Simple Question? What Code or Program Tells Time for Documents?

I would like to know( for the sake of learning and teaching an old dog new tricks) what program or extension etc. tells the the computer what time it is in general (Menu Bar/System Preferences/this I know) and what date and _time_ is when you use Get Info to look at the provenance of a document, folder or other.
My computer is in a time warp because none of these match up on this iMac.

I have used TM since March 24, 2009 and there is a backup with that date. Todays backups indicates date and time as January 17, 2009 6:45 AMCTD) and yesterdays backups all show the date as January 17, 2009 6:45 AMCTD.
To try a fix I installed from disk the 10.5.1 in archive mode. Then I used the 10.5.6 Combo Update. I have all the latest updates for everything! Help!
When I look at dates when a file or a document is modified or created this is what comes up. Time Machine says the latest backup today is January 17, 2009 6:45 AMCDT. If I use "Get Info" to view any document, application, external drive, anything at all it looks like this Modified: 3/26/09 January 17, 2009 6:45 AMCDT or Created has this January thing. Every item has this piggy backed on to the actual date. I have worked on where or how this came to pass for a long time and I cannot fix this. Maybe you know what this is or how to make my iMac not tell silly tales about the time. Now every document, folder, drive all have that as the date and time.

Difficult to estimate these as each legislation is different.
I also presume, Bahrain is not a seeded legislation.
So you will have to write all the tax rules and reports.
But, as the Tax/NI rules for GCC are fairly simple, should not be difficult.
Best way to go about it, is to do it in phases.
Core HR - BG configuration, Person migration, Absences etc.. and finally any reports for HR
Payroll - elements, balances, formulas and all the logic.. and then all the reports.
Once HR and payroll are done.. SSHR and OLM should take 1/3(or 1/2) of the time you spent on the HR/Payroll.

This will vary depending on what HDD/SSD option any system has been specked to, whether from apple or upgraded afterwards (depending on upgradable model)
I have a late 2011 2.4 i5 13" upgraded to 16Gb ram and a Samsung 840 Pro SSD and my install of Mavericks boots in around 15 seconds. This is actually about the same as my 2008 core2duo macbook booted snow leopard with a Samsung 840 (non pro)
You may find a system with less ram actually boots marginally quicker, but this would be marginal.

If you Don't, then a workbook it's a sheet container. And sheets are each of the reports/queries that you have in a workbook.
And from the Discoverer manual, in the Glossary:
Workbook: "One or more sheets created and saved together. Each sheet is displayed in a sepa-rate tab in the workbook."
sheet : "A tab in the workbook window. A sheet displays the results of one or more queries."

What Screen capture programs work well for streaming?

i have tried a recommended program called ManyCam and it works.. i can stream and in HD. my issues are with the lack of audio options with this program.
For example. i want to be able to have a game running.. music through WMP and have mic available on a PTT.
With Many cam it seems like this software wasnt set up with streaming in mind as its only audio functions supported are for mic inputs and it will
NOT register music playing through the speakers.
unlike AFMLE open brodcaster has the option to select a mic and play audio to the stream that is playing through my default audio device. which is awesome except its lacking in other features. and it is still using manycam.
So... how can i get AFLME to register my default audio device through manycam..
or... what other capture programs are supported by AFMLE (ive tried searching but i keep getting webcam results and posts on how to capture other peoples streaming content.. lol.. frustrating

Capture/Display Date & Time for Document Approval

Hi Gurus,
We are on SAP Enterprise Portals 7 SPS 15.
I have enabled Document Approval in one folder in a repository. The Document Approval works correctly; but I want to capture the date and time the document was approved at:
Option 1 (Preferred):
1. Click on "Details" from the "Context Menu" of the document.
2. Click on "Settings"=>"Approval" in the popup window.
Currently it only shows
<Step-Name> <Approver-Name> has approved
Desired:
<Step-Name> <Approver-Name> has approved on <Date-Time>
Option 2:
1. Approval Maintenance Report (under Content Management=>Reports=>Approval maintenance)

Time for documents to be marked released

So currently I am experimenting with a Java Servicese; however, the time for the content status to be switch to done to released seems to take a long time. Is there a way to decrease this time. Also if a document is marked done will it ever not be released?

Depending on the configuration, the document may need to be full text indexed and/or converted to "web-viewable". Simple Question: What does the "SD" in "Macbook Pro 17/SD" mean?

I recently order a brand spanking new MBP with a 17-inch Hi-res glossy display. When I go to track my order, it is listed as a Macbook Pro 17/SD, which would lead me to believe that SD stands for Standard Definition. But that can't be the case as I ordered the Hi-res model and in the breakdown of the components it lists the Hi-res glossy display I ordered so I know it's not a mistake on my part.
