Signing into iCloud with a new sign in.

I have recently changed my AppleID and signed out of the Mac ICloud selecting "delete" on all the prompts. I have signed in using the correct new AppleID and password but on the sign in screen the "loading circle" has been showing for the last hour. Is this re-downloading? or is it not responding??

So, if you changed your Apple ID to a new email address, but did not sign out of iCloud before doing so, you need to do the following:
1.     Go to Manage your Apple ID and change your Apple ID back to the old email address. This is temporary. Do NOT verify it, do NOT change the password: Apple - My Apple ID
2.     Go to Settings>iCloud on your device and scroll to the bottom, and click on Sign Out. When it asks for the password, type in your current Apple ID password
3.     Go back to Manage your Apple ID, and sign in with the old ID and current password and EDIT your Apple ID back to the new email address. You may have to verify it again
4.     Go back to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your new Apple ID

The problem is i am changing my phone to another provider but need to back up my stuff. Is their anyway I can change the email address? Is your phone signed into an old iCloud ID ("email address") and you need to change it to your current ID? Is so, there is a way around this.
Otherwise, you can either try resetting your password at https://iforgot.apple.com or by contacting Apple for assistance by going to https://expresslane.apple.com, then click More Products and Services>Apple ID>Other Apple ID Topics>Lost or forgotten Apple ID password, or you can back up your phone to your computer instead. To do this, connect your phone to your computer, open iTunes and go to File>Devices>Transfer Purchases. Then go to File>Devices>Back Up.

Here are the steps I have taken and the results:
Changed my Apple ID with new email address.
Changed my iCloud with above new email address.
NOW - Apple ID appears correct in AppStore Settings, iCloud and AppStore*
If I scroll to bottom of screen in *App Store/Featured, I can see that the Apple ID is my new email.
Upon “updating” Apple ID reflects OLD email.
Deleted accounts, re-added accounts.
Signed out and signed in with new UN/Email
Issue remains the same.

To migrate your data to a new iCloud account go to Settings>iCloud and turn off all synced data (contacts, calendars, etc.), when prompted choose to keep the data on your phone. After everything is set to off, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. Next, create the new iCloud account on your phone and turn on syncing for contacts, calendars, etc again. If prompted, choose Merge. This will upload your data to the new iCloud account.

Noob here, did a search and couldn't seem to find an answer. (or I didnt look hard enough. ) So aplogies if these have already been asked before.
I want to change my iCloud email address, but I've searched around here and read that you can't change it once you create it and link it to your apple ID. So, I created an alias and was wondering if you could log into iCloud with an alias email?
For example if my iCloud address is [email protected] and my alias was [email protected], could I go to icloud.com and login using [email protected]?
Also, what are the proper steps to get the alias email to behave like the icloud primary email;I stupidly chose a dumb icloud email address and regret it, and if I set the alias to be the only email to be able to send mail in my iphone and macbook, can I basically ignore the primary icloud email and use the alias the whole time to send and compose mail?
Also, I don't necessarily need to know/use the primary icloud email, since I use my apple ID to log into icloud.com?
From what I understand, the primary icloud that is linked to your apple ID is mail server, right? I'm not really sure, to be honest.

In the Mail application on your Mac, add the aliases, separated by commas, to the 'Email address' field in Preferences>Accounts>General. They will then appear in the drop-down menu for the 'From' address in the New message pane.
They already appear in the equivalent place in the new message pane at icloud.com.

Cant sign into iCloud with new update

As of the new update i can't sign into iCloud. I've tried deleting the iCloud account file in library
and my gestures are broken in Safari

You will need to go to a computer and go to System Preferences and sign on your new iCloud account there to activate it. You can then sign it out (so whomever was signed on there before can sign back on), and then you will be able to sign it on to your device.

The most common cause at the moment is a repaired or refurbished Mac missing the serial number on the Logic board.
Use the Apple Icon Menu > About this Mac.
Near the top is the current OS version listed
Click this line twice (Once to Build number and again to Serial number)
If it is missing you need and Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider to sort this for you.

Can't sign into iCloud with iTunes password

I tried signing into iCloud through system preferences AND online, and for some reason it won't accept the password I use regularly on my iTunes. I tried changing my password and even this isn't working. Has anyone got some good advice and tips to try?

to delete backups in itunes for to Edit>Prefences>Devices. Select the backup you want to remove then hit delete underneath that box containing your backups. If mac os click on iTunes in your tool bar and same steps as above.
