Signal a problem

Hello,
I not buy a 'integrated buy' and I must pay a product no bought. It's not possible to signal a problem on my Windows 7/Office 2010.
How it's possible to signal a problem of false bought of product ?

  • Verizon iPhone having death grip signal loss problems too?

Today I am reading story after story about people having the AT&T death grip signal loss  problems on their Veirzon iPhones despite the Verizon phone having a new antenna.  Is anyone really having this problem or is it being fabricated to alter sales?

I can understand how possibly covering the antannae with your hand would drop the signal a little bit due to blocking it etc. However, I have watched the youtube video of the person giving evidence that this issue exists with the Vphone and as he was demonstrating it and showing the example, I followed along exactly as he was with my phone and it did not create the same issue at all. I tried several times downloading speed test, calling someone, openeing webpages and just simply could not recreate the issue.   Does that mean hes lying? No ,just means i suppose it is not happening to all phones.

To rule out the phone, how old is your sim card,if its older than one year i suggest you change it.If you try your sim in another phone and the same issue occurs its your sim card.
If  i have helped at all a click on the white star below would be nice thanks.

  • Nokia 112 Signal Receiver Problem

I am Using Nokia 112 (New Mobile). So many time tower is getting hide..And automatically tower is coming. In main cities also this problem is coming.I have cleaned my sim then inserted. But till that problem is coming.Actually Nokia 112 Having this type of Signal Receiver Problem? For new mobile i want to service?

You may try another SIM (borrow from your friends / family members) . Preferably you may try SIMs from different operators. This will tell you whether its the problem with your Phone, your Operator or your particular SIM. If all SIMs give same result, it may be an issue with the phone..If other Operators SIM work fine but the other SIM from the same Operator as yours do not then its Network issue. If all othe SIMs work then get your SIM repalced ..

  • E71-1 Signal strength problem in the UK

    Hi
I am thinking of buying the E71; I've read glowing reviews and it looks really a great phone.
However reading this forum is giving me second thoughts.
Can anybody tell me if the is a signal strenght problem in the UK. If there is, is it on both the GSM900MHz band and the GSM1800MHz band or just the lower band? I'm with Orange which uses GSM1800MHz band
Any information pertaining to the UK would be much appreciated.
    Thanks

    Hi ysgol
I may have been a little flippant with this remark and was not intending it as a definitive solution and my apologies if it was so taken.

I'm more concerned about the Wait inside of a Timed Loop.  That is totally unnecessary.  Change the timed loop into a normal while loop.
As far as the Simulate Signal, I have no clue.  The settings look find as far as I can tell.

  • Signal drop problem in Asha311 network mode is kep...

    Hi All,
I just purchased new Asha 311. i just noticed one strange thing. If phone network mode is kept on "Dual mode"
I am facing signal drop problem after every incoming or outgoing call ( same the case with SMS ).  when we keep network mode in "GSM" mode  there is no problem at all.
    is anybody facing that problem.
guys please suggest what should i do ? . is it a problem in cell phone.
    Regards,
    amit kushwaha
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

When you select the dual mode the device will try to find the 3G connection. If the strength of 3G is adequate it will connect and when the strength falls it switches to GSM. Now if you are in an area where 3G is available but the signal strength is not that good, it will constantly switch between 3G & GSM. That leads to problem. Keeping phone in GSM mode forces it to stay that way & ensures constant connection. If you have 3G activated, then you can force the device to stay on 3G by selecting that mode. Please note that the coverage area of GSM in some places is more than 3G so you may get no signal on 3G but it may be present in GSM mode.
Please mark the post as solution if it solves your problem.

