like to save it and, well, finish it.

Don't know what it's called, but I want to turn it off.

Don't know why I have let myself suffer with this "feature" for so long. Don't know what it's called. Don't even know how to activate it if I wanted--which I don't.
Anyway, sometimes when using my trackpad and two fingers to move up and down a page, say when surfing, a semi-cirlce (I think its a semi-circle) appears on one side of the page or the other. Then, if I accidentally move my fingers too close to the side the page, it's like I've hit the back or forward arrow. I really want to turn this "feature" off. Anyone know how to do so.

Thanks much. Nope don't have any sort of gesture modification package. Incidentally, it is driving my wife crazy too--under Mt. Lion. FYI, the "feature" is very annoying especially in cases like now. That is, if I accidentally inovked it and went back a page, then, upon returning here, what I had typed to this point would be gone. When doing long posts, I have had to get used to copying what I have typed periodically to not lose everything if I accidentally invoke the "monster." Wife too. FWIW, we used different downloads of Mt. Lion to Install.
Incidentally, have you seen this thread: https://discussions.apple.com/message/21888143#21888143. I am surprised no one has replied. Seems like what I am asking about would be common knowledge at this point. But, I have not found anything particularly useful via googling. I have seen a few claims apparently supporting what I am interested in, but nothing overly concrete.

In the time line, cutaways and titles are supposed to be linked on the top side of movie clips in the time line window. I don't know what I did, but now they are linked to the bottom side. How do I get them up to the top where they belong?

I'm working on a movie in FCP and using cutaways and titles in many places in the timeline. While working on a movie 2 days ago, and I don't know what I did, all the cutaways and titles are now linked to the movie clips from below rather than above. When I "grab" them and drag them up to the top-side, as soon as I "release", they go back down. Along the menu bar, I've check the "view", "modify", "clips", etc., looking for any thing that might refer to appearance of the time line. What must I do to get the cutaways and titles back on top where they belong? The audio clips remained properly-linked to the time line and play properly. The cutaways and titles can be seen but do not play.

You can reduce the size to normal, which is about 1GB, by restoring the phone.

Near the right-end of the address bar is a white star which can be difficult to see, but look closely. When you wish to bookmark a shortcut to the toolbar, double click the star. A window will open with the name of the webpage. Under that is the folder box which will probably read 'Unsorted Bookmarks'. Click the drop down arrow and change it to 'Bookmarks Toolbar' then click done.
I have several folders on my toolbar such as Music, Mail, etc. in which I add multiple websites. If you wish to add a folder, click the second drop down arrow next to 'Bookmark Toolbar' and click 'New Folder' and give it a name.
To add a bookmark to a folder, again double click the star, make sure you are in Bookmark Toolbar and click one of the two drop down arrows to find the name of the folder.
For other bookmarks use Bookmark Menu. Whatever is added here can be accessed by Bookmarks on the Menu Bar. If your Menu Bar with Bookmark, File, View, etc. is not visible, click the Alt key and they will become visible. To keep the Menu Bar, click View, Toolbars and check Menu Bar.

I was gave an Apple iPod Touch that was disabled and I called the Apple Store and they emailed me what to do and I plugged my iPod up to the PC and now it's saying that the iPod is unable to be recognized and I don't know what to do now

The music files, were they bought from your iTunes account or did someone gift them to you after buying from the iTunes account? If they are yours you can download them again if you clear or de-authorise the ipod, it has to be done by whoever gave you the ipod to do this (the registered owner). If they were bought for you on another itunes account I don't think Apple let you use them as they are copyrighted and they don't belong to you, they belong to the person who bought them. If the music files where ripped from music cd's then click and drag them to a new folder on your desktop and have the person who gave you the ipod to de-authorise and unregister it. Then you re register it and put your files back from your desktop folder in your iTunes folder and synch. Hopefully that would work. Any files which you did not buy, I would not know how get around this, best bet is to take it to you nearest Apple Store and explain that they were gifted to you and ask how you can use them. The best way to gift music files is to buy the gift tokens and give these. Hope above helps.

You can view the purchase history on your account : if you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases (the most recent is above the list).
If you don't recognise the charge (and nobody else has access to your account or devices and may have made it) then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
