Sign in failed notifications

I keep getting ''sign in failed'' notifications...several a day.The message says ''server password has been changed.''I can sign into my account fine.I can access my emails and can use the email address normally,so WHY do I keep getting these notifications? It's driving me mad!HELP PLEASE!

Well,I presume it is the same issue. What is this "server password changed" thing about?I've had a number of these notifications today already. I don't want to just delete the account as it's my main contact address. How do I track down where the problem is?

Let's ensure your e-mail is up and running properly. I would suggest clearing the application through Settings > Apps > Manage Apps > All > Clear Cache and Data from the e-mail application that you're using.

  • Sign in failed

I get notifications on my phone that say verizon sign in failed . When I open it it says server password has changed.I still send and receive emails normally .
So how do I correct this issue

VWCS, Skywriter already gave you the information you are requesting, as did I, tho my message has been ignored.
When did you notice this happening? Months ago.  What error messages are you getting?  Sign-in failed.
Are other emails working fine? The issue is only with with my Verizon email accounts.
There are identical messages all over the message boards and Verizon hasn't responded with a solution to any of them, including the OP on this thread (factory reset the device is not a solution - its a cop-out and it doesn't work anyway).  We can still send and receive emails from these accounts, but the error messages are frustrating.  When you figure out the cause, and a true solution, please let us know.

  • Illustrator sign in failed

    Hi group
When I start Illustrator CC, I get an error message saying "sign in failed. Unable to sign in on this computer". Selecting the "Retry" option doesn't help (it never does) and the option "Sign me out of all other computers or devices." Trying to sign in with a different Adobe ID doesn't help either.
    Uninstall/Reinstall doesn't help either.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks
    Yves

  • Having the sign in failed error

Hi: I am having the anoying error, I already checked my articles for special characters, clean.
I have recreated the certificates 2 times from scratch.
I tried creating the app from indesign 5.5 and from cs6, same result.
I removed the app builder and reinstalled the latest version.
Nothing seems to work, I am a single edition user.
I am really behind my deadline, can someone please help me.
    Thanks a lot.
    Diego Carranza

Thanks, I have already solve the issue, I deleted all the folios, and started all over, first with just one article and it worked. So I am re making all the folios and so far so good. Thanks for the help.

Make sure your article/folio names does not contain any special characters. We have were able to fix the "Sign in, please try again" error by removing all special charatcers in the folio/article names.
Note, that's article names, not the Article Title meta data which end users will see.
    Example of special characters are"&" "ö" "á" "()" etc
    Un-publish the folio from dashboard
Login to your dashboard and open the folio
Click on the “List view” button to reveal the article names
Change the articles names that contains any special characters as mentioned above
    Re-publish your folio
Download the corrected folio and re-built your app, you should be able to download fine

  • Sign in failed - Unknown server error (-2) when trying to sign in to new playbook

I get the message "Sign in failed - Unknown server error (-2)" when I try to login to the Blackberry ID page of a new playbook during initial setup. This prevents me from continuing and using my device. A similar error message appears when I tap "Forgot password?" which is An unknown error has occured. Please try again (-2)
I have tried what others have done when they have unknown error (-6) which is turn off playbook and plug into desktop manager then update to reflash, but I continue to get the same error.
I know my BB ID username and password are correct because I can login to the web with them. Not sure what to do next.

Just to test the simple things first, did you try to sign in using another credential?
If only yours fails, then is a RIM issue, otherwise is indeed your Playbook failure.

  • Why do I get a "Sign in failed" message on one of my computers when I try to sign in to Photoshop CC 2014?

I have two (2) separate Creative Cloud single-app memberships. One is Adobe Muse, which I've had since June 5, 2013, and the other is the Adobe Photoshop Photography Program (PPP), which I've had since September 17, 2013. I own each of these memberships for different reasons and use them on different computers and in different environments.
I have three (3) computers; a Home computer, a Laptop, and an Office computer.  I have Photoshop and Lightroom (from the Photography Program) installed on the Home computer and the Laptop; a total of two computers. I have Muse (a different single-app membership than the PPP membership) installed on the Home computer and the Office computer; again, a total of two computers. I have run this configuration without incident since I first purchased the memberships. In fact, before I joined the PPP, I verified with Adobe that this configuration was ok and was told that they were separate memberships and that it would not be a problem.
I upgraded Photoshop CC to Photoshop CC 2014 (as well as Lightroom) on the Home computer and Laptop and everything still worked without incident. I also updated Muse CC to Muse CC 2014 on the Home computer and again, everything ran as before without any problems. Later, when I updated Muse CC to Muse CC 2014 on the Office computer, I received a "Sign in failed" error message that said "[my] adobe ID [[email protected]] has already been used to activate the software on two other computers or devices". Which was not true!
After a Chat with a fairly useless customer service agent I selected the option, on the "Sign in Failed" dialog, to "Sign me out of all other computers and devices" and was able to sign in to Muse CC 2014 on the Office computer. Later, when I returned home I was able to successfully sign in to Muse CC 2014 on the Home computer - both of the two (2) allowed usages were now working.
After verifying that Muse CC 2014 was working on the Home computer, I launched Photoshop CC 2014 to see if it had been effected - it was.  When asked I entered my Adobe ID and password, and was able to sign in successfully. Just to keep the math straight, I am now signed in on two (2) computers with the Muse CC 2014 membership and one (1) computer with the Photoshop CC 2014 membership.
I now attempted to Launch Photoshop CC 2014 on the Laptop and got the "Sign in failed" error message, which again said "[my] adobe ID [[email protected]] has already been used to activate the software on two other computers or devices". Again, this was not true! The Laptop would have been the second computer to have Photoshop CC 2014 installed under the Photoshop Photography Program membership, if I could have signed in.
Since these are separate memberships (albeit under the same Adobe ID) I should be able to, and have been able to, install them on any computer as long as each is only installed on two (2) computers.
I need help.  This is causing me a great deal of inconvenience.
The problem started with the 2014 updates. How do I (or Adobe) fix this FUBAR problem?
    Respectfully,

  • How do I get past the error message Sign In Failed on my 2nd computer?

