I have an iPhone 3GS that I dropped in water for a moment. After drying it and everything, it still does everything but get service. Can I back it up and transfer its data to a new iPhone 3GS? Sounds like your phone is in recovery mode. In this case, all data on it is gone. There's nothing to back up.

2. Test sqlplus user/pass@remote
3. create a synonym which points to a table at remote DB check docs.oracle.com
4. user ABAP code execute SQL to insert data into local synonym which inturn updates the remote DB.
I have done this in the past, it works great.

I create MDW in one instance, then run run configure Management Data Warehouse in target intance. collection sets were created successfully, but job failed with following error:
Executed as user: COCAD\INTDEPT01SQLAgentC10. The Management Data Warehouse version "00.00.0000.00" is not supported by the current data collector. Please upgrade the Management Data Warehouse by running the Management Data Warehouse Configuration
Wizard. Process Exit Code 5. The step failed.

How to GRN date (MIGO) and Goods posting date (MB1C) as a Characteristcs
Dear All,
Our customer wants to include GRN date (MIGO) and Goods posting date (MB1C) as a Characteristic for a batch.
And he wants the system to pick up these dates automatically for batch.
So in batches will be sorted out based on GRN (MIGO) or Goods posting (MB1C) date.
Is there any standard characteristics available for these fields?
How to achieve this functionality.

Used Migration Assistant to successfully transfer PC files to Mini. However file creation or modified date does not transfer. Date of creation is listed as day of transfer. I would gratefully appreciate any help in solving this?
I have the same problem; used Migration Assistant to transfer all my pix from PC to MacbookPro, however dates of pix were not transferred. Date created as the date of transfer. Cannot sort my pix according to date.

I bought and transfer mac application (fxpansion Tremor) to ipod touch. Double tap dmg file in FileApp brings up unknown filetype dialog. What app processes dmg files to install them?
an ipod touch supports all files types which its apps supportthanks, it's good to get a reply, but why do you keep going on about windows? Agreed, there is no mention that Tremor runs on iOS. So far this is the only reason given that it cannot run on iOS. You can read and I can read.
By putting the question to the community I was hoping for something like: the app you want is here-link, or the app you want cannot be written because technical-reason.
From a words point of view it would seem to be open for any ios developer to support DMG files. -

Thanks for taking the time. Unfortunately no that does not solve it. Same as swipe it will get me there and it will show separate programs spaced out. The issue I am having is that all my open word files are bunched up in a pile on top of each other. I can see the edges of each one but I want them to be separated from each other enough that I can visually identify what file is what.

Ok, well you'll need to do something like this. Now this part is a little dependent on your database server:

Note that the applet can only contact the server that is was loaded from, so you might want to do a getCodeBase() or something like that to get the server address.

applications for pocket pc 2003 with version 7.1 but you will need
to make sure you have Microsoft eMbedded Visual C++ 4.0 installed.

Now with regard to your code, in order to get this to work, we are going to have to make some changes. I haven't really spent any time looking at the read algorithm on the bottom halve of the code as I am not exactly sure which configeration you are running your Nonin 4100 on. Can I suggest you search for bluetooth in the find examples section of labview and look at the simple bluetooth - pocket pc example. Look at which vi's are used in both the client and server and have a play around with it. In your code everything is fine until the bluetooth create listener vi. This vi is used to create a channel for a server to listen for incoming connections on. You will need to set up your pda to be the client not the server. The nonin 4100 will be the server, constantly throwing out the data. All you need to do is discover the device you want and then open a connection to it. Once connected you need your read algorithm to exract the data.
One last point, as I already have said, I would suggest implementing some error handling. Use an unbundle by name function to exact the status from the error cluster after the bluetooth read vi. Then use a boolean OR before the 3 stop terminals of the 3 while loops at the bottom, so that the program will stop if an error occurs. You will need to put a simple error handler after the close connection vi.
Hope this all makes sense.

I'm currently using Portal 10g, Release 2. Unfortunately, there are no newly updated PDK samples available for this version, but I've referenced the previous Portal examples and haven't been able to find a simple example that walks through the entire process of establishing/registering a store, storing preference data, and reading preference data from a PDK Servlet.
If anyone has examples that illustrate the following, it would be greatly appreciated:
1. How to create a File-based PreferenceStore for an PDK HttpServlet
2. How to associate a preference store with the Portlet (when using the PortletRequestRender.getProviderInstance().getPreferenceStore(), I get null)
3. How to store a preference value in the store
4. How to read a preference value in the store
Note: I have been able (with far too much code given a "development kit") to use the PDK to create a File-base PreferenceStore and store values. Unfortunately the read operations look for the .dat file in a path that consists of the path that I established in the store and appends it with a value of /df/. As a result, the preferences can't be read.

XML data connection and XML submit button
Hi Guys,
another one that 'should' be straight forward. I have an xml data connection that is used ot pull in event details (name, location, cost etc) that allows you to select various events, then fill in your contact details and then submit the form. I need to have the form submit with the data that the user entered into the form as well as their selection of event. When I set up the email submit button, the XML file attached to the email is actually the XML file that the form pulls the event details from not the data that the user has entered into the form. Again I reckon this one should be straight forwad to fix, seems like a fairly normal way to operate, but I just cant find a solution. please help>We are letting user know that u have thrown email to someone and we also let user know how is going to contact them.
This is good, but you cannot stop the email from opening and the user
needing to send it. This is, as I said, fundamental to security and
cannot be switched off.
