SIM not recognised and cannot locate Lenovo support in UK

Hello,
After a few months running smoothly, my P780 smartphone now no longer recognises a SIM inserted in either slot. I believe this is a common issue. I have tried to find technical support but the UK is not one of the countries listed anywhere - I cannot find an address or phone number at all.
I need a service centre somewhere in UK/ Europe to send my handset for repair/replacement. Can anyone help?

Currently Lenovo dosen't sell phones in the UK and as a consequence dosen't offer support for smartphones in the UK.
Lenovo phones are sold in the EU in countries like Slovakia,the Czech Republic,Romania,Bulgaria,etc.....but as far as I know Lenovo smartphones(and i suppose you bought it from an ''International'' online site) do not have International warranty.I do not know if the Lenovo service center in those countries would accept your phone.
You could try to contact the seller or find a local ''generic'' service center.

Can you tell me your firmware build number?Settings->About phone....
Have you tried a factory reset?Backup anything important first.
Can you open the phone dialer and dial *#06#.By dialing that code your IMEI numbers should show up.
Are there any numbers(2 long numbers) shown?
Please don't post the IMEI numbers here.
PS.This is going to sound silly but I suppose the phone isn't in Airplane mode.

Sounds like the iPhone is locked to the original Carrier
and you are trying to use a sim from another carrier
and only that original carrier can unlock the iPhone

I started downloading my Upgrade to Photoshop Elements Version 13 and received my upgrade confirmation and cannot locate the download on my PC running Windows 7,what is the exact name of the download and where should I find it?

I'm not able to open a catalog. It says it is not writable and cannot be opened.

This has been happening to me for the past few weeks. If I close my LR5 program and try to re-open the catalog I get a error message that says
Lightroom cannot use the catalog named "Lightroom 5 Catalog 2014" because it is not writable and cannot be opened.

Continously get an alert: "URL is not valid and cannot be loaded."

Every time I open a new page I see this error. Could it be connected to the Google Chrome add-on? I see that add-on the first few times I open a new tab then it disappears and I start getting this error.

Photo Stream does not "backup" your photos, you have to do that yourself on iTunes, BUT if you have the iCloud app for your PC/Mac installed, your photos will be on there
