    Only Apple Account Security could help at this point. You can try calling Apple Support in Canada - you'll have to find one of the several ways, such as Skype, to call an 800 number from outside of the relevant country - and ask for Account Security and see if they can help. Or you can find a friend who speaks Chinese and ask them to help you talk to Apple Support in China. There are really no other options that I know of.
    Note, by the way, that these are user-to-user support forums. You aren't speaking with Apple when you post here.
    Regards.

    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    You do it on the device with the Z10.
    Open your Hub
    Touch the overflow three dots icon at lower right.
    Settings
    Email Accounts
    Touch your email account
    Scroll down to the signature setting.

  • Cant see signature in my email

    i have it all lilsted in the prefs under signature
    left mid and right columns as it was in 10.5.2
    if i have a message open the signature on the upper right just says none
    it doesnt have the signature i have in the prefs
    what to do

    LN is correct. I discovered that I must drag my signatures (or my desired signature) to the email account I use. Having them only in "All Signatures" is not enough. For example, my ISP is called "Shaw." I dragged all the signatures I use to Shaw, then quit and re-launched Mail. Upon pressing Command-N(ew), all my signatures were available to me.

  • Is it possible to use multiple signatures in same email in Mail?

    Hi,
    I'm using Mail in Mac OS X 10.6.6. Previously (older system) I could chose more than one signature in an email to be used simultaneously in that email, simply by clicking on whatever signatures I wanted. Since upgrading to Snow Leopard, clicking on more than one signature simply changes the signature displayed, so that I can't have more than one signature per email. Is there a tiny box I should be ticking somewhere?
    Thanks.

    Thank you Michael S. Indeed that solved the problem - but after 2 years of fighting this and a zillion other inefficiencies, I made the switch to Android. Don't get me wrong - I am NOT an Apple hater, but the lack of customization, lack of features, the inability as an example to attach a file to an Email (when replying or composing an Email) which is what 100% (not 99%) of what business people need, or the access to the file system, has made me run away. And now we are hearing all the problems with iOS 6 that are surfacing. WOW. Not having a single issue with Android. Also switched to the Samsung Galaxy S3 on my phone. What a relief. An extra 64 Meg in SD Card, Removable battery that allows me in less than 1 minute to get another 16 hours (awesome when I am travelling), all the gestures, my only regret is that I did not make that switch earlier. Just my opinion. Still love my iTouch though.,

  • SOAP Add Signature to outgoing email

    I have a working app that retrieves AddressBook/Contacts, properly sets up and sends email with attachments.
    Now I am trying to add the default signature to the outgoing message.
    I can successfully get the user's signatures and find the default signature, but I cannot figure out how to add it to the email. I have tried making a message part and adding that to the body with no success. I have read the javadocs, searched the sample code and read everything I can find about signatures in the forums, but I cannot make it work. Any help?
    Here's how I am getting the signature, if that helps:
    Holder<Signatures> signatures = new Holder<Signatures>();
    gwPort.getSignaturesRequest(true, signatures, status);
    if(status.value.getCode() != 0) {
    isError = true;
    errorMsg = status.value.getDescription();
    }else {
    Signatures usersigs = signatures.value;
    List<Signature> mySignatures = usersigs.getSignature();
    Signature mySignature = null;
    for(int x = 0; x < mySignatures.size(); x++){
    if(mySignatures.get(x).isDefault()){
    mySignature = mySignatures.get(x);
    if(mySignature != null){

    You have to read the signature and add it to you message body
    programmatically. There is no way to do it automatically.
    Is that what you are asking?
    Are you saying appending the signature to the message body is
    not working?

  • Need help adding avatar and signature to outgoing email messages

    I am trying to put an avatar and signature on my email messages. The mail Help files tell me to go to Mail-preferences and click signatures. When I got to Mail- preferences I don't see any options for clicking signature-only account information, special preferences and advanced. Please advise. Thanks much.

    Hello and welcome to Apple discussions.
    When you are in Mail Preferences, from the menu, click on View, then select Show Toolbar. Then you will see the Signature panel.

  • How do I create an email signature for .me email account

    Hi, I would like to creat an email signature that will work for my .me account on the iCloud.  I know how to do it on my iPhone.  Does the iCloud automatically inherit that signature or do you have to do it on the web.  I want the signature to work when creating and reading emails on the web UI for iCould.

    log into www.icloud.com , launch the Mail web-app and see its settings ( upper right corner, tools icon ). There are settings that let you create alias,rules,signature and more.
