Signed in, and asked to sign in?

I'm having trouble with the download assistant. I've signed in, but the download doesn't start automatically. There's this message: "sign in with your adobe id to continue.". But, at the top you can see that I have already succesfully signed in. Does anybody know how to get the download to start?

Request you to please contact Adobe support so that this issue can be resolved.
You can contact support by accessing this link:
http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/
Once on this page, click on "I am having trouble downloading or installing my software".
You will then see a drop down menu in which you will have to select "I am trying to use trial software from Adobe".
You will then see an option to chat with a support representative. You will also have the support phone numbers to the righ in case you prefer to call.

    The problem is I cannot turn on wireless setting.  The "sign in to icloud  -- enter appleid password" popup will not go away. when i enter the pw and click ok, the same balloon pops up again.  If I click "cancel" it pops again. Since I am not on the internet (because I cannot turn the ipad wireless on) the sign in to icloud obviously will not work.  Vicious circle.

    Hi,
    Every few weeks, upon opening PS, a window opens telling me that it is a 30 day trial and asking me to start the trial or sign in. I choose to sign in, it accepts and registers PS CC to my account, but weeks later, its back showing 30 days trial left and asking me to start the trial or register again. It's no big deal but is getting annoying with each further episode.
    What have I done wrong, or what should I do to correct this please?
    I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.

  • Itunes 10 keeps crashing and asking me to sign in for automatic downloads

    Hi since upgrading to mountain lion and updated Itunes last week, every time i switch on my IMac Itunes opesn and automatically and keeps asking me to sign in to use this computer for Automatic Downloads. I can enter the password 10+ times but it still will not work.
    If i select to cancel then itunes will crash and ask me if I want it to reopen. If I try to cancel/quit Itunes it just keeps trying to reopen all the time and the crashes again
    Please help, my life is on Itunes

    I've been having this happen as well, ever since the last update. When you download podcasts everyday, it is really annoying. Hope we can get an answer.

    My photoshop CC acts like I have a trial account and asks repeatedly to sign on.  This happens about one third of the time I try and use CC.  This is very frustrating as each time I have to resign on, enter my email and password which takes about 5 minutes each time.  Once I sign on it acts like this is a new account although I have a clould account for a couple months now.  How do I get this to stop?

She downloaded version three and I have an account and a password - was not able to transfer my books from my reader to version three (and I don't like the lay-out - I would prefer to stay with the old version as I also loose all my download date info..)
    But all the books I have bought over the last three years are in the old Adobe Digital and I cannot access them any more. When I use it I get the message "that the document is licensed to a different account. I can't even open the books on my computer.
    When I go to my Kobo library, I cannot also not open my books and get the message "this doc is protected by adobe digital rights management and is not currently authorized for use with your adobe. please sign in with your authorized adobe id and try again"
    I believe the problem is that I do not seem to have a digital id for my old adobe or that the Kobo is not in sync with it anymore.
    can you please help me - going on vacation in three days and cannot go without books.

  • HT5622 I've changed my Apple ID email and its all verified ok but on my iPhone 5 every time I go to update an App or buy an App it comes up with my old Apple ID and asks me for a password. Why doesn't it have my new ID because on Apple ID link it does?

    I've changed my Apple ID password and when I go to the Apple ID link the changes have been emailed and are all verified. However, when I try to do something with an App or iTunes  etc on my iPhone 5 it still comes up with my old Apple ID and asks me for the password and I don't have the option to overtyped the Sppld ID section with the new email I've set. I can't update Apps or buy Apps because of this. Any ideas?

    Sign out and back into your apple id from Settings>iTunes and App stores>(Your apple ID)>Sign Out and then sign in again with the new address. Close app store from running in the background (or restart the phone if your unsure how to do this). If when trying to update any apps they are still asking for the old apple ID, delete and re-install those apps.

    If you want to change your iCloud ID or password on your phone go to Settings>iCloud and tap Delete Account, then sign back in with your updated information.  Note: this only deletes the account and any synced data from your phone, not from iCloud.  Provided you are signing back into the same account and not changing accounts it will be synced back to your device when you sign back in.

    to remove that account.
    go to settings > iTunes & App Stores > click on that apple ID then sign out.

    On your iPad, delete the existing account then sign back in with the new ID and password.

    Did you change the ID you are using for iCoud?  If so, did you delete the account, then sign back in with your new ID on your device?
