Sign off  issue in Process Control 3.0

Hi,
We have a issue with sign off planner for PC 3.0 , Where in "Perform sign off" option is missing under Plan activity. Please suggest.

Have you looked in the correct planner? AOD and Sign Off plans must be launched in the Certification Menu, not in the usual planner.
Otherwise, could be a role problem. Maybe the user don't have permissions to see that plan.

  • Issue in Process Controlled workflow for Shopping cart in Quality system.

    Hello All,
    I ahve configured a Process controlled workflow in SRM 7.0  with custom resolver, and I am facing an issue taht the Workflow works well in Development but in Quality the approvers are dropped after SC is ordered in Quality system.
    The SC Workflow drops the approvers picked up from the Interface  method /SAPSRM/IF_EX_WF_RESP_RESOLVERGET_AREA_TO_ITEM_MAP and IF_EX_WF_RESP_RESOLVERGET_APPROVERS_BY_AREA_GUID of BADI /SAPSRM/BD_WF_RESP_RESOLVER. The approvers can be seen in the shopping cart Approval preview Tab until the SC is ordered.
    I have compared the OSS notes relevant for Workflow, all of them have been transported, Also I compared and checked general Workflow settings, BRF Config and  Process level  settings in Dev and Quality, everything is same.
    Also while debugging; the approvers can be seen in the decision set table in the create_process_forecast method of class /SAPSRM/CL_WF_PROCESS_MANAGER.
    Kindly let me know what else i can check to find the root cause.

    From what I'm seeing in from your 2 screenshot, i strongly believe that the problem is even before the Z implementation /SAPSRM/IF_EX_WF_RESP_RESOLVER~GET_APPROVERS_BY_AREA_GUID (in which the FM i ZSRM_GET_USER_FROM_PGRP is called. I think the problem could be in the process level determination  ZSRM_WF_BRF_0EXP000_SC_APP100. Let me explain:
    In your  cases where not buyer is determined,  in the approval tab there is not even a process level for buyer approval. If the problem were indeed in the implementation  /SAPSRM/IF_EX_WF_RESP_RESOLVER~GET_APPROVERS_BY_AREA_GUID  then the process level would be there, but the system will display, instead of the name of the buyer(if the buyer determination fails) a red label with the message:  "With the strategy "Buyer determination" an approver could not be determined (or something like that..please check the image at the end of the text)".
    I can propose a way to discard this: Implement the method /SAPSRM/IF_EX_WF_RESP_RESOLVER~GET_FALLBACK_AGENTS of class ZCL_BADI_SC_WC (in case you didn't know, in this method you can specify an "default" approver in case that the determination of approver in GET_APPROVERS_BY_AREA_GUID fails). The idea is to specify an default approval and see how it behaves:
    If the user you indicated in the method GET_FALLBACK_AGENTS appears as approver, then yes, the problem is arises from implementation GET_APPROVERS_BY_AREA_GUID, in which case it could be a data problem (peharps in pposa_bbp?). You could also check in TX SU53 with the users with this problem to see if there's a missing authorization objetc.
    If, in the other hand, the "default" approver is not shown, it means that the process level buyer determination is not even called, so you should check in more detail ZSRM_WF_BRF_0EXP000_SC_APP100 and /SAPSRM/CL_WF_PROCESS_MANAGER > Determine process restart –method ----- (i have never used this method, so i could not tell if  it could be the source of the problem).
    Also, you could implement the method GET_FALLBACK_AGENTS in this way so the default approver would be the WF administrator indicated in the customizing (or you could just append directly any user you want):
    METHOD /SAPSRM/IF_EX_WF_RESP_RESOLVER~GET_FALLBACK_AGENTS.

    Please let me know the result of the test with the implementation of method GET_FALLBACK_AGENT. By doing this we could ensure if really the problem is in method GET_APPROVERS_BY_AREA_GUID or before.  I just made the test in our system and I'm almost sure that you wont get the default approver, but i could be wrong.

    In fact, they are clear, but in all accounts the property SubmissionGroup is set with 1 as default. And the other apps that work in this same environment have an account assigned to the property ValidationAccount. The question is: Isn't it mandatory to have an Account assigned to this property to access ProcessControl?

  • Issue while Processing the Huge File in BPEL

    Hi,
    We are facing an Issue while Processing a Hige file in BPEL Process (More than 1MB File). When i test the files with more than 1500 transactions (More than 1MB file) then the BPEL Process is automatically goes to OFF Mode or it goes to Perform Manually Recovery Queue.
    Even we are facing this issue in Production also so we are using UNIX Script to Split the file before place the file in BPEL Input directory.Any Pointers to resolve this issue will be helpful.

