# sign gets saved in query bookmark

I have a query that has a plant (0plant) variable and i leave it blank when i execute it and I get data. I then do a save-as and a bookmark gets created.
When I execute the bookmark the variable screen comes up and there is a # sign in the plant variable field. Why is this happening? If I execute the query witht eh # sign I get no data.
Something is happening to put the # sign in the bookmark when it is saved. Anyone see this before?

I have a variant in this query. The infoObject 0plant and the variant os_plant. All of the variants in this query are producing the # signs.
When I save-as and create a bookmark, then execute the bookmark I get # signs in the variable screen for all the variants in the variable screen.
I have another query that has 0plant in it with a variant mp_plant and it does not produce the # sign when I save the bookmark.
So I must have blanks in the plant field in the cube. That being said you are saying that I need to create a specific variant that only has the plant data that I want ... replacement path?
Only problem I'm wondering about is when I get rid of the blanks does the next value get populated in the bookmark? The bookmark should be saving the variable values that were selected and if NONE were selected then I should see nothing there.

HT4995 My location service on Google does not work and nothing is getting saved in my history bookmark

My location service on Google does not work. It will not bring up my location. Also nothing is getting saved in my history folder in my bookmark.

I have the same issue, I think. If I open Safari and search Walmart (google is my default search) it doesn't give me location results, and there is a little button at the top that says 'Use Precise Location.' If I tap that button nothing happens. Very frustrating. I've checked all my settings against my wife's iPhone, and my iPad, both of which work, and I can't find anything different.

Getting Brain Error while saving the query--Need Immediate solution

I designed query like this.
G/L account structure is defined in Rows. Before explaining about columns Let me Explain u about my ORG structure.
Company codes are defined in R/3 like this.
Company Code
1000 for Local Currency(HSL01)
2000 to 7000,IEL for group Currency(KSL01).
Iu2019m extracting the data as it is from R/3 to DSO and again by writing routine I splitter the data for months(EX: HSL01 is ApriL,Hsl02 May,u2026u2026u2026u2026u2026u2026.KSL01 April, KSL02 may,u2026u2026u2026. Upto to 16 periods) this is R/3 data. This data I differentiated based upon currency types. If currency type is 10 then Local Currency 30 Means Group Currency.
Again Iu2019m receiving the data from Flat Files for subsidiaries(IEAI,IEG,IEEL,ISSCI,IHAL,TTM-US,TTM-INDIA,TTIT). This data I loaded first into DSO by writing Routine at field Level for G/L account to convert G/L Descriptions into Numbers.
After that I loaded data from first DSO to Second DSO by writing to convert respective currencies into INR and again loaded to cube by Direct mapping.
Again Iu2019m receiving the eliminations data from R/3 through Ztable. This also Iu2019m extracting from R/3 and loaded into dso and again into cube.
Now I will Explain about my Report.
In Columns I defined 3 selections for each month. U can observe that in Document. Like that for each month Iu2019m getting three selections and for subsidiaries 2 selections for each month. If we observe total Iu2019m getting 13 selections for India and 9 selections for each subsidiary. If subsidiaries increase I need to increase selections, automatically columns will increase. Now for Q4 2 new subsidiaries are added I need to added. After adding and while saving the query then only Iu2019m getting brain error.
Could any one sort out this.

Diagnosis
Query ZQ3_MISGRPSUMMARYREPORT_010209 contains 8192 differing selection cells. However, only 8191 selection cells can be processed in a query.
Procedure
Please simplify query definition ZQ3_MISGRPSUMMARYREPORT_010209.
This was the error i'm getting. How to simplify this....

Synced firefox, saved firefix sync key and made format to my computer, now I can't get it synced with formated computer - what can I do to get my passwords and bookmarks back?

I synced my firefox and made format to my computer. I was hoping I can sync formated computer with my user. I even saved "firefox sync key". But now I can only make new sync and can' get my old passwords and bookmarks back. Is there any way i could get my passwords and bookmarks back?

Add that computer to the Sync service as a new device.

