Siebel 8.0 Program schedule - Deletion of program doesn't delete/remove the association of campaign with that

Question

I just wish to get answers to couple of questions that we have as issues in our Siebel Marketing 8.0.0.13 ( Recently we upgraded from 8.0.0.5 to 8.0.0.13 (20448))
1. The program design flowchart ( Program Container BC) icons does not appear as icons but just as blank boxes with the name of the box below that. Hence the user just have to assume the icon and pull it to the flow chart. But otherwise the functionality does work fine.
2. When we load the program designer, there is a java load coming up. In Windows 2008 machines, it does not work properly by reasoning that "It is not compatible with the particular windows " and the application just hangs.
3. When we delete  a particular program in which a campaign is already staged and scheduled to run at particular time, the association of campaign to the program does not get deleted automatically.
Impact of # 3: When we create another program and tries to search for the campaign to stage that under Program Design , it just does not appear , this might be due to the fact that, the system have the association of this campaign still with the old program .
Please let me know if anybody have come across the same incidents..

DELETE NOPROMPT OBSOLETE DEVICE TYPE DISK;
RMAN> delete archivelog all;
The delete archivelog all command deletes all archived redo logs on disk that aren’t
necessary to meet the configured archived redo log deletion policy. It’s more likely that you’d
want to use the following delete command, which deletes archived redo logs from disk based
on whether they have been first backed up to tape a certain number of times:
RMAN> delete archivelog all
backed up 3 times to sbt;
You can delete specific archived redo logs by using the delete command, as shown in the
following example.
RMAN> delete archivelog until sequence = 999;
The backup ... delete command lets you first back up an archived redo log and then
delete the source archived redo log file. In order to delete the source file, you use the additional
clause delete input, as shown in the following example:
RMAN> backup device type sbt
archivelog all
delete all input;