How do I getr past the error message Sign In Failed on my 2nd computer? I have signed out, uninstalled, and reinstalled to no avail.

So I thought: let's try the link Carolyn Samit suggested. So I got to Apple - Support - FaceTime to find information I already knew, about port forwarding I had already tried:
    443 (TCP)
    3478 through 3497 (UDP)
    5223 (TCP)
    16384 through 16387 (UDP)
    16393 through 16402 (UDP)
What's the logic anyway of opening router ports that let my Wi-Fi devices through while refusing a LAN device? What have we got here? A firewall that only protects against cables?
I guess Apple is too busy selling iPads to help a customer who's trying to use Apple software on an Apple machine.

  • Report scheduled for delivery runs perfectly, but sends failed notification

Our BI Publisher 10.1.3.4 has spontaneously started refusing to deliver reports. The same reports that have always been delivered via email are now sending failed notifications instead.
I have put the server in debug mode and watched the process from beginning to end, and there is no indication of any problem. The relevant log section is below. You can see that it gives absolutelly no indication of why it is sending the failed notification.
Furthermore, the report output is generated successfully, and I can open the PDF from the job history and it looks good.

    Hi Joseph,
    1. I would clean my temporary directory. If not set then it will be ORA_HOME/oc4j_bi/j2ee/home/applications/xmlpserver/xmlpserver/xdo/tmp
    In your case it is:
    /u01/oracle/product/10.2.0/BIPHome1/oc4j_bi/j2ee/home/applications/BI Publisher 10.1.3.4.0/xmlpserver/xdo/tmp/
And test again. Ensure it has enough space.
    2. If it does not work then I would read Oracle Support Note 797057.1 and see if there is a new patch for your installation.
The latest is from Nov 2011. Apply it and test it.
If none of the above work then I would open a ticket with oracle support.
From the BIP code I can only notice the issue happens during the delivery of the attachment through email delivery channel.
It is strange you can not deliver a document using email delivery channel but still can send notification using the same email server!.
    good luck
    regards
    Jorge

  • App Builder  - Create App from InDesign - "Sign In Failed - Please Try Again"

I'm launching the App Builder from the Folio Builder Panel in InDesign (CC), by selecting my folio and choosing "Create App".  When App Builder launches, it immediately errors, saying "Sign in failed, pelase try again".  I can select "Log Out" in the corner, and Log In (successfully), but then a message box appears telling me to create an app I need to launch app builder from the folio builder panel.
I have read the support article regarding folio and article names causing an error, but all my names appear to be ok - all just smallcase, no spaces or special characters.
    Anyone have any tips?
    Thanks,
    Gary

Make sure that you use your Creative Cloud account to sign in to the Folio Builder panel, and then choose Create App. If that doesn't work, try signing out of the Folio Builder panel, choose Create App, and then sign in.

  • Sign-in fails on Mac Pro

I tried the Messages Beta and it works fine on my MacBook Pro. However, on my Mac Pro it does not allow me to sign in with iMessage. I always get this error sheet:
Needless to say I did try a couple of times, but always get the same error.
Since iMessage works on the MacBook Pro and on my iPhone, I think I can exclude any problems with my Apple ID. The problem should be on my Mac Pro. I also tried with a completely clean account there, but that did not change the result.
I analyzed the working sign-in process on the MacBook Pro and found that Messages appears to include parts of the FaceTime registration process. It did write to the relevant plists and also added a FaceTime-item to my keychain. On the Mac Pro however, FaceTime cannot work, since there is no camera.
Could this be the reason why the iMessage sign-in fails? Did anyone get iMessage to work on a camera-less Mac?

I tried again today and the sign-in worked. So I guess it was a server-side problem after all.

  • Sign in failed. Please try again.

    Hi all,
Firstly, I apologise if this question has already been answered but I cannot find a solution anywhere on the DPS forum. Everytime I try to sign into the Folio Builder Panel, I get an error message Sign in failed. Please try again. I know that my adobe details are correct (I wouldn't be able to post this if they weren't!) and I am fairly confident that I am running the latest version of the Folio Builder Panel (1.1.6). Can anybody please give me a solution to why this error message keeps appearing as it is really starting to annoy me! . For reference I have included a screen shot of the sign-in screen and error message.
    Thanks,
    Stewart.

    Hi Steward,
same problem here. Are you connecting via a proxy server that requires authentication? See also http://forums.adobe.com/message/3977495#3977495
    Thanks,
    Guido

  • Sign In Failed to my WebOS account, after re-doctor 2.24

so I refreshed official 2.24 because sth weird on my Pre 3.
But then I tried to sign in webos account with correct username and password and I got "Sign in failed" error.
what is more weird, I clicked forgot password and it does display my security question, and let me change the password. But then still sign in fail. So at least I know that the phone does connect to 3G network and can communicate with its server, but just doesn't let me sign in...
I tried to create new webos profile, but it failed, too.
    Could you please help?

I Doctored my wife's Pixi last night and had the same exact problem.  I ended up changing the webOS Account (Palm Profile) password.  Then tried signing in again and got going that time.  I wonder if the Profiles have been damaged?  I used the HP webOS Account webpage to change the password, rather than doing it through the phone.
    What is "sth"?
