Simultaneous call seems to be on even though it shows off

Hi,
I have a client where the simultaneous call is in effect. But when I check the user's call forwarding setting it shows off. Does anyone know of a way to fix it or if you are more technical can you perhaps point me to the database table where these entries
are kept.

Would you please elaborate your environment (have HLB or not)?
please try to enable simultaneous and enter other number. Then turn off it to check if this this it works.
Please try to disable the user and then enable it again.
If you deploy HLB for FE Pool, please try to create a new cookie persistence profile based on the default cookie persistence profile, and then test the issue again.

    Are you sure it's actually shuffling the songs (i.e. the list of songs play in a different order each time through the list)?
    You may need to re-order this playlist in iTunes as resync it to your device.

    I found a few articles that might help with the issue you're encountering. These first two are if the Bluetooth keyboard you're using is the one that came with your iMac. The first is a general "how to" for setting up your Apple Wireless keyboard, while the second one is for troubleshooting if the advice in the first article isn't working:

  • Call going to bluetooth volume even when bluetooth switched off..

    More often than not during incoming or outgoing call the call gets routed through bluetooth even though bluetooth is switched off.This results is call disruptions thereby the other party can't here what i'm saying...This is a new problem that has cropped up off late...using kitkat version...I earlier used to have a problem with proximity sensor not working, which got solved after a factory reset. I now don't have d time to conduct another reset...Help please
    P.s-Solutions other than factory reset or updation to lollipop..

    I have a similar issue.  My Dell Latitude is running Windows Pro 8.1 and iTunes 11.1.3.8.  It looks like it's playing, but it isn't.
    Things seemed to work fine before the 8.1 update.  I fear I will have to rollback to 8.0 because the sound no longer works on the computer unless you use the headphone jack. 
    Podcasts and music behave the same way, they appear to be playing, but the timer is not progressing for them either.
    This may be the combination of 8.1 and 11.1.3.8

    Thanks. I haven't mixed down the audio or checked the number of tracks in Prefs. Good points.
    As far as a mixdown goes, I'll definitely give it a try, though I wonder whether or not the tracks will be recognized during mix down recording - given that you can't hear either of those segments in playback. Just have to try.
    Re the preferred number of allowed tracks - I'll go check as soon as I send this off, but I'm not sure that applies in this case, since the two Channels containing the segments that are pinked out are not in additional tracks. I should have mentioned that other audio clips and segments on the same Channels in the SAME tracks ARE heard in playback. As are two additional track in the 2nd Sequence. It's only when the two sequences are joined that the pink tinted segments can't be heard. Within the sequence the same audio cuts playback as they should. Thanks again &

    That file could be set as a Launch Agent or Daemon in your ~/Library or /Library, You could try to look for it or Safeboot your computer and then empty the trash.   • PDF does not deliver sometimes with Mac mail even though it shows in my sent mailbox

    Sometime when I attach a PDF I'm mail on my MacBook Pro the email delivers without the PDF even though it shows in my sent mail.
    This happens with 2 different mail boxes, one being pop3 and the other mail for exchange..
    I had to eventually install outlook which I've never had a problem
    I prefer not to use any Microsoft products

    The PDF, which is probably being sent as an attachment, maybe larger than the Outgoing Mail server will allow.

    If rotation lock is not set (i.e. there is no lock symbol next to the battery indicator at the top of the screen, http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4085), then try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

    Have you tried clearing Safari? Clear Safari, close Safari completely and reboot your iPad. Try again.
    Go to Settings>Safari>Cookies and Data.
    If you are running iOS 5 or iOS 6 you close apps like this. Tap the home button once. Then tap the home button twice and the recents tray will appear at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button twice.
