Sign In now required often in IE9

Previous my sign in was remember each time I returned to the the Forum. However, lately I notice I am not signed in and session also can expire. I must sign in yet again. Check marking the remember the login does nothing to aleviate this problem. I don't know nor see any indication of a change on the site and have checked my IE9 settings which are fine. Other sites I visit are not affected only Lenovo.

You have not saved your user name and Password on your browser. Therefore save its user name and password then you will not find this problem again.

Choppy video is still a problem on G5 machines, I have had to reinstall QT 7.4.5 to fix the problem twice now. (Thanks Pacifist) I wont try to install QT 7.5 again until Apple confirms that they have a problem and that it is assured us having a fixed solution, not just it being a little bit better. I know that the answer is get OS 10.5+ installed, but there are still programs and issues that don't work well within that system. If I had an Intel machine I would not worry as much. I am just talking about videos that I have shot with correct transfer codecs and imported into Apples' very own Final Cut Pro and just want to see correctly what I could see before smoothly in QT 7.4.5 and earlier. I have long given up QT for viewing anything .avi or .mp4 and use the preferred VLC software. However, QT and FCP are in bed together for obvious reasons. Let's face it... QT does not play everything, nor do I think they try to. No on can survive viewing with QT alone.

'Plant' field now requires input - why is that?

Here is my issue:
when inputing Vendor Invoice (transaction FB60), the system now requires an entry in the 'Plant' field.
I am using a regular P&L account which is also a regular cost element
the context is that some changes are brought in our system - related to other parts of the company.
a few weeks ago OBYC was apparently changed - I do not know if this is related to the issue above.
What do you think could have brought the change in the settging and what do you suggest I do to fix?
I thought the Plant was only for Logistic

Hi,
the field status group in every account master record can be seen using FS00 / Create/bank/interest. Just double-click the field status group and in the possible groups appearing tick "additional account assignments" to see if plant is a required entry for this field status group or not.
Also posting keys are using field status groups, check them (T-code OB41).

Yes - via iTunes on your computer.
Connect the iPad to your computer and launch iTunes. Click on your iPad name under devices. Click on the Summary Tab in the iTunes window on the right and then click on Check for Update.

I fould a hack that makes the sites think you have the latest (Intel) version of Flash installed. So I installed it & it works with Firefox, TenFourFox & Safari. Here's the info.
Download this http://www.steelbin.com/FPforFBPPC.zip to your desktop, unzip it, and replace the current Flash Player plug-in which is in your main/Library/Internet Plug-Ins folder, (not the user Library). Save the old one just in case this one doesn't work.

Log in into your Adobe account and go to "My Products". You'll find a list of all the products you've ever registered with Adobe.

Double click now required to use survey response buttons - why?

If you click on a response button in a Benchpoint survey, the answer defaults to the first choice on the response list. A Double click is now required to hit the right choice.
This is confusing respondents who have been used to a single click for years.

This is related to the new HTML5 parser in Firefox 4. It is a bit stricter than the parser in Firefox 3.6. You can confirm the difference by toggling the parser off.
(1) In a new tab, type or paste '''about:config''' in the address bar and press Enter. Click the button promising to be careful.
(2) In the filter box, type or paste '''html5''' and pause while the list is filtered
(3) Double-click '''html5.parser.enable''' to toggle it to false (it will turn bold).
Then reload the problem survey page and test again.
I think the problem is that there is a label tag around the entire table containing the radio buttons. If you choose View Source, press Ctrl+f, and search for '''<label><table''' you will see what I mean.
To test the effect of removing those label tags, you can copy this bookmarklet and paste it to the address bar on a survey page and press Enter to run it.

It requires a password to restore from it because at some point, you checked the box in iTunes to use encrypted backups, at which point you were prompted for, and set a password.
If you now can't remember what that was, then you can not restore from that backup.

I bought an app that was full featured after an iPad problem I had to reinstall my apps, the app now requires additional purchase to get the same features this can't be allowed how do I report it?

Does that app have reviews? If it does and if this has happened to others then the reviews should reflect it. Of course, developers can remove/not clear reviews.
You could try googling to see if others have the same issues, if nothing else it's more proof that the info they gave you was incorrect.
Beyond that, if you can't get help/satisfaction from the developer you can contact iTunes support and see if they can steer you in the right direction or have any info for you.

App Store now requires one-click?

has anyone else noticed a change that the app store now requires that you are using one-click rather than cart in iTunes? This happened when purchasing a "free" app from the store. Before I never had that message.
I noticed this after the iTunes 8 / FW 2.1 upgrade but until I am convinced of stability, I'm still running iTunes 7.7.0 + FW 2.0.1.

Just an update: I've 'bought' some free apps by clicking the 'buy' button from the dialog box that explains about 1-click. It seems like it treats that purchase as a 1-click purchase (and if it hadn't been free my credit card would have been charged) but it doesn't change the setting in the preferences, so other purchases at the store can be bought using the basket.