How can I permanently avoid that usernames get saved once I sign in? - Where are these "do not save username" settings? I do not want to clear my history every time...

Each time I clear the history and use a username only once it gets saved. I do not allow the passwords to be saved but I could not find a way to eliminate the usernames to be deleted. That is a real security issue for me

While Creation Of SaleOrder Char Values are not getting saved.(V C)

One of my client can able to create a saleorder but when we go and see in VA03 Display mode,we found Charactrestic values getting miised out.What could be the probale reasons.
Note: I Have stimulate the required combination as per my client requirement in CU50,here i can able to indentify the Green Sign,but While Creation Of SaleOrder Char Values are not getting saved.

If you assign values in classification view or configuration profile they will become default for the product, and it willnot be changed in sales order.
another thing if the item category is incorrect you will not get the configuration pop up at all .
problem what i understand from your thred is at the time of sales ordeer creation there is some inconsistances in the configuration , may be some condition is not fullfilling.
If in CU50 the result shown are error free, same configuration should owrk properly in sales configuration process, please again try to create it in sales order with same value assignment also check all the messages.
see the result of configuration before saving the sales order , i hoep it will work for you.
I am assuming all the things from SD are properly configured ie item catageory, varient pricing etc.
Check and revert back.

Error on saving the query

Hi all,
While saving an existing query after modifications, I am getting an error message: Query Element could not be saved to order (transport req number). Task has been created in my name under this transport. Still getting the same error.
I checked in SU53 , authorisation check is successful.
Others are able to save the same query. but for me its showng error.
Checked in Sdn threads, thread with same topic is available but solution is not there.
Please help.

I just added some fields to free characterstics.
Actually in Transport Connection n RSA1, its shown that the query is saved in a transport number. But other user can edit the query even if no task is there in his name undr that transport. Task in my name is there but I am not able even to save the query.
If its already in transport , how another user can edit and save it.
And if it is getting saved to $ Tmp, why is it so, as it is already in a transport request.

I can't get into my yahoo bookmarks. I have spent time with AT&T and the conclusion they came to is that it may be a problem with Firefox and yahoo. Help please

I am using a HP Laptop NOT mobile device. Every time I try to go into my YAHOO bookmarks it asks me to sign in which I do to no avail. AT&T came to the conclusion it may be that Firefox and Yahoo are not working together. I just downloaded both the latest versions of Firefox and the yahoo toolbar again to no avail. Is there something with Firefox that is preventing me from getting into my yahoo bookmarks??

It's really up to you how often you want to clear history. If you have a large hard drive, Firefox may save history for a year or more...

goto SE16/se16n and enter the table name as CDHDR for header changes
here enter the transaction code in the selection screen as VA02 so that it will give the details of all sales order which have changed.
You can get the change doc object or document number in cdhdr enter the same in
CDPOS in SE16n if you want to know the changes done at item level or you also have the option of entering TABLE name in CDPOS in SE16N selection screen if you want to know changes done in a particular table

Problem while saving the query

I have created transport request from solman, and when I try to save the query under the the request it is asking whether to create a new task under a different specific user, if I cancel it the query is not getting saved, please help me.

This happens becoz the Query that u are changing is already locked by another transport request which is owned by diffrent user..
Ask the relevant user to release the corresponding request, so that u dont get the prompt again....
To avoid it, just create a new Query( totally new query ) and then assign your transport request to it..

Problems in Saving a query

Hai all,
I created a query in development server and trying to save it. But I am getting the following errors:
1. The query could not be saved due to a problem in transport
2. BEx transport request '' is not available or not suitable
3. Choose an existing request
When I am ssaving the query, the system is not prompting for any workbench request. Do I need to create a request for BEX? or I am making any mistake?

There are several ways
1> Create a request in SE09 and then when you will save the query system will give the request you created in SE09 also system will ask for the Package name give the correct package name.
2> while saving the query system will automatically ask for the request if you have not created any request already in SE09 then say create and the follow the same procedure.
3> Transport connection in RSA1 you can use this if your query already SAVED in $TMP .
You can follow any of these but in your case only first two are applicable.
I will suggest you to after following any one from 2 go in transport connection and check whether all elements are assigned to request or not.

