Signing up for My EE account Problem

When Im setting up my account i can get to the stage where it asks me to enter my sort code and last four digits of my bank account but ever time i enter them it says that the account number is incorrect when it is correct as i have had money taken out of that account from EE for my phone bill!!!Can someone help?

At the time of purchase an e-mail should have been sent to the e-mail address on file with a temporary password. This e-mail includes an embedded link with the password. This link is only valid for 30 days from the day it was sent. If you have not received this e-mail or if it expired, send me a private message. I will then assist you with an alternate option on how to register for My Verizon.

  • Problems signing up for an Apple account to use iTunes.

    I tried to sign up for an apple account to use iTunes, and I filled out all the information until I got to the part where you have to have a credit card of paypal account.
    The debit card I used works as a credit card as well (Mastercard). I entered the numbers in, and continued, it asked me what county I lived in, for tax purposes, and then brought me back to the numbers, saying my security code was not valid.
    I didn't get the code wrong, I know that. But I was worried that the problem might be that the account in question was overdrawn at the time.
    Could that be the problem, and why the security code was 'not valid'?

    Hi Kilagannon,
    If you are having problems with the paying methods section of the iTunes account, you could try buying iTunes cards. By doing so, you will be able to make an account without having any credit card/PayPal paying methods.
    1. Buy an iTunes card.
    2. Go to iTunes main page and on the right of the page you will see under Quick Links an option called Redeem.
    3. Type in the code on the card and hit Redeem.
    4. iTunes will tell you to make an account, you will have to fill in your name, e-mail address/password, secret question, address... When you get to the Paying Method section, iTunes will have automatically added a new method, in the Credit Card box, which is "None".
    You won't have to worry about credit card issues and taxes or anything.
    This is not really an answer to your question, but a suggestion to your problem.

  • I had an Apple account on my old Lap Top to which my iPad  and iPhone were syncd. I now have a new Lap Top and when I tried to access my apple ID on it I was asked to sign up for a new account. I can't use any of them.

    I need help. I had an apple account on my old Lap Top to which my iPad and iPhone were synced ?  I recently changed my lap top. My problem is the new lap top won't accept my apple I D it asked me to sing up for a new one which I did. After doing this I  tried to sync my iPad and phone to the new lap top which I was unable to do as they didn't recognise my new ID. HELP!!!!!! 

    Why would you not be able to use your existing Apple ID and iTunes account on a new laptop? If you authorized the computer - you should be able to use your existing account - unless you already had 5 computers authorized with the existing ID - and that was why iTunes would not accept the ID. However, I'm sure that you would have received a popup message from iTunes telling you that you had reached the limit.
    I just received a new MBP and my daughter did as well. My entire family shares an Apple ID and we had no issues at all with my Apple ID and iTunes on our new computers and I did not have to sign up for a new account. Did you even try the old ID?

  • I cannot turn on my notes in icloud without signing up for a new account.  I already have a functioning account, but just want to turn on another function.  What do I do?

    I already have a functioning icloud account that syncs my information from my iphone to my PC.  I don't want to start a new account, but it seems that Apple is forcing me to open a new account to merely turn on a new function, which is my notes.  Any way to turn this on without having to sign up for a new account?  I have too many accounts already to keep up with. I don't need Apple forcing me into another one.  Any help is appreciated.

    I have the same problem. My apple account uses my yahoo address,which works fine. But when I try to turn on notes in my iPad's iCloud settings, iPad tells me I need a me.com email address, giving me only two c hoices: create or cancel .... Then when I try to create a me.com email address, iPad tells me it has already been created ... What to do?

    I downloaded the xCode application a few weeks ago and have developed an app that I would like to submit to the app store. However, when attempting to sign up for the developer account I saw that there is an age requirement because I would be entering an agreement. Paying the fee is no problem for me seeing as I have a debit card, so I'm wondering if I used that card to get the account and my app became succesful, could I get in trouble for not being 18? Or is the chance of that happening very very unlikely?

    You cannot enter into a legally binding agreement (developer or otherwise) unless you are at least the age of majority, which is 18 in most countries.  However, a parent or guardian (who will be the responsible party) can sign up for a developer account and share it with you.

  • Can't sign up for a new account

    I'm not sure why, but I can't make a new Skype account. I fill in all the details properly (triple-checked everything). No errors. But when I click the "I accept" button at the bottom, nothing happens. I refreshed and tried multiple times. Same thing. Also noticed that clicking other links on the same page (even the Skype logo home button) don't do anything either.
    What's the deal?

    As long as you have a form of payment (credit or debit card) with a USA source, and with a billing address in the USA, then you just need to change your payment information on your account to that, change your country in the store settings, and you will then be able to shop in the USA store.
    Your AppleID will work in any country's store, as long as your payment source and billing addres are also specific to that country (and you are in that country as well, as there may be IP filters in place to stop use outside of the country).

