Sign Pane not showing

I have an Acrobat Reader XI version 11.0.5 installed on my system. When I click on the sign pane I do not get the option to which would enable me to sign a document. Please could you help me enable this option.

Adobe Reader does not include signing feature, only Acrobat does, unless you have a Reader-extended PDF whose permissions include signing. You can sign in reader Reader-Extended PDFs with signing permissions. Thta's why the signing options are grayed out.
You can use Acrobat to Reader-extend a PDF, or other solutions, like Adobe LifeCycle (which is an expensive proposition).

Registered Sign (glyph) not showing up in glyph pallet

I'm having trouble with the certain font (Quint) not having some glyphs show up in the Glyphs Pallet, in particular, the Registered Sign (® - the R inside a circle).
It show up in every other application on my system including Quark, Word TextEdit, Font Book and the Character Pallet.
Anyone have an idea why it would not show up in ID CS3?

Reset your prefs. If glyphs are still a problem, I would suspect ID doesn't like font book. I don't use it so I can't say for sure.
One way to test: copy one of the font families and place it into the font folder inside ID app folder. If you can now access the glyph, most likely ID doesn't play nice with font book. Again, I can't say for certain as I don't use font book.

The reading pane of my email is not showing up on my iPad how do I fix it?

Sign in not show as signed in and and watermark still on paid version 12

After signing in under "help" tab it does not show as signed in and watermark is still on paid version.
The adobe website shows that I have a Premier Elements serial number. I sat for 2 hours on hold with adobe chat with no results.
I uninstalled the faulty program and swep the drive with a registry cleaner and reinstalled the program with the same problem.
Running windows Vista
I installed the program on the C:drive adobe folder with all the other adobe programs and its there, but also there is a adobe Premier Elements 12 folder in "Customers" "Documents" is this normal.
The last time I had a instll problem was with Windows 3.0
Tech support was better then.

1. What happened with the idea to explore the Event Viewer for Error relating to what appears to me to be an product activation issue?
2. Have you contacted Adobe via its Adobe Chat to resolve this issue? Adobe is the only one who can resolve an activation issue.

I have pre-set the topic for Serial Number Issues and Activating My Product.
In Premiere Elements 12 Help Menu/Sign In Sign Out constitutes Activation and Deactivation respectively. I cannot see that Adobe can interpret that any other way.

Navigation pane not showing in merged output on server (IE9)

We've moved our WebHelp outputs from an externally maintained server to an in-house server, but the left-hand navigation pane isn't displaying in our merged Help system. In our user guide (which isn't merged) the pane displays fine, but in our release notes (which is a merged system) it doesn't want to show itself. The main navigation pane and topic pane are fine, it's just the left-hand navigation pane that's blank.
I'm running IE9, but the weird thing is that it displays correctly in Firefox. It also works when run locally.
Both Help systems worked absolutely fine on the previous server, so I'm wondering if there's a conflict with something else that's running on the new server (e.g. our website's CMS, etc.) or whether it's a permissions thing?
My issue seems similar to other posts on here, but I'm using IE9 not IE11.
I'd be grateful for any ideas.

BPF in Action pane not showing

Hi experts,
We created bpf in BPC7.5ms SP5 and our client is using 32bit MS office 2007 some using MS 2010 32bit.,
When we tried to click the link in the bpf to open a template. the template usually opens. but the the problem is that the
bpf menu in the action pane doesnt exist. eg (Workflow instructions - back to bpf, preview data, set work status).
we mostly encountered that error in MS 2007.
anyy idea on how to resolve this?

Lync 2013 Missed Conversations pane not showing all items

On Outlook I moved the missed call notifications out of my Inbox to the Conversation History folder.
I then changed the custom search criteria for the "Missed Call" and "Missed Conversation" search folders to include the Conversation History Folder as well as the Inbox. So I still see all missed calls.
However, On Lync, under Conversations, in the missed conversations pane, I end up "losing" the missed calls moved to the conversation history folder and only see the calls in the Inbox. Those other missed class end up in the Calls
folder.
Is the only way to have all missed calls show up as missed in Lync, is by leaving them in the Inbox?

ACS v5.2 - New Self Signed Certificate Not Showing In Browser

Hi
I have just renewed the self signed certificate on a v5.2 ACS and expiry date of 2013 is showing in the ACS GUI. However, when I start an ACS Admin session and view the certificate information in the browser it is showing the old expiry date of 2010. I have tried this in IE and Firefox and the certificate information is the same.
Is there a way I can get the browser to pick the new certificate ?
The screenshots show the difference (any advice would be appreciated)

from the screen shots it does seem to be configured OK
So I couple of suggestions
- restart browsers / clear browser cache
- if that fails consider a restart of ACS. Since this is certificate presented on web sessions maybe a restart of the web server is requried

System Preferences "Display" Pane not showing!!!

So recently went to check my system preferences because i was downloading a wallpaper i liked and i needed to see my iMac's dimensions. So when i went to system preferences the display pane wasnt there! its usually under "Hardware" but its not there. I've logged in in safe mode and everything, it wasnt there. I dont know what happened, the only thing i did recently was in Disk Utility, i repaired my disk permissions, but i dont think that could have done anything to my preferences.
Please help, how can i get my Display Pane back?

How many things do you see there? Mine has 30 items. The displays panel file is the oldest, which suggests that the best way to fix your problem is to reinstall OS X 10.6. You should be able to do that safely over the top of what's already on your Mac's drive, but I'd have a good backup anyway. After the installation finishes I'd apple the "combo" update for OS X 10.6.8 before you run anything else. Then use Software Update to apply any other missing updates.
Since you've already booted into "safe mode" I won't suggest that you run "verify disk" or "repair disk" operations.

I have fixed the problem.
I was asked to "Restore Defualt Set" originally.
After doing that, I wanted to "customize" the sidebar as there were a few toolbar items I wanted displayed.
I found that the "Plus sign" is a "toolbar item".
So I simply dragged it next to the right of the tab/s (up top) and dropped it. Now everything is back to normal, and I can open new tabs with the "Plus sign".

IPod not showing up at all on Mac but works fine on Windows?

I've been searching for an answer on these discussion boards for hours and have not yet found any situation that was quite like mine and I'm getting a bit frazzled and worried.
I have a 120GB iPod classic, which I've used for two years with an ACER laptop and it works perfectly. Two months ago, I switched to a Macbook Pro and synced my iPod with it; again everything worked fine. My iPod was synced with the Mac and all the new music had been transferred.
Today, I've been trying to connect my iPod to my Mac but nothing happens. It only charges (and I can't even be sure that it IS charging because the charging green sign does not show up on the iPod). It does not show up in Finder, or in the iTunes source list; it does not sync. I've reset it a billion times, restarted my mac, switched USB cords and USB ports, even downloaded and installed every software update imaginable but nothing is working.
If I leave the iPod connected to the Mac for a while, something even more alarming happens. It connects for around 3 seconds, and then ejects itself repeatedly. It's like watching someone go insane.
Naturally, I freaked out and tried to connect the iPod to a PC and it is working perfectly on the PC. Please, someone help. I have no idea what's going on.
