Simpsons Tapped Out Not Working!!

So yeah i updated it for the thanksgiving and it loaded after ages and then the screen went black and logged me out of the game. So i reclicked on it and it kept going on to the game loading and when it loads it just shuts down. I restarted my phone, still it kept shutting the game down before i got to play it, so i deleted the game restarted my phone then re-installed and still nothing! what shall i do!?

  • How can I transfer The Simpsons Tapped Out game from my iPhone 4 to my iPhone 5?

    I have just gotten an iphone5 and have done a backup from my iPhone 4.
    I can't get The Simpsons Tapped Out existing game to work on the iPhone 5, how can I get the original game to work on the new phone? As I've done the restore on the new phone, it brings up a whole new game to start up with again.

    i have tried to do this but when i log in it tells me there is a level 4 game on this device not my level 25 game. any suggestions

    well, something is really messed up with those accounts so I would create a new admin account, log into that and go from there.
    To do that [enable the root user|http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1278], safe boot, log in as root and create a new admin account, also while you are at it disable the auto login.
    You can also work from the root account but I would recommend against it. It's not really safe.

  • In app purchase for the Simpsons tapped out didn't go through and now app won't open

    I bought donuts on the Simpsons tapped out app n it went to iTunes and I did in app purchase, and now my app won't open and it seems like my phone is trying to download it keeps asking me for my apple password when app shuts down, I tries to delete app and reload it, it doesn't help I also retuned phone to default setting still nothing, i can go on my other devices and load app but it doesn't show my purchase, did this happen to anyone else and did u find an answer to fixing this problem????? Please Help!!!!! 

    I had this same exact thing happen. The problem seemed to occur when I tried to do an in-app purchase and my iTunes Apple ID needed payment verification. Tapped Out triggered the iOS to open the verification part of the App Store. After verification iOS asked if I wanted to proceed with the purchase. I hit "ok". The App Store was trying to handle the in app purchase like it was a regular app purchase. When I went back into Tapped Out, I was met with an error message stating that the purchase has been made, and it was waiting for download. I also couldn't initiate any more in app purchases. When I quit and relaunched Tapped Out, it flashed the loading screen and then quickly crashed. Followed by a prompt for my Apple ID password.
    The disconnect here is somewhere in the coding from Tapped Out to the iOS. Tapped Out is asking for authorization on a in app purchase and the iOS is trying to initiate a regular app purchase.
    I have tried erasing and reinstalling Tapped Out. I have tried signing out of my iTunes account and launching Tapped Out. I have tried "Resetting All Settings" from the general setting panel in iOS, which usually fixes everything... Nothing is working though.
    I was able to download Tapped Out on a different iOS device (all running 7.0.4 btw) and was able to run it, sign in with my Tapped Out login and Apple ID. I was even able to initiate the in app purchase fully. So this tells me that the bug here is buried deep in the preference of iOS 7 on my original device, not the Tapped Out account or my iTunes Apple ID.
    The sure fire answer to solve this is to do a clean erase and restore of the device. I really don't want to do that though because it will get rid of my current camera roll and my text history. Plus I'll have to resync all my music and that takes a while. I'm hoping the bug just times out and the app refreshes itself... But I'm doubtful of that. I think we are the unintentional collateral damage from some sloppy coding on EA's part.  A clean erase and install might be the only answer. Hopefully it will rectify itself though...

    Personally, I would never use a debit card online, for security reasons.  If your card gets hacked its your money that is stolen.  At least with a credit card it is the card providers money that is stolen.
    Anyway,  I would delete the app and re-install.  If you paid for the app in the first place you will be able to re-install free of charge.  Also, the app should allow the in-app purchase to happen again as it should recognise that you have already purchased it previously.
    Finally, it might be that the 3G doesnt have as much ram as more recent models of iphone and you may have applications running in the background that are preventing the app to function with the in-app purchase unless you shut down any apps eating all you memory that are running in the background.  Shut-down these apps (and the simpson tap out app) by exiting to your home screen and double-tapping the home button to show what apps are running in the background.  press and hold any of the open apps until it starts shaking.  close all the apps down.  exit then re-launch the app.

    How much is the item that you are trying to buy and how much do you have on your account ? If you are in the US then you need to add on your state's sales tax to the listed price - does that take it over your balance ?

  • Soundblaster X-Fi Titanium Optical Out not working???

    Hey friends,
    I purchased a Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium PCIe yesterday to run on Windows 7 64bit to trigger VSTi instruments. I can hear the VSTi play fine when I have headphones plugged into the soundcard but I want to send the audio sound OUT via the Optical Out into my Steinberg MR86x firewire audio card. ?
    I can see the light on the optical cable but no sound seems to be being sent from the sound blaster into the steinberg card.
    ?Now before people start saying you cant do that, I have have been doing this for the last 3 years and it has been great apart from my RME Audio card is not compatible with Windows 7 64bit hence why I purchased the soundblaster.
    I really am at a loss as to what I can try next, I have been through this forum and tried a few recommended tweaks but nothing? Am I missing something obvious here?
    I am using the following drivers
    Driver: v2.7.008 Windows 7 64bit
    DTS Connect: for Windows 7 64bit
    Also in the Audio Control Panel / SPDIF I/O all options are greyed out apart from the Digital Output tickbox, I only want to use this card for Audio as in creating music or specifically for triggering VST synths.
    I would really appreciate any advice

    Analog outputs(control panel->sound->speakers) disappears when boot or reboot, sometimes it works week, sometimes a hours. When it works, it's works ok, but suddenly during boot,?all sounds is lost, when trying launch for example Creative Audio Control Panel this message appears: There are no supported audio device available. You need to close the application. Click OK to close the application now.
    And when analog outputs disappears, no any sound via SPDIF, even it shows in notification area and control panel->sound and in device manager.
    I have owned card about two months, once change card in warranty, and?several uninstall, cleaning traces, reinstall and card works for while?and?out of blue, when boot computer, no sounds at all and only way to get sounds back is driver uninstall, cleaning and reinstall.
    Creative Customer Support seems to be clueless, but make Technical Support Request if problems continue. And all other too, if problems like that appears, contact to Creative, maybe they really try?to do?something abuot it and not just send instructions how to uninstall and reinstall drivers.

Well we just got him a new iPad mini and I was wondering if I could just restore to original settings to get his information off the old iPad and enter my apple id and still be able to download the Simpsons and play where I left off?     Do you have your email registered with origin or just his appleid.
    Origin store game data on their servers, so if you have your own login, you can download the game from your new AppleID and then login with your email and it will restore your game data, If it is under his ID, You will probably need to start over.     If those numers are ordered correctly it sounds like you are using a faulty charger with your iPhone.  It should charge faster with the charger than a USB port as the charger supplies a higher current.  Different batteries are going to charge differently based in part on differences in the ways they have been used.
    Try using your friends charger with your iPhone and see how long it takes to charge compared with your charger.
