Simple stub not compiling?

Question

I can't see anything wrong with this but I am getting errors.
import mpt.*;
import java.io.IOException;
public class Program2 extends Thread
public Program2()
public void run()
public void test() throws IOException
Navigator nav = new BlockNavigator();
Error 1: Line 7 ; expected
Error 2: Missing method body or declare abstract.
public Program2()
I cant understand the prog isnt even doing anything yet. Could someone spot what is wtong?
