Signatures on email

I set a signature in mail settings. How do I attach it to an email?  Thanks

Mine shows when I am drafting the email. You are using Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Signature, typing your signature and then hitting the Mail, Contacts, Calendars button above the Signature box when you are done?

  • Why can't I edit my signature under email settings.

Why can't I edit my signature under email settings.  I want to unbold the "Sent from my iPhone" and it will only unbold it when it is in italics  I don't want it in italics.

    Hi Sssswm,
If you'd like to edit the email signature that is appended to email which you send from your iPhone, specifically to change the text style, please see the information below.
Select text. Tap the insertion point to display the selection options. Or double-tap a word to select it. Drag the grab points to select more or less text. In read-only documents, such as webpages, touch and hold to select a word.
You can cut, copy, or paste over selected text. With some apps, you can also get bold, italic, or underlined text (tap B/I/U); get the definition of a word; or have iPhone suggest an alternative. Tap to see all the options.
    Edit text - iPhone
    Take care,

  • I want signature in emails I originate, but not replies

I want signature in emails I originate, but not replies.  How can I make this happen, please?
    Thanks.

You can only set it to use for sending automatically, but you can't specify between new messages or replies. Don't see any way to change it.
Just in case you don't know about this, you can have the Signautre Box available with new message or replies. If you don't have it showing, choose customize at the left bottom of the new message header window and check to show signature box. That makes it easy to add a signature or remove one, depending on how you have it set up.

When I send a document for signature, two emails are sent to my client and myself. How do I make sure only one is sent?

    Hi Mark,
I checked your account at the backend and found many transactions sent out.
In order to narrow down the issue and search we need to know the specific transaction detail for which you faced this issue.
    1. Signers email address
    2. Senders email address
    3.Name of the document
    4. Date it was sent.
Do not post the information here. Send me a private message
Also let me know which 2 mails did you receive? Could you please share the subject line for the same.
    Regards,

  • Email Signatures per Email Account

Email Signatures per Email Account, 1 Signature per 5 email accounts is semi annoying, especially when it's 1 personal and 4 different companies!

I know what the purpose of an email signature is for with an email client on your computer. I was mailing and faxing letters and inter-office memos for correspondence before email became mainstream - the large company I worked for at the time started using email well before the companies I was doing business with did when using email was just beginning.
Although the same type of signature can be used with the iPhone to include name, company name, company address, phone numbers - office, fax, cell, and email address which IMO is redundant and a waste most of the time especially when exchanging email with people you regularly exchange email with, the primary purpose for a signature with the iPhone, a Blackberry, or with any mobile device is to make known to the recipient that the email was sent by a mobile device which is likely to have spelling and grammar errors over sending an email with an email client on your computer. Those you regularly exchange email with already know your name, the company you work for, your email address, and your phone number or numbers.

  • Images Do Not Display on Signature Reply Emails _ Outlook 2010 Professional

I created a company signature which display fine when sent, however when replying to an email the signature shows up with out any of the images.  There are simply blank squares where the images should be displaying.  Can anyone help me resolve
    why this would be happening?
*Would the device (i.e. iPad) one is viewing the email on be the reason for the issue?
    Thanks,
    Julia

    Hi
As per the information and details provided by you, outlook 2010 not showing image in signature during replying emails, to solve this problem please follow these steps:
You mentioned that you are using a device, i.e. iPad.
Mobile device supports only Plain Text and that’s why the signature image is not showing in your emails.
If your picture contains crucial information which you really want in your signature. You can
customize your Plain Text version of your signature to include that information in a typed form instead of as a picture.
HTML format is capable of displaying different kinds
of font style as well as graphics like a logo.
You can set the email format on the
Format Text tab of an email message window in Microsoft Outlook 2010.
I hope this information will be helpful for you.
    Thanks and regards

  • Multiple signatures in email

I want to be able to pick up (and send) work email with my work signature, and personal
email with a different signature from my Touch. Mail only seems to support one signature.
Is there a get-around for this? Both are running from separate gmail accounts.

    Hello,
You are correct that Mail on the +iPod touch+ only supports one signature at this time. I would advise you to request the feature from Apple:
    http://www.apple.com/feedback/ipodtouch.html
The only work around I can think of is to create your signatures as notes in the Notes application. When you want to send an email simply open notes first, select the signature then press the email button. You'll then be taken to the Mail app with the text from that note.
    best regards

  • Attach link to image in signature of email?

Would it be possible to attach a link to an image like a logo in a signature in the email I send to people?
I'd like people to be able to click on an image (e.g. a painting, etc.) of mine and go to my website.
I design websites and know how easy it is to do this on web pages, but in an email I don't know how.
I'm thinking the email would probably have to be sent in html format and then the recipient would have to have their email client set to receive emails in html format.
    Any ideas?

    Hi,
I'm surprised when you say "fix the image in the appointment", but may I'm too much nitpicking: you should "create the appointment envelop, then get the empty BCS instance, and fix the image into the BCS instance". I explain below.
But, before trying to send an appointment, did you try to send a simple mail with image? (following the indications (i.e. copying exactly the example code!) in the thread I was mentioning above)
Then, if it's okay, as I said first, you have to create a CL_APPOINTMENT instance, then call the instance method CREATE_FROM_REQUEST which returns a new empty CL_BCS_REQUEST instance, then you have to complete it with the image in the body.

  • How do you add separate signatures to email accounts

Have a woke email address and personal address, would like to add different signatures. Verizon support says it's not possible.

No it's not possible, many people are asking for it, but it seems Apple doesn't give a **** about what users actually want/need to do with their blingpads and imoans - they're happy as long as it looks cool, never mind if it actually works. Search this board and you'll find many, many threads about it - this one is fairly typical
Then if you see this message, there's an app for that, though how well it works if you don't create a message manually (eg stuff created via other apps) I don't know.

  • Adding actual signatures to email

This question is directed to FrankBe specifically, or to anyone who has personalized mail. How did you create your signature? thanks.

Hey Joe!   When you create the code, there will be two tabs; one for website and one for email.  You will need to copy the email code.  In your email template or signature, insert and image of a paypal button and then hightlight that image and chose to insert hyperlink and copy and paste the code.   Hope this helps!

  • How do I format signatures in email?

I have several email signatures saved both as Word, .pdf and Pages (iCloud version) but none will stay formated as is when I paste them into the signature box. Further, I cannot seem to create a signature with the any formatting inside the said box.
I appreciate any wisdom on this.
    Thank you.