  • Applying Business View format of ARA into Job Monitoring of Process Control

    Hi Gurus,
    I have an issue regarding with the Job Result of when using SOD sub-scenario in Process Control. We have integrated AC and PC and the controls that have been set for automation, however, the fields (User ID, Name, Group, Risk Description, etc.) are not showing on the PC Job result like the ARA can do. Below information are given:
    1. In ARA --> User Level --> Simulate the risk analysis with Business View format --> Result --> choosing Management Summary --> above mentioned fields are shown.
    2. In Automated Monitoring --> Choosing Management Summary --> onlyfields of technical view format are the only ones that can be shown (User ID,Risk ID and Control ID).
    Thus with this, is there any possibility that the Result of the Job Monitoring of the PC can be manipulated? If yes, can you provide some steps?

    Re-generating the transfer structure does not need InfoPacks to be re-created. if you are still getting the old error, two possibilities:
    1) You created a new DataSource with new transfer structure, etc. but the InfoPack in the process chain still points to the old trsnfer structure.
    2) The data in the table has some records as MM/YYYY and some as YYYYMM.
    You don't need to re-create the InfoPacks if your transfer structure is re-generated. They should work off the latest definition always.

    We have an issue where end user is facing language with Process control potal it is showing them the language what is defined in the Internet option.I want to know is their any alternate where we can maintain the language option apart from internet options so that it can be the default language for the end user.

    There is no specific setting only for Process Control. However, if you want to change the default login language for all the users for the specific system, maintain the Default Profile parameter "login/system_language" in T-Code RZ10. But if you want to maintain the login language for a specific user, then change the default language for the user in SU01->Defaults tab->Maintain the language in Logon language field. Else ask the enduser to login to the system, then from the top menu choose system->User Profile->Own data. Switch to default tab. In logon language option put the language he/she requires. Save and log off. From the next logon onwards the set language would be his default login language. No need to change the language every time in internet explorer.  Remember that the settings is not GRC Process control specific  but also for all the sap application through out the system.
    please note that this is the way to put default language for GRC PCRM 10.0 & 3.0 (if your user source is ABAP). If you are using PC 3.0 and your user source is Portal then change the language for the user in identity management in portal. Hope this helps. Revert back  if you require further clarification.

  • Having sign-in (creative cloud wont update/open/forever signed out) issues? look here! (win7/8)

    First download the latest version of creative cloud desktop here: https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud (you will need to sign in with your adobe id and pw),
    Run the installer, itll get about 50% done and say you need to close a running instance of creative cloud,
    Press "control+alt+delete", click task manager,
    In applications tab close adobe creative cloud (**don't close the cc setup that you have just ran to 50%**),
    In processes tab close anything related to adobe except the setup process, for me this was "core sync" and "adobe CEF helper" and "adobe CEP service manager" (they should be labeled as being adobe in the descritpion),
    Close task manager, bring up the installer window that should still be at 50% and click "retry", it should now take a minute or two and finish installing to 100%,
    Creative cloud will open automatically after install, I personally didnt need to login, it remembered my details and auto signed in .
    Confirmed working on Win8 and was able to update my photoshop and illustrator without issue and its staying signed in! The process should be more or less identical on Win7. Hope that helps some people!

  • Lync Sign in issue through Proxy

    Hi All,
    Not to be confused when said Lync Sign in issue through Proxy as it is unlikely that this is an issue with the proxy settings. Find it out yourself from the behavior below.
    It is in fact a weird issue that I have come across.
    Overall there are almost 30 Lync Users accounts.
    And they are trying to authenticate to external Lync Server.
    28/30 works fine through the proxy. Except for 2 user accounts.
    The proxy settings are same for all the users and no individual configurations set.
    Now, here is the interesting part. Go out of the network and authenticate this 2 user account to any of the workstation which is not going through Proxy, it works. Come back to the workstation which is going through the proxy and try again, it will work
    now.
    Now, I am interested in finding how exactly does Microsoft authenticates their Lync users. And what are the step by step procedure of User Authentication for Lync service. And why is this happening?
    Just to add some more point here, these happens only with 2 specific accounts.
    And if you try using these 2 accounts on any of the 28 working workstations, which is going through the proxy, the first time, it would still fail to get authenticated.
    Can someone put a highlight on these behaviors? is there any user specific settings on the lync server?

    Can someone tell me how to proceed with the Newyear once signoff has happened for a particular year.
    For example, if we have completed sign off of organisation in 2008, how to proceed with process control during the year 2009.

    Dear Subhash,
    if you signed off for periode "year 2008" you now swith the time frame to "year 2009". You can do this e. g. in "Oranizations". This has the effect that you work in this new time frame and you can change master data again. Perzonalized in "year 2008" master data are frozen and can't be changed after sign-off.