  • Signal strength problem on MacBook Pro

We bought a new AirPort Extreme 802.11n for Christmas. Setup was fairly easy. We have two Macs--an 2005 iMac which is plugged into the AE via Ethernet, and a MacBook Pro from mid-2006 that we use in other rooms.
Our problem is that the signal strength on the MacBook Pro is terrible. Even at just 20 feet away, the signal strength varies between 1 and 3 bars (most often just the one tiny bar). The wireless is basically unusable at that point because pages stop loading.
To eliminate interference as a problem, our daughter brought her 2008 MacBook Pro over and we carried it around the house. It had 4 bar strength with no problems wherever we went and held 4 bars for hours while she used it in the kitchen. So we're pretty sure the problem is not interference in our house, unless her newer AirPort card is far better at blocking it.
What could be causing the signal strength on the older MacBook Pro to be so lousy? The computer is a Intel Core Duo, 2.16 GHz, running 10.4.11. The wireless card is 0x168C, 0x86. The wireless network adapter is 802.11 a/b/g, so it's not running "n", but I can't believe that's the only reason it won't hold a good signal. The AE is set up to run "n" as well as the older ones. (Bear with me...this is my first experience with wireless!)
We've been trying everything we can think of to improve the signal but nothing works. When the bars are in the 2-3 range it runs the internet fine, but the problem is that the signal constantly shifts between 1 and 3. So is the AirPort card in the computer that weak?
Any ideas are most welcome. Thanks.

Sorry, posted in wrong forum by accident. Please ignore.

  • Averaging pmt signal and strange signal shift problem with recording

    Hello
I'm a researcher at UCL and am quite new to Labview. I have a PMT and i've successfully created a program to read/show and write the data. From the signal I need the average pk to pk value and the average mean value. Is there any way I tell labview to average the signal out then display it and then write it to the file?
Also, I came across a weird problem. I have split the output signal of the PMT to an oscilloscope and the daq card. When I press record in labview I see a shift in the signal seen on the oscilloscope and labview records that shift. Why is this happening? I'm guessing the circuits of the daq and pmt are not completely isolated so how could I solve this problem?
Any help is really appreciated because I'm quite clueless about what to do next
    Thank You
    thh

    Hello THH,
You could use the probability and statistics pallet found in the functions menu under mathematics, this will contain a mean value function which you could feed your data into. As for writing the data to a file I have attached a simple VI I'm am about to post as a community example that can help you understand how to format text files.
As for the problems you are having with the signal shifting, this could be due to a few reasons. The first is an impedance mis-match between the scope and DAQ card, you can check our website for the specifications of your card. The Second reason could be a ground loop issue, you could solve this using an opto-isolator circuit.
    Hope this helps
    Kind Regards

  • How to fix no signal/service problem on iphone 4?

Recently my iphone 4 has begun to go in and out of service and signal all of the time. I have realized that when I turn off cellular data and 3g network, this issue is resolved. But how do I get back to using my phone w/ data and 3g without having this issue?

I have exactly the same problem, its only started happening the last day, its quite fustrating.
Whenever I turn on data and 3G it very rarely goes to a 3G signal and stays on that circle/edge data. Very occasionly it will say I have a 3G signal but infact it still cant load anything at all. I've tried restoring network settings and I am just about to try reseating my sim card but I doubt that will work! Could it be something to do with one of the antennas?

  • Actiontec GT784WNV wifi signal transmitter problems

I purchased a Actiontec GT784WNV from Amazon three months ago and set it upwith minimum effort.   It worked well on both ethernet and Wifi until recently. My main PC  was on wifi and started having problems while the second PCworked OK on ethernet.  I moved the modem to connect the main PC to ethernet with sucess.     The second PC (now on wifi) now has a very slow and erratic connection. The problem showed up using my main PC wifi card and two different USB wifi adapters on the second PC.     In addition, my TV wifi  netflix  wifi  alsostopped working.   These tests indicate to me modem transmitter problemseven though the wifi signal bars show a strong signal.        I have reset the router which helps for awhile.  It has good ventilation anddoes not appear to be overheating.  I have tried channel 6 and 11 on themodem without helping. Any ideas on how to confirm the Actiontec transmitter  is broken or how to fix?