    I would like to sign up for a second account, I want to use different accounts for my skype number and my normal skype username. I changed the primary email on my existing skype account to a new email and deleted the old email from that account.
    However, when I try to open a new skype account with my email it gives this message:
    "You already have a Skype account. We can email you a Skype Name reminder and you can reset your password. Or, complete this form to create a new Skype Name."
    So my question is this: If I "complete the form to create a new Skype Name" will I then have two skype names (this is the results I want to achieve) or will the old skype name be automatically deleted (this is the result that I do not want)??

    I just setup a new Officejet 8600 printer and I can't seem to sign up for an ePrintCenter account. I keep going to eprintcenter.com, I click to sign in, i click to sign up for a new account and a new window pops up. I then fill in all the info and click the big sign up button at the bottom of the window and the window goes away. At this point I click the sign in button again and enter the email and password i just filled in and I get a message that email address is invalid. I've tried to click the forgotten password button and when I fill in the email address I get the email address is invalid message again. I've tried 3 different web browsers (i figured chrome just wasn't working correctly with the website) but I got the same thing with every one (chrome, firefox, and ie).
    Any idea what's going wrong?

    First i want to know if you have Enabled the web services on the Printer which entail Should have printed out a paper with " Hp Eprint Mobile Printing "
     should consist of 3 instructions,
    1 of course to sign up, 2, should have the printer code, and with just explains what to do..
    -now with that being said what email are you entering into the email field is it your personal email of the 1 of the printer?

    My son saved work on my computer, but used his own email address.  He can't remember his email address password and is out of the country and doesn't have internet access.  If I sign up for my own account on Illustrator, will I be able to pull up the work that he saved on my computer?

    Yes you will be able to open all the Files saved by him. But you can't access his Creative Cloud assets which are associated with his ID such as: Type kit Fonts, Swatches, Design Library Assets etc.

    Can an official Apple administrator please shed some light on this for me?
    I had previously asked if I could change my alias (which I did not choose, it was set by default for me) on my Apple ID account, but found out this was impossible. it's kind of driving me crazy, and I also hate the privacy concerns. on top of which, my subscription settings don't seem to work. I've set my preferences to subscribe me to topics i reply to or create and to email me immediately. I've tried to save my settings three times, but it never takes and i dont' get any emails.
    So, my question is: Can I delete this account and set a new one up (which will hopefully fix things), without it messing anything else this account might be tied to in the Apple/.Mac world? (eg. my product registrations, e-newsletter subscriptions, etc.)?
    Or should i just leave things be?

    Hi Lillian!
    I'm not official, but I'll try to "shed some light".
    Although you can't change the Alias of the account you are using, you can create a new Discussions Account, with an Alias that you prefer.
    You cannot delete your present account. Just stop using it, after you have created a new one.
    You can use all of the same info in the new account, Email address, User name, etc, just be sure to insert a new Alias of your choosing.
    But your Posts(8), Points(0), Registered Date(9/28/05), and Level(0) will not be transferred.
    In the new account, your Post Count, Points, & Level Status will all start at 0. Your Registered Date will be the date you create the new account.
    Your old account, with your previous counts & level, will still be viewable, under the old alias.
    After you quit using the old account, those posts, will be archived. What that means is, that if there are no additional responses in the Threads they reside in, the Topics will get continually pushed down on the Topics list. After a certain amount of time, maybe 1 to 3 months, the Threads will be locked, so no responses can be entered. But the Threads will not disappear.
    The Topics that you started, will show your Old Alias, in the Author field of a main forum page, but eventually, readers will have to keep going to the succeeding pages to view them.
    If someone were to do a Search:
    Restrict by Category or Forum: All Categories?
    Restrict by Date Range: All
    Restrict by Username: Your Old Alias/Name
    all of your posts, since about 11/13/05, would be found.
    To create a new account,
    Log out of Discussions. You also may have to delete the Apple Cookies in your browser preferences, but I'm not sure this is necessary. Then follow either of these instructions.
    -How Do I Create My Account?
    If you haven't signed up for an Apple ID for the Apple Store or AppleCare Support website (or forgot your old one), you can create a new account on the My Info webpage. Just click the "create one" link on the right side of the My Info page. Choose your country location and preferred language from the appropriate pop-up menus, then click Create Account. In the resulting page, enter a unique name (such as your email address) in the Apple ID field and fill in your other relevant information accordingly (fields marked with * are required). Click Continue to complete the process.
    -To register, click Login in the sidebar on the right side of the Discussions page. In the resulting page, click the "create one" link at the bottom of the page, then click "create one" in the subsequent page and follow the instructions to create an Apple ID. For more information, see the Apple ID FAQ page.