  • Is there other solution than sign off/sign in to make lightroom cc starts up?

    I have been following the discussions regarding the lightroom cc trial version not starting up. Since the day of the release I have been trying many things (reinstalling, restarting the machine, sign off/ sign in the creative cloud, change permissions of the ~/library and /library folders), but not works for me.
    In all my attempts the Lightroom opens a screen with an image, but it closes immediately and a trial window appears showing the number of the remaining days of trial.
    My machine is a MacBookPro 2GHz i7 Yosemite v 10.10.3.
    By the way, it was a Mountain Lion OS X, but the lightroom installation did not work and I updated to Yosemite (so, the same problem in both OS X systems).

    What does "launch it from CC" mean?  You don't start LR from CC that I know of.  CC is a licensing and installation shell, not a way to run the applications.
    This is something you're going to have to figure out yourself, most likely.  Adobe can help with licensing and activation issues, things that rely on information stored on their servers, but debugging your computer for whatever is wrong probably is beyond their abilities from India.
    Look in Task Manager.  Is lightroom.exe already a running process before you try to start it?
    Check the properties of your Lr shortcut icon, does it point to Adobe Lightroom or is it Adobe Lightroom 5.7.x?
    And just to review, you have LR CC installed from either the CC Desktop manager Install button or a manual download, and you have logged out of the CC Desktop program using Gear / Prefs / Account / Sign Out, then signed back in, and you have applied the LR 6.0.1 update from the CC Desktop manager?

    I am facing 1 problem in SAP SRM 7 ehp1.  I am configuring Process controlled workflow. Previous workflow settings was Application controlled workflow as its been upgraded from SRM 5. If i run a RFX (BUS2200) cycle in application controlled workflow environment, it works flawlessly.

    the only configuration I change in the system is I changed the workflow framework to process controlled workflow.

    Hello Anand,
    As per standard SAP recommendations the application-controlled workflow framework is only intended to be used if you are upgrading from SAP SRM 5.0 or earlier and you need to continue using your existing work-flows.
    The default workflow framework setting is the process-controlled workflow from SRM 6.0 on-wards and the user will be provided a option to switch to the application-controlled workflow framework.  The option to switch to process-controlled workflows is available only after you have once switched to application-controlled work flows but there will be a big caution that " If you switch from the application-controlled workflow framework to the process-controlled workflow framework; once a process-controlled workflow has been run, it is not supported that you switch back to application-controlled work-flows".
    As per the details given i got a feel that we have tried executing the scenario by switching between application and process controlled workflow and hence the system have become inconsistent and its dumping.
    I suggest you to raise a OSS ticket to SAP to resolve the issue.

  • Back and Forth Logic in process-controlled (BRF) workflows in SRM 7.0

    Hi all,
    I am using the process-controlled workflow in SRM 7.0.
    The approval itself works ok, but now I am trying to set up the back-and-forth functionality (similar to how it worked for the Badi in SRM 5.0) as default:
    This is what happens:
    Requester creates shopping cart.
    Shopping cart goes for approval.
    Approver rejects SC.
    Back at the requester the SC can only be displayed, but not changed.
    As far as I can tell this happens for any kind of decision set (as long as all items are rejected).
    This is what I am trying to set up.:
    Once the SC is back at the requester, he can either accept the rejection OR change the SC and 're-order' it ie send it back to approver again.
    I know if the requester checks the flag 'Work Item to Requester at Process End' this can be done, but I need the system to have this functionality automatically without setting a flag manually.
    I really appreciate any suggestions on this issue.

    thanks for your helpful answer. I have an better idea now, but I am still not quite able to set it up.
    I have applied note 1296209.
    When i tried to set up this step I did the following:
    level type of that step I used 'Approval with completion'.
    Created Expression of type SAP Formula Interpreter, with return type Boolean, and use formula:
    0V_WF_CURRENT_DECISI = 'REJECTED'
    linked the evaluation id to above expression.
    Task id for the step is: 40007994 - Accept Decision / Adjust Document
    When i do this and create a SC, my system dumps after clicking on describe requirement::
      The following error text was processed in the system SR7 :  The method could not be found at dynamic call.
    The error occurred on the application server SAP01_SR7_07 and in the work process 1 .
    The termination type was: RABAX_STATE
    The ABAP call stack was:

    What I don't understand about your explanation is what you mean by "Acceptance by Contact person". I don't have that option anywhere in my BRF? Is that supposed to show up under Resp. Resolver Name (like RR_MANAGER)?
    Also where did you add that step in Process level configuration? I have 2 approval steps (just approval, without completion) and then i wanted to enter this step after those levels before the automatic system decision.  But i wasn't able as the system doesn't allow you to add a completion step after a 'normal' approval step.

