    Hey there jackofromgriffith,
I understand that you have an iPhone from your friend that is still associated with their iCloud account. You will need to disassociate the iPhone from your friend’s iCloud account in order to resolve your issues:

  • Are you ever going to fix the "You've been signed out" problem?

I've gone through forums and your trouble shooting page and I've found a lot of angry customers over thus Creative Cloud "You've been signed out" problem. Fortunately for me, I'm not a customer. I installed it so I could download a trial or premiere with the intention to buy, but now I don't need the trial because this is issue has made up my mind. But I am still curious if you're ever going to fix it?

  • Sign out of one itunes account and sign into another seperate account on same macbook.  Cannot access itunes library for 2nd account

Sign out of one itunes account and sign into another seperate itunes account on same macbook.  Cannot access itunes library for 2nd account.  How do I do this?

iTunes account is not the same as iTunes library.
iTunes account is what you use to purchase from iTunes.
iTunes library is what is on your computer.
You can have items from multiple iTunes accounts in one iTunes library.

  • How do I sign out of my iTunes account?

I want to sign out of the itunes account that I currently have and into a different one and I can't find this option. I also can't connect to wifi and therefore the iTunes application on my phone, but I can to my computer. Where do I sign out of this account?

Can't be done directly on the iPhone. Sign out in iTunes > Store menu on the computer, sign into the other account, then sync. The iPhone simply matches it's account info to the one active in iTunes at the last sync.
To change the Wi-Fi settings, go to Settings > WiFi. If you're connected to the network (showing a WiFi symbol), you can choose Forget this Network by tapping the little blue arrow to the right of the network name.

  • TS1368 cant sign out or into itunes store without getting an "unknown error 0x800B0101" please help!!

i cannot sign out or into my account, but the store still remembers my name! i keep getting "unknown error 0x800B0101" no advice relative to that code has worked thus far, im extremely frustrated

I received this email from Apple and this corrected the problem for me...  I only had to reset the iTunes cache
    1) Open iTunes
    2) At the top menu, click File > Preferences (iTunes > Preferences on a Mac)
    3) In the Preferences menu, click the Advanced tab
    4) In the Advanced menu, you should see a button that says "Reset Cache". Please click this button.

  • How do you sign out of an iTunes or App Store account on your iPhone???

I use a US and UK account, I can easily sign in between the two on my laptop, but cannot find a way to sign out of an account on my iPhone??!! Do I need to sync the iPhone with my laptop while iTunes is logged in as the other account to kick it out of the account it is already signed in as?

    Correct

  • I signed out of an itunes account to a new one, however when trying to update apps it asks for the password for the old account, how do i get rid of this?

I have an old iphone with old itunes accounts.  I have signed out of these in the settings tab and put in the new account, however when i go to the App store to update apps it comes up with the old account and there are no other options.  I cannot see this account anywhere else, does anyone have any suggestions?

You can't.  Apps are forever tied to the AppleID that purchased them.  Delete the apps with the old AppleID and purchase them with the new AppleID.

  • IPod Nano Grey Out Problem in iTunes??

I purchased my iPod Shuffle last year. I installed iTunes in my Window PC and purchased music via the music store.
A month ago, I purchased a iPod Nano, I added the iPod Nano to iTunes. iTunes will update my iPod Nano automatically when I connect it to my computer.
However, all the songs in my iPod Nano menu in iTunes appear 'grey out'. I can't do anything like delete, play them etc??
Can anybody advise me how to solve this 'grey out' problem?
    Thanks,
    Jacky

    Welcome to Apple Discussions!
If you update automatically, the songs are grayed out, because the songs should be on your computer.
To delete songs, you can uncheck the songs/podcasts you don't want on your iPod in iTunes. Then connect your iPod to the computer. When it appears in iTunes, go to edit-->preferences. Click the iPod tab, then the music tab under that. Check "Only Update Checked Songs" and click OK. Only checked songs will be put onto the iPod.
    See this for more ideas/tips...
Deleting songs or playlists from your iPod
To be able to play songs on the iPod through the computer, delete songs only on the iPod (without having to check and uncheck), and to have songs not grayed out, you would have to manually update. Songs would no longer automatically update onto the iPod. You would have to drag new songs that you want on your iPod onto it (through iTunes)...

  • How I fixed: You have been signed out problem in 2 minutes!

Very frustratingly I was having the same problem with Creative Cloud saying you have been signed out all the time, so I was reading through the forum and got some ideas, so this is what I did and finally I can get back to work and hopefully help some of you solve this problem too:
    1. Completely uninstall CC from your computer. Also remove the exe. file from the previous download in your downloads folder, just to be save.
    2. Download the Adobe cleaner tool.
    3. Use the Adobe cleaner tool and select on the questions to remove ALL files. Make sure you have backed up important docs or images before doing this.
    4. Restart your computer.
    5. Download Adobe CC again.
    6. Accept terms and conditions.
    7. Sign in and whoala - Happiness!!
Hope this helps some of you too.
    Adel

Again, the "you've been signed out" strikes again!
This is becoming very-very-very annoying, Adobe. I am starting to think about you with very-very-very bad words.
As earlier this year, I have used the Adobe Cleaner Tool, got everything wiped, after that, cleaned my computer... Last time, I have also reinstalled the entire system. Clean Windows. New and updated drivers. This have happend last week. Everything worked great.
Today, the Creative Cloud it is once again a troll.
I am convinced that this tool, as good and professional can be, doesn't deserve that much attention. I will not continue to use payed Adobe products. I know that it is not nice to do that, but when such a big company as Adobe consider that a minor bug as this one can be resolved by users by work-arrounds, repetedly and without any sence, and paying for that also, I start consider Adobe a scam company.
    So, P-H-A-C-K-Y-O-U, Adobe!

  • ICLOUD Sign out problem

I am running 8.02 on my IPAD. Have recently changed my apple ID and can not sign out of ICLOUD as it references the now defunct old Apple ID

    Hi Paul,
In order to sign out of your Apple ID on your iPad, follow the steps in this article -
    iTunes Store settings - iPhone
If you are using iCloud, you will also want to go into Settings > iCloud > select Sign Out, the last item on the page.
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

  • Sign Out Problem on android 4.2.2 [skype version 4.9.0.45564]

How can I signout of samsung android skype?  There is no button for this.  I do not want it running all the time on my cellphone

Nope, still not fixed one year later.
I tap the ... button, tap Sign Out, get the signout sound, the app closes and vanishes from task manager, but doesn't disconnect from the Push Notifications service, so as soon as anyone messages me, the App restarts and alerts me of the message. Force-Killing the app via the System Settings manager doesn't work either, only a phone reboot really quits the app. This is no viable solution. As long as this isn't fixed, I'll kick Skype off my phone.
Also, for some weird reason, Skype for Android seems to chop pictures down to 800 pixels width. That resolution might have been great in the late 90es, but nowadays it just sucks.

  • How do I deal with an "incomplete Hotmail sign out" problem?

I get an error message of: We couldn't sign you out of these sites:
    Hotmail.
I do not have this problem with Internet Explorer.

Try to delete the live.com and passport.net cookies and maybe the cookies from other MS (msn) sites as well.
*Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
*Press F10 or tap the Alt key to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily if the Menu Bar is hidden.
*Use "Firefox > Options" instead of "Tools > Options" if the menu bar is hidden.