There are couple of settings you can try and make the wi-fi work properly. Change the security type from WPA-WPA2  to just WPA. Change the wireless mode from b/g/n  to b&g If possible, change the frequency channel to fixed mode (say 7 or 11). I have tried this and all of my wireless devices work as a charm. Hope this works for you too!

  • Signal integration problems

    Hello:
I'm integrating an input signal with an Integral block. Testing with a constant, 1 for example, the result is completely wrong. It seems that the integrator is faster than real time. I divide the result by 3000 and the result is than acceptable.
Is there any relevant detail to know about that real-time integral block?
Attached is my VI for determining the average value of the input: integral/elapled_time.
    Thank you

    Hi,
I'm not sure what the problem could be, but have you monitored the "i" in the loop and the size of the array to make sure that they are what you think they are?  I just ran a loop with the integrator and a 1 going into it, and it returned what it should.  Since that has got to be about the most basic component in your diagram, it seems more likely the bug is in the acquisition or loop timing.
    Good luck,
    Eric

  • Signal Strength Problems - 1310

I've got a site with six 1310's installed. Prior to Hurricane Katrina we've had no problems with the setup.
Since the hurricane, we've replaced all but two of the units (those two didn't get flooded). On the units that were replaced, we also replaced the antenna's (12dBi omni's) and the cable's (100' ULL).
We are getting really poor signal strength, -85 to -90 dBm. The maximum distance between root and non-root's is about 425 feet with clear line of sight. I don't have a good calculation of Fresnel zone, but since it is 28ft at 2.8 miles, I think I'm clear on this also.
I've two non-roots that are about 200 feet away from root, on start-up they have a signal strength of about -50 dBm, but over 10-15 minutes, they degrade to -85 dBm.
The Cisco engineer I was working with was thrown in the towel, saying he doesn't know anything about antenna's.
I did a site survey and didn't come up with any interference.
    Anyone have any clues?
    Thanks,
    Westley

Thanks for the pictures, it helps a lot to see how things are layed out.
The move to replace 200' of low loss to 100 feet of Ultra low loss was probably a Very Good Thing and should have increased the signal strength considerably.
Grounding is very important, if only for the safety aspects. "Lightning Arrestors" don't stop lightning; they bleed off static electricity and (tend to) reduce the space charge that can accumulate on exposed elements.
It's always a good idea to put in a segment of fiber between the APs and the wired network to prevent the zap from killing the rest of the network (and maybe the phones too ....).
Check the coax for kinks (or places that were kinked), sharp bends, broken jacket, etc. At Gig+ frequencies, any malformed section of cabling an have a significant impact on the propagation of the signal.
Check each connector to make sure there isn't any "stuff" that is causing a casual short between the center conductor and the shield. Look closely, wire fragments from the braid can be pretty hard to see.
Also make sure that the center pin is ~level with the surrounding sleeve. Sometime the center pin is driven back into the connector (i.e., bad termination) and is not making sufficient contact.
The "starts strong and tapers off" symptom can only be something related to power, a failing component, heat (causing a component to break down), or some safety mechanism (i.e., high SWR causing the transmitter to throttle back)....
Try another known good power brick,
    Try another antenna (any antenna)
and see if the symptoms change.
Probably the most suspicious places would be the connections around the arrestor, and the connection from the coax to the antenna pigtail.
I looked at the pattern of your new antennas:
    http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/wireless/ps469/prod_installation_guide09186a0080148acf.html
The "E-Plane" drawings are the "side view," the "H-Plane" is the "top view". Imagine the line from the center of the chart to the "90" (bottom) is your mast.
Anyway, the short version is: Check the cable and connections carefully (especially connections and the arrestors).
Second to that, make sure the power supply is stable.
It's not likely to be an IOS issue (but I'm a big fan of staying as current as possible).
Check it out and let us know if you find anything ...
    Good Luck
    Scott