  • SRM 7.0 - Process controlled workflow

    Landscape -  SRM 7.0 SP05
    Workflow - Porcess controlled
    Scenario - Self service procurement
    Problem:
    1. We have mulitple level approval workflow for the shopping cart. I am using standard workflow task- 40007953 and using /SAPSRM/BD_WF_RESP_RESOLVER badi to determine agents.
    2. All the potential approvers (managers) are determined correctly by this badi but the issue is work-item is sent to all the approvers at the same time where as the requirement is to sent the work-item to each approver in series i.e. only when the work-item is approved by the lower level manager, it should go to the higher level manager.  Currently, this workflow task sends the work-item to all potential approvers at one go who can start working on parallely which is not desired.
    Could anyone please help me to resolve this?
    Please note that adding additional process steps in the process-level configuration was the option but we could not opt for that at this point of development as we have gone too far in terms badi development for agent derterminiation

    Amit,
      It is not possible to send the work item to people in sequence by configuring only one process level. If you have only one process level, the agent determination will only be applicable to that process level. If you are trying to assign multiple agents to that step, then all will get the work item at the same time.
    I recommend doing one thing, Create multiple process levels(= no of approval levels you want). For each process level you keep same event and expressions. But your agent determination badi implementation need to be tweaked. Here is how you can do that
    Use Parameters along with agent determnation badi implementation. In other words derive Agents based on the value of parameter using your badi implementation. This parameter can be configured in Process Controlled Workflow Configuration.
    Example,
    Process step 1 - WF_BADI - Parameter1
    Process step 2 - WF_BADI - parameter2
    Now write some code in the WF_BADI to pick up particular agent if parameter value is Parameter1 , pick another agent if parameter value is parameter2. Doing this way you wont ve to redesign your BADI implementation as you are able to break up the Agent logic based on parameter values.

  • Inconstancy in Approval Workflow- Process Controlled Workflow

    Hello Experts,
    We are in SRM 7.0 classic scenario using process controlled workflow and facing an issue as described below:-
    During the approval workflow, we are observing that in
    Case 1: When approver3 is forwarding the work item to approver10, the approver10 in not getting the work item in his Inbox. However, when we see the log detail in SWI6 the status is shown as u201CREADYu201D
    Case 2: We created a shopping cart with identical details as in Case 1 and followed the same approval process i.e.Approver3 forwarding the work item to approver10, however in this case approver10 is getting the work item in his Inbox and when we see the log details in SWI6 the status is shown as u201CCOMPLETED"
    We tried this scenario for 10 times and we found that in 2 cases the approval status is showing as u201CREADYu201D while in other 7 cases the approval workflow got completed.
    Can you all experts please help us understand why this is happening and how can be find the root cause i.e why Case 1 is in u201CREADYu201D status for last 2 days.
    We seek your help in understandingroot cause so that we can eliminate any inconsistency in future.
    Any pointers to resolve this issue will be highly appreciated.

    Use class /SAPSRM/CL_WF_APV_FACADE. This is used by standard SAP WF Analysis.
    Methods - RETRIEVE_PROCESS_HISTORY, GET_CURRENT_PROCESS_STATE, CREATE_PROCESS_FORECAST.
    To analyze more, check the program /SAPSRM/WF_CFG_ANALYSIS_002. Check lines 209...216 (These Lines pull Previous Approved Steps, Current Process Step & Gets the approval forecast). However the REJECTED Items (Accept Decision) work little different (which is not captured by this report).
    To Identify the current approval process awaiting decision by the requester of the cart, use method GET_CURRENT_PROCESS_STATE, return parameter structure /SAPSRM/S_WF_PROCESS-PROCESS_LEVEL_LIST-DECISIONSET_LIST-ITEM_STATUS_LIST gets you the current status of the item (ACCEPTED, REJECTED, OPEN, INQUIRED). If ITEM_STATUS_LIST-ITEM_STATUS EQ 'REJECTED', then the WF is waiting for acceptance/resubmission from the requester.
    To your specific need, pass DOCUMENT_GUID to the class /SAPSRM/CL_WF_APV_FACADE=>GET_CURRENT_PROCESS_STATE get the return parameter /SAPSRM/S_WF_PROCESS. It will give you PROCESS_LEVEL_LIST. Then loop through DECISIONSET_LIST. It contains Table Types of AGENTS_LIST, ITEM_STATUS_LIST, WORKITEM_LIST. At /SAPSRM/S_WF_PROCESS level, you can get all the details of the current process level details
