Signing in (and everything after that)

Question

First off, hello and second off, I AM FED UP WITH SKYPE. My problem first started a few months ago when my IMs where not sending and getting the grey circle. I searched and searched on a solution and tried many including:
- restarting computer
- deleting/ re-installing skype
- windows + r, %temp%\skype, deleting folder
- windows + r, %appdata%\Skype, deleting all temporary folders, renaming username folder
After all that skype would still not only refuse to send messages, but now would not login unless I repeated every 'solution' I tried listed above. Saying that i was already signed in on my computer, which i was obviously not...
Randomly skype started working for the past few weeks, but all this BS is back again and I am EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED 
If there is a REAL FIX for this issue please inform me ASAP

That happens sometimes
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost      
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Unsync/delete all music and resync
To delete all music go to Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Music>Tap edit in upper right and then tap the minus sign by All Music
- Reset all settings                            
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

  - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