Signing and Saving PDF

My Adobe isn't letting me add a signature, and the document that I am downloading from my school's website has signature not allowed under properties. Tried to convert to word and then back to a PDF to change properties but it is still not allowing signatures without echosign. My prof needs to add his own signature and does not want to do it through echosign. Trying to get the document signed and saved as a PDF then sent to him. Any suggestions?

It is a business application for a city site. As a result the limit of 500 is obviously not going to work. Also for legal reasons they need the form physically signed.
The original hope was to provide a PDF form that could be filled in (almost entirely) on the computer if desire and then printed, signed, and turned in to the city.
What they don't want is for someone to fill it out on the computer, use the echosign and email it as they need the physical signature.
Sounds like we might have to choose between:
- not having it interactive (so they can just print it out and fill it out)
Or
- make it so they can fill it out on the computer, but include instructions that they need the print it out and physically sign it. And hope they follow the instructions.
Again, thank you for the explanation. I think I will just have to let them decide.

Saved tabs menu bookmark brings Safari window to unusable state

Saved tabs menu bookmark does not ask for user confirmation when navigating away from many tabs, and when the user returns to the previous set of tabs (note that this possibility isn't clear to the user), the entire Safari window reaches an unusable state.
I have a saved tabs folder as a bookmark item that is also present on the bookmarks menu bar. That means if I accidentally click on the saved tabs link instead of the address bar then my Safari session with all of the current active tabs disappears! I'd like to suggest that Safari presents a confirmation page when the user is about to change the state of more than one tab, just like it would ask for confirmation if the user were to exit Safari or close a window with many open tabs. By clicking on that single button nearby to the address bar, the entire window state is altered, not just the current tab. That's not my initial expected behaviour. On the other hand, it was also not clear to me initially that I could navigate back to the previous set of tabs when that state is comprehensively changed. So maybe the user can be informed about the ability to undo that action. For now, I will certainly be moving that set of tabs away from the menu bar, tucked further within the Bookmarks menu. But the problem that I have now is more than just a temporary unavailability of the old state.
When I accidentally navigated forward to that set of tabs, and subsequently quickly hit the back arrow button to revert to the previous state, Safari itself reached a point where the content of all tabs became unavailable. This sounds like it could be a kind of race condition where Safari needs to throw away cached information for the old set of tabs before it builds new cached information upon loading all new tabs. By aborting the process of loading those new tabs, maybe Safari assumes that the set of tabs is up to date, but the transition back to the old set of tabs doesn't appropriately trigger a reload and revert of the state. In any case the symptom is clear. When I switch between tabs in the problematic window, I continue to get completely blank screens even though I had many distinct tabs open in that window initially. It seems that to reproduce this problem what needs to be done is to have this set of saved tabs in a bookmark that is stored just below the address bar, and then to quickly navigate backward to return to the previous state. The more tabs in the current and stored session, the more this process may bog down Safari and expose this type of race condition. I also believe I may have also double or triple clicked that saved tabs button, which may invalidate the original set of tabs since the state for several sets of tabs might not be stored transparently by default. In any case I would like to recommend that Safari warn the user when this step takes place. The user could even be warned because they place a set of tabs bookmark below the menu bar, since they might accidentally click there. When this problem occurred, the other Safari window I had open had multiple tabs but this part of the Safari session was considered still working and the symptoms were not there. Yet the problematic window continues to experience the problem where all tabs are currently blank. I believe that I'll have to restart Safari to trigger the reloading of the pages, but I don't even know if that will be sufficient. I hope that this information is helpful.

Errors while saving the query

We are getting the following errors after saving the query:
1)The system tried to insert a data record, even though a data record with the same primary key already exists 0
2)An exception with the type CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB occurred, but was neither handled locally, nor declared in a RAISING clause 0
3)Program error in class SAPMSSY1 method : UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION 0.
Not able to save the changes in Query also.
Always welcome for any ideas please...
