Sims free play.. purchase not received!

I purchased 500 LP for sims free play and never received them! The purchase went through, I contacted them and never received an email... I want my money back or the 500 LP's.

If you haven't received the item, then have you tried what it says on the developer's FAQ on their website : https://firemonkeys.zendesk.com/entries/22269585-Online-Store-In-App-Purchases ?
If that doesn't work then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

It sounds like you made an in app purchase and were charged for it, but never received the item. I would first quit the app:
iOS: Force an app to close
http://support.apple.com/kb/ht5137
Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that and restart the phone and test the issue again:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

If that does not make it appear, then I would report a problem with the purchase to the iTunes Store support team directly with this:

I'm sorry, but your sister, unless she had already turned on the "Find my iPhone" feature and the person who took the phone has not disabled it, is out of luck. She should report the theft to local police authorities, including the serial number of her iPhone. While her experience is unfortunate, there are good reasons why Apple cannot do anything else about it.
I hope she gets her phone back.

In app purchase not received

I made three in-app purchases through The Sims Free Play and My iTunes account was debited successfully $15.99, $15.99 and $6.49 but I have not received the purchases through the game. I am extremely frustrated and can't seem to get any answer as to where my in-app purchases are.

Bought iPhone as "SIM-Free", but it not work with my local SIM card

HT4009 I cant get my store to open on sims free play???? Any help

I'm playing sims free play n want to add more money to my sims n my city but can't get store to open in game. I did the latest update n still not working I want to uninstall app n start over if I have to so it may work. But can't even uninstall don't know how to do that either....lol new at apple n I pad if u can't tell

I would first try turning your device off (hold power button and slide to power off), then turn back on again.
Otherwise, http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1702 has instructions on reinstalling an app.
Remove the application from your device and reinstall it.
Touch and hold any application icon on the Home Screen until the icons start to wiggle.
Tap the "x" in the corner of the application you want to delete.
Tap Delete to remove the application and all of its data from your device.
Press the Home button.
Go to the App Store.
Search for the application and then download it again.

Sim free Z10 purchase from UK to be used in Pakistan

Hello I am from Pakistan and am currently in UK. I want to buy a Z10 from here which i will use back home. Some questions please. 1. Can i use the sim free phone with my mobile operator in pakistan, without a hassle. Last thing i want is I buy the phone, and it doesnt work back home 2. Carphone warehouse is providing a 2 year warranty. Is this an international warranty? There is no blackberry shop in Pakistan but there are in Dubai. If required, will the Dubai shops recognize this warranty? 3. A bit on the technical aspect... With the OS 10.2, has the Z10 able to bury most, if not all of the criticisms that it received when it first launched last year? Thank you in advance for your help. Regards

Blackberry Z10 are global ready handsets, u can use it easily. Firsy of all go to setting and then tap to security option again tap in sim card. See if device network is not locked to spcific carrier thhen it must be unlocked. And unlocked handsets are ready to use anywhere including pakistan. But the warranty remains. Only in UK.

I'm having the same problem too. My suspicion is that I may have entered my password wrong the first time I tried and now it won't let me buy or download anything wether its free or not. So I went and did some stuff with my account and I re entered my payment information and it was declined for some odd reason. So I went to see my bank account online and my life lock shut it down because someone was using my card -.- it was my sister. But yeah maybe your debit card is invalid.

You might have better luck go to the developer's website since it appears to be a problem with the app not with the iPod. Also, the developer would know about updates.

Free purchase not received

for U2 abum--I tired the suggestions listed. here,. None worked. The store says purchased. I did not get it. Now what?
I sent a feed back to itunes support. Also when people say they got it on iCloud, what do they mean? I don't see any music library of any sort on ICloud. I looked on my phone, nothing there either. Certainly not on my computer.
What is meant by icloud iTunes? I have an app for Itunes on my phone, but that is the store.

HT3702 purchase not received

i made an in-game purchase from pocketgems and the program crashed during the purchase and my gems were not credited to my account. i have contacted [email protected] and they have not credited my account yet. this is very disturbing that i have been charged and the money has left my account yet they will not credit me in the game for the purchase. how can i go about getting a refund on my credit card - or can apple contact the vendor and insist that they credit me for my purchase since the money has already been withdrawn from my account. i just want what i paid for or a refund!!

Why is the price of an unlocked iPhone 4 is the same as sim-free?

In September 2010 I purchased all'Apple Store in San Francisco one iPhone4 sim-free, before I asked the seller if you could use it in Italy and he answered yes, but does not work with the Italian telephone operators GSM.
I only found out after my phone only works with operator AT&T.
Why is the price of an iPhone 4 unlocked is the same as Iphone 4 sim-free?
I would be unlocked for free from Apple, I have paid to have a iPhone4 unusable in Italy, thanks

The U.S. Apple store publicized as the type of Sim-free iPhone, and not as a contract-free.
Now in the Apple store site, including the FAQ for purchasing iPhone4 unloked, is written:
