"Sign in required" error

Like a couple other people on here I am experiencing the no longer logged in to CC problem. I've followed all the steps here Error: You are no longer signed in to Creative Cloud applications but nothing has changed. Any other tips? Got a portfolio due in a week and would very much like to be able to access my files.

    In order to have an account in an iTunes Store, you need to have 1)a valid billing address in that country, 2)have a credit card billed to that address or an iTunes gift card purchased in that country and 3)you need to be physically located in that country.
    So, you have two problems. According to the Terms of Sale, you can't use your Canadian account when you are in Costa Rica. And, if you open an account in Costa Rica, cards bought in Canada wont't work. You'd need to buy gift cards in Costa Rica.

  • Photoshop CC opens Application Manager, says "Sign in Required", not working. Help?

    Photoshop CC today opens Adobe Application Manager, says "Sign in Required", but with correct info gives error message. Also, CC desktop not working. I haven't had any problem in the previous two months. I also was just build two weeks ago, and had to update my billing information. I tried online chat, after 30 minutes of typing, I've been disconnected twice. The funny thing is, Photoshop CC does open, and it works fine. However this message is irritating concerning. I'm on a Mac running the latest operating system and hardware.

  • CS6 Sign in Required

    I work at a college with a bazillion corporate licenses for cs6 and we are getting this stupid sign in required adobe ID message when we launch cs6 apps. The first machine i installed it on does not give the error but all the subsequent ones have either stopped working or are saying they will stop working. How do we make this go away? We do not have or want any adobe id or login or password tied to our systems. we have a strict policy of no internet access on our systems so they can not get viruses on our network. We do not want users to have any access to any l/p needed to run the software or have access any serial numbers as the prompt window suggests.
    We need our software to just run when we click the icon like every other version has throughout the years. what is the workaround for this?

    Is the $99 sign up required before you can test code on an iPhone/ Itouch device?
    I am just trying to compile a simple program and run it on the device, but I get a CodeSign error. Is Codesign something that can be done without signing up for $99, or is there a special code given during sign up to use unique to the developer? Just want to test code on a real device, not in the simulator. Seems a bit much to require me to pay a $99 fee to do so if I'm just writing stuff for myself at this point.

    Even after paying the $99 fee, I don't believe this provides for being able to install your own developed app on your iPhone - not via the simulator only, or does it?

    Upload failed: Sign in required. He can't upload to their server.
    Any idea what this could be?

    How did the user upload the Word file to server? Which kind of the server did you use? Did he use the Office 2010 upload center? As the error message, the user did not login the server. Did the issue only occur in Word?
    Please do some tests to narrow down the issue:
    Try to upload a txt file to test. If it still upload failed, please check the user permission and login status.
    Try to change a client and use his account to upload Word files. If it can upload, please check the original client and network.
    Disable firewall and anti-virus software
    If I misunderstand something, please let me know and give me more information.

    Hi All,
    I have implemented Auto Renewable App purchasases in my application, everything is working fine.
    We are testing the app throughly and for each and every condition possible(network down,hundreads of sandbox users  etc).
    While testing the things many times we are stopping the transaction in beteween but after some time we were restoring the same transaction and it works after that.So far so good.
    Now on many ipads we are getting the message popup saying "sign in required Tap Continue and sign in to check for downloads".
    I dont know what this means because i have already purchased the product in sandbox and evrything works great but many times this poup is irritating us so please lt us know the solution for same.
    Please let me know how to get rid of this error asap.Because of this error only Our QA's are not releasing the app.
    Please help me out to solve this asap.

    Same here, this is an irritating issue. I am getting this with non-renewing subscriptions.

  • Photoshop Elements 13 / CD Installation /  Sign In Required

    I purchased Photoshop Elements 13 and to date I have spent an extensive amount of time trying to launch the software on a brand new Windows 7 64 bit computer.  My chat case number is 186410119.  The chat tech unsuccessfully tried to Adobe Connect to his machine.  The Internet Options settings are correct in IE.  The firewall was turned off and the A/V software was uninstalled.  It ended up that the tech had me activate the Administrator profile.  The software does launch in the Admin profile, but that is of no use to me, since the software will still not launch in my father's profile, which is, of course, an admin account. 
    Every time I start the software I get the "Sign-In Required" prompt.  I click the sign in button and then the wheel spins for a while and then get the message that the computer is not connected to the internet.
    I don't want to spend any more time with a chat tech.  I would much prefer that an experienced tech address this issue via the forum.

    Do you have enough funds in your bank account?
    otherwise iTunes sometimes black lists card if there are too many fradulent purchases
    Reason why they might black list a card is possibly you call in for alot of fradulent purchases
    One more reason can be because iTunes does actually limit the amount you can change payment methods
    Call AppleCare Phone support and have your call directed to iTunes Store

    Why not simply remove yoru payment info by selecting None at top?

    Considering Adobe dont (sic) even make Flash Player for iPads, this seems about right. How can you download something that does not exist?

  • Premiere Elements 12 endless loop of "Sign in Required' popup

    I received a license  (Volume Licensing serial number) for Adobe Photoshop and installed. Whenever I try to use the editor, I get in an endless loop of "Sign in Required' popup. I sign in with my Adobe ID, and then nothing happens.  Chatted with Adobe with no resolution.  Our IT folks thought it might be a firewall issue, but it is not.  Been struggling with this for over a month, and need to use the product.
    Any ideas on how to resolve this?

    Had lots of problems with Premiere Elements 12/12.1 and Sign In after an uninstall reinstall.

    Hi Noel, I guess I have read - and written some of it! Read my last 2 posts to the effect that
    1- the foolish notice started popping up WITHOUT the 13.02, 13.03 updates!!
    So,
    2- I thought it no longer made any difference and perhaps might solve the vexing HDR merge problem I am having if I updated anyway, seeing's how adobe was going to pop up the #$% thing no matter what I did.
    I have done so many reinstalls for this and that problem It is amazing my CD is not worn out. I do not mean to sound so dramatic but- after over 10 (since version 5 or 6) years using this app I have had no where near as much trouble as I am having since they introduced CS6 and the cloud.  I am keeping my updates and will reneter my serial # over and over and agree to let them look over my shoulder and if they still have not figured it out by the time 30 days are up how to recognize a full license holder from a trial version holder and they still think I have a trial I will deal with whatever nonsence they, then, think they need to add to the list. Pissed off I am. And, now, well vented of speen. aloha, U

    Maybe Adobe will release another update in early 2013, though I sincerely hope they take whatever time is necessary to get it right this time.
