Hola, aleatoriamente mi terminal dice que la sim es invalida. Tengo que resetearlo y vuelve a arrancar y a funcionar, hasta que lo vuelve a perder. Cada vez me pasa con más frecuencia, a alguien le ha pasado algo pacido?, voy a que me hagan un duplicado de la sim por sí es eso...ya os contare, gracias

SIM invalid after updating to iOS 8

I have iphone 5, which worked perfectly fine before updating to ios 8.
Its an unlocked iphone which I purchased from Apple Store, Singapore and has been using in India since 2 years and have never faced any sim or network issue
After upgrading my phone to iOS 8, my sim has stopped working. It shows full network bar for a second and then shows sim invalid
I tested my sim in another phone and its working fine with full network
I also tried a new sim card in my iphone but that also shows the same error "sim invalid"
It clearly shows that something screwed up after upgrading to iOS 8
Since my iphone was purchased from Singapore and also its warranty has expired, apple store in India refuse to help
I am not able to use my iphone ever sunce i upgraded to ios 8
I need Apple to help me cope with this problem, since its definitly there new iOS issue

As I said if you want Apple to do anything you must take it back to Singapore where you purchased it because that is the only place that the warranty is valid.
You really should have check into this prior to purchasing it.

Who was your original carrier; did you call them to ask them to unlock your phone, and are you aware of what their unlock policy is (THey may only unlock for international sims and not US sims

Find out to whom the iphone is locked. Contact that carrier and ask if they offer unlocking andif you qulify

Error Sim, Invalid Sim ios 5.1.1

I have an iphone 4 with vodafone and from the 5.1.1 update I get errors sporadically sim, sim invalid. Is solved when I put the mobile in airplane mode, but after a few hours I happens again the same error.
I tried to restore the phone but the error persists.

There is obviously something not right... But to determine what the issue is, it needs to be looked at...
And the Apple Store would probably be the best place...

I got my replacement 4S in friday ,it wont activate b/c it says SIM invalid ,my other 4S sim card works fine , could i switch the SIM from the 1st 4S to the new replacement ?

You might need to contact VZW tech support to get a quick resolution to this issue.

Hola, tengo el nuevo iPad de 64 gb con 4g y al ponerle mi chip que uso en mi iPhone 4s agarra señal y datos y después de un tiempo me sale un mensaje diciendo SIM invalida, es decir puedo usar los datos que tengo en el chip por unos minutos solamente, y la unica manera de que vuelva a agarrar señal es reiniciandolo, alguien sabe por que? my iPhone 5 is already international unlock, I use it out of my country with other network (Turkey / Turkcell) and after I return back to my country my iPhone show invalid SIM, unfortunately I doesn't have SN and I couldn't access to the iTunes, I read some troubleshooting regarding that but I doesn't found my issue and couldn't force upgrade my iPhone.
